Pizza Hut Delivery in Central Bedfordshire

Collected my favourite tonight. The boss asked if I would do this. While eating the wife said without prompting that it was especially nice tonight. It was!

Ordered two pizza yesterday. Wow! Perhaps my best Pizza hut experience to date in UK. Bravo to the team and management for such passion towards your craft. Keep up the good work. You are a credit to the brand.

Absolutely abysmal service as of late, one of the drivers has apparently broken down and they are the ONLY driver available. That, or "According to the system your address is wrong so we'll have to assign your order to ubereats and have it arrive at 4pm." When I ordered the pizza at 2pm. What a joke.

Food arrive cold even though the shop is only 100 meters away. Dips are missing and got the wrong drink.

Got the craziest food poisoning

Got there an hour before closing and was told they had no other pizza apart from deep pan. He obviously just didn't want to waste his time. Pizza was undercooked and looked like a knock off version of a pizza hut pizza. Rubbish food won't be going to that store again

Ordered 2nd time and disappointed... first order was missing 2 bottle of drinks and today the delivery its late and arrived cold...

Get food from here once a month, pizza ms are tasty and the sides orders are good

Pizza arrived late, was burnt when it was cooked, arrived cold though. Cold greasy burnt pizza. Rang the shop, wish I hadn't, didn't fancy the 45 minute wait quoted for another one. Never again.

Food arrived 40 minutes late and stone cold. I was refused a refund by Pizza Hut.

Really dissatisfied with this takeaway. We have had quite a few different pizzas from dunstable and this one is bottom of the list.

Pizzas are best in their taste and good vegetarian menu as well as.

Turned up 30 mins late stone cold pizza and box crumpled up like he had folded it up tag ripped and they leave the phone off the hook so you can’t complain

I ordered for delivery and the driver just called me on my phone from outside my building and told me to come downstairs and get my order from him. He said he wasn't able to call my flat number on the entryphone system but wouldn't say why (it's not broken, and I can't open the door system until someone dials the entryphone). I told him to dial my door number and come up, but he refused. When I asked why not he said he couldn't come in the building and that I had to come down to him to get my order. I explained that I'm disabled and live on the third floor, there's no lift, and I need my husband to assist me down the stairs, but he is at work. Besides "delivered to my door" means just that. When I said this the driver complained and said I should have put on my order that I was disabled. What on earth?? What difference does that make, and how/when does the online order form ask customers to say they are disabled?? Why would that matter? He then had the nerve to say he could leave it on the ground outside. I was appalled at being spoken to like that and discriminated against, and I angrily told him to leave. I am never ever going to order from Pizza Hut ever again.

Very happy with this Pizza Hut they are always quite prompt and pizza is really good. Great to have the options of less cheese and being only able to have gluten free their pizza is really good. Had one slight issue once (after many other good experiences) and they were really good at resolving it.

Dunstable Pizza Hut ...... Waste of Time.. Ordered Meat Feast no PORK extra chicken instead .... Paid for my pizza got home ... Pizza was covered in HAM and PEPPERONI .... Drove back ... Lady said that's what we ordered even thought the receipt said no PORK!! She said the the HAM and PEPPERONI was not PORK!!!! I laughed ... I couldn't believe what she said, obviously she didn't have a clue... She was RUDE and had a STINK ATTITUDE ... She shouldn't be working in customer service ... Pizza Hut Dunstable needs to closed down and retrain their staff......

Never any issues when ordering from here. I visited in person a couple of weeks ago. There are a few chairs by the window I assume you could sit at and eat if not taking away. There are a few short stay, free parking bays nearby but not always easy to find a space. I rated atmosphere low because it's just a small takeaway waiting area really.

Pizza size not accurate. Not enough ingredients.

1 hour and 40mins to get a pizza delivered and not even on peak times . I called to check 1,5 hours later what’s going on and the guy told me it’s on its way and hanged up , not even apologised. We’ll done Pizza Hut for employing people like this .

Stale. Rang them. Not interested. Boil and eat a bag of potatoes before you consider ordering here.

Took 15 minutes, but pizza was fine.

Last week sent us someone else's order. Then took hour to rectify. This week order is nearly hour late and cold. Head office refused a refund despite the store refusing to cancel the order. Basically a bunch of crooks.

Not the same quality as it used to be

OK I used them for 1st time and I was surprised how tasty their pizzas are, prices are on par with other pizza takeaways and their sizes are just medium and large.....only gripe too much olive oil on pizza base but that's just a niggle

It's been a year since we last had a pizza hut and thought it was time to indulge again. Two pizzas ordered, two great pizzas received. Texan BBQ and supreme. We collected. Ordered for a set collection time and it was there waiting for us bang on time, piping hot 🔥. Great job guys 😊✅.

Definitely the worse pizza we had, Garlic pizza the dough is so thick that it is uncooked inside! Arrived a bit late. Not gonna order from here anymore. Rather support the local pizza shop

Teasteless pizza not worth the money.

Great pizza. Ordered a few times, lockdown menu is limited however, it does cover a range. Our food gets to us under 30 mins on the last 3/4 times we ordered. So very pleased with the delivery. Pizza also tasted great. Thank you.

Very disappointed with the delivery time. I ordered online and i was told it will take 25-35 min. It arrived after 1 hour. It is not the first time when this is happening. We won't order again from pizza hut.

Best pizza in Dunstable C better than Luton and the restaurant

Waited twice as long as stated for dry and stone cold garlic bread, an over cooked dripping with grease pizza also stone cold and some of the nastiest looking chicken wings - when I called to report the issue the branch couldn’t give a flying f just told me to call customer services! Order at your own risk!!!! But that is a huge risk!

We ordered online and was told 35 to 45 minutes, I phoned after an hour of ordering and was told the driver is just leaving now, the journey should take 7 minutes from door to door, the driver got out of the car holding a phone to his ear and continuously walked up down the road "looking for the address" the driver had no concept of how door numbers work. This is just one of the faults, when we opened the pizzas, one was bone dry and the other was dripping in grease, the pizzas weren't even cut properly, safe to say I would highly recommend another pizza establishment to anyone in Dunstable, I am now under the impression that all Pizza Hut's are the same. I would now prefer a Domino's Pizza or a Fast & Fresh or even a Papa Johns, i would even say i would prefer a frozen cheap pizza from a supermarket. This may have been a one off so feel free to try for yourself but this is my own personal opinion

Abysmal. Ordered 1 hour 40 mins ago when advised 35 mins for delivery. Called to chase, fella was rude on the phone and dismissive. Told to cancel, refused so took it up with main customer service to get money back. Wouldn't waste your time, joke of a service!

The pizza is fine, but i find the member of staff answering the telephone very rude & abrupt needs more customer service training well below standard

Good staff, acceptable service. Sometimes pizza comes with less cheese or over cooked and tastes different hence two less star.

Waited 1 hour 30 for delivery and Delivered the wrong pizza and No sauces. Spoke to a rude member of staff on the phone who was reluctant to send another one out. Waited up another 2 hours until 23.00pm for correct pizza. No pizza arrived. POOR Customer service.

The whole order was a mess. It took 55 minutes to deliver The Pizza was cold The Garlic Bread was cold The Cookie Dough was wrong The Ice Cream was melted Not impressed, and not ordering from here again. I’d rather collect from White Lion.

Wouldn't take card payment over the phone, was told to use the website, the only issue with that is, the hotel I'm staying at doesn't come up on there system so I can't order online ether. Chinese it is then.....

Got to be the best tasting, freshly prepared pizza, I have ever tasted. Always delivered within 25 min., and hot. As for the customer service...that to is worth the rating.

I've had good experiences with this pizza hut always hot and always delivered within the time stated.

Probably the worst Pizza Hut I have had to in my life, I have only ever ordered from there twice and spent all night waiting for the pizza to finally get delivered (over 1hr and 30 minutes) and the food was cold on delivery. The first time I ordered and complained they showed no sympathy and didn't offer me any kind of refund or even a discount. I suggest you go elsewhere if you don't want to be disappointed. Rephrased From the owner: “Pizza Hut Delivery in Dunstable. Order pizza online, delivered stone cold to your door, eventually.”
