Range Chicken in Central Bedfordshire

Food was ok . Delivery was on time. My only gripe is paying a service charge of 11% at point of order. Makes a reasonable priced meal expensive. Usually optional but not here. Ya got to pay 11% more like it or not.

Tracked order,was delivered on time.

No drinks delivered. And the order was delivered to the wrong house. Food was cold.

DONT COME HERE ! Also chicken is not worth price and chicken peri peri and rice give me problem Absolute joke the prices too 😂only get 1 small tub of sauce per meal don’t go here go ace chicken instead Which is 2 minutes away chicken is small piece and the tall man at man at the counter was rude. They are unethical and will lie to ur face don’t come here

Food is bland and lacks flavour only thing they has flavour is peri rice and that gave me toilet problem

Missing a wrap, rang up and was told they couldn’t deliver me a wrap had to get a refund. This is the second time this has happened. Won’t be ordering from here ever again.

Never arrived said it had been delivered rang to complain and they put the phone down when I said that it was not delivered very bad and rude customer service

I ordered chicken fillets and chips but the chicken was so bad and so much hair on it I couldn’t even touch it then eat I don’t recommend this place as there customer service was so bad

I was unhappy with this service due to the fact I told just eats that range chicken sent me uncooked chicken and requested a full refund but was denied for no reason, other than they were trying to cover up range chicken mistake.

my food didn’t even come he has taken it for himself. I want a refund quick time. I’ll be following this up if this hasn’t quickly been resolved. This will not be the last time your hearing from me. I’m using uber eats if this ain’t fixed.

Not much food for the price paid - chicken pieces are very small and half a portion of fries whilst being quite expensive. It arrived just about warm. It probably would've been quite nice if it was hot. Won't be ordering again, such a waste.

Ordered chicken fillet burger and a cheeseburger (double) with wedges and onion rings and it was the most tastiest burgers we have had in a long time! 5⭐️ from us! Will definitely order from them again!

I send a email to them because one of my meal missing,they replied back to me after on week!And they can’t refund one of my meal because it is more than 24h,this is not my problem

Ordered for collection, got home and was missing spicy wings…pointless going all the way back to get them. Shouldn’t have to go through bag and check they put all my order in there

Delivery not available before 4:30 PM on Sunday so we decided to collect. We head tobto the shop after 30 minutes and just the fridge juice was ready. I was waiting 30 min on the top of estimated collection time. At this point I was also asking them to take their time in order to get the food done properly, however they rushed and some of the meat wasn't fully cooked.

Missing items from my order, they said they would bring and apologise but they never came, I highly not recommend this place.

I put the wrong address down and the driver was not able to deliver to the change of address so I had to go and Collect the food from the shop

Very rude worker women I don’t know her name that’s why I said women but she was trying to be sarcastic and was getting angry when I was trying to think what to get and kept risking me food is very dry

I ordered the chicken fillet meals and some chicken strips. The order was very quick, delivery great. I was quite unhappy when I opened up the strips box as the strips smelt very strongly of old/burnt oil. Unfortunately I couldn't have any of them as they were really smelly. The chicken burger was nice. Chips were okay. Please change your oil as it really affects the taste of your food. This could've been a 5* meal if fresh oil had been used.

Best in the town, burger was awesome, chicken was tender and juicy, they are best by far in the town. Love their service .

This place is above decent for a takeaway. Food is always fresh prepared and tastes great. I've only been pleased with their quality so far.

Staff needs training on basic hygiene not in terms of food only but personal level. Overall, hygiene is a major concern and puts off going back again

As I bit into my chicken wrap, I pulled out around a 20cm cling film out of it. I understand that these things can happen, however if you’re preparing a fresh wrap, clearly there is no attention to detail. Extreme food safety concern here.

Ordered 3 meals only sent 2 portions of fries then asked me to go and collect the other portion from shop trouble is I ordered a take out as I’d had a drink and couldn’t drive never had a problem before and the food is lovely just not very happy with the service today I’m afraid 🤦🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️

Bought the 17.99 deal. Was not impressed chips where burnt burgers buns cold fillets fried chicken burnt and dry. Did not wish for my family to eat this not even my pet dog liked it. I would reccomend not to eat here.

Only recently discovered Range as have been living under a rock. Was recommended by a friend when I asked if they fancied a well known alternative chicken shop… 2nd order in and am really impressed. Chicken is coated and cooked perfectly, the fries are crispy yet fluffy and all was delivered in good time & piping hot! Really hope this can be maintained and isn’t a fluke as could easily be best chicken shop in town!

The chips and hot wings were piping hot, but the 10 pieces of chicken were barely warm and dry

Ordered via deliveroo, 2 wings missing called the resturant up they wasn't helpful and very rude. Putting the phone down when asking what would be done about it. Apart from that other food was nice.

first time ordering food .. the burgers had far too much mayo on them and half the order was missing .. when i called ti say that there was items missing i was told to 'just ask for them next time i ordered food' suffice to say i wont be using them again

The chicken is juicy and succulent, falling off the bone , the chips were awesome , your garlic mayonnaise was bombastic, definitely going to order again.

two missing burgers, to be then called and advised they don't do their own deliveries so they can't send me the two burgers! the two things that my children wanted to eat and wouldn't eat the chicken off the bone so total waste of time ordering. asked for refund which of course was NOT given. Will not be ordering again

Food arrived this time. Quite disappointed that it did as it lacks any flavour just tasted like the chicken had been fried in water. Only half decent thing about it was the chips.

Aces chicken is way better . I had chicken strip burger. They put 1 pathetic strip in for 1.29. Price is good. But aces do the strip burger with 2 sometime 3 banging bits. The bread bun tasted like it was on its last best before or something .. friendly guys but sorry aces chicken over the road is miles better

Food was really cold. Chips are skinny fries so never going to stay warm when delivered. Onion rings super soggy. Fillet strips were in a spicy coating so would be too much for kids. Fillet burger quite ok but bbq wings were deep fried in batter with heavy sauce and not nice. Go to see the colonel at KFC instead :-)

Wow lovely food I thought Ace Chicken was the best but staff were rude, but this Chicken shop beats them on quality, service and cleanliness and reasonably priced.
