Always missing items in the order

The food is well prepared and the staff are friendly. Nice and spacious inside, so you don't feel on top of your fellow customers. Quite pricy, though.

Order on the app, They gave me my Krushems milkshakes told me to park up, which I completely understand. However they then took over 20 minutes to come out and give me my food (it was a Monday lunchtime and was quiet), by which time my milkshakes had completely melted, which I was bringing home to a family member. Was just about to go in but he came out with multiple food bags. Gave me a bag and walked to another car. I checked the order and it was wrong, however it had written on the receipt my number plate on it. I then had to call the boy back, tell him it's wrong and he gave me my order but with someone else number plate on it!? I checked the bag and was given 2 small fries instead of 2 large fries, and they were both completely cold. Seems like my food was made and put to the side to get cold, until they had another order to bring out. Because they took out multiple orders at once, despite the fact I ordered 10 minutes before the car in which my order got mixed up with. So I have no idea how they confused the number plates!? I've worked in fast food up until a few months ago, and I was going to complain but I understand that none of this is probably the poor boys fault who gave me the bags. Just find it ridiculous the time it took considering it was a very quiet Monday there. And they got my order wrong! Horrible experience won't go to this KFC again...

Today I ordered the chicken box and once i bit the meat, I found stuck a black long human hair inside the breading which was disgusting. I reported that immediately to the stuff, and they apologised but then they said that sometimes it can happened. Seriously?? That was my last visit to KFC in my life.

Ordered food to table. Waited ages between the 3 orders placed. Then they can wrong. Then told no milk for my coffee. Then opened wraps and they were burnt. Swapped and the new ones had burnt pieces all over them. So we were not impressed. Poorly managed, poorly cooked. Huge queue waiting for their food. Drive through driving round multiple times as food not ready??? Lady working was desperately trying to get order back. Other staff didn't seem to have a clue. Won't be coming back anytime soon.

Can never seem to make a Zinger Tower correctly and always end up with something missing from it. Ive even ended up with just a plain fillet burger before 🤦🏼‍♂️.

Food was hot, quick and tasty as KFC goes. I would recommend eating in or taking away - lovely clean establishment too. Better than alot of other KFCs

We ordered 2x Gravy Mega boxes. The hot wings smelt off. I told the front desk about my complaint. I was told hat they should be alright and that this was the first time they've had this complaint. I don't feel it right that the customers satisfaction be questioned when something is clearly not right. I did receive 2 hot wings which was a fair gesture, but please do not make the customer feel like they are dillusional

Electric atmosphere inside, staff are sociable and interactive. Music was pumping and questions about the food were answered. 1010 grub will deffo be back 🔜 with all my friends

rediculous. Got home and they gave hand full of fries and forgot our 3 hot wings.....what a bunch of cowboys and i think based on the reviews below - they cheat people........AND PICK UP YOUR BLOODY PHONE SO YOU CAN GIVE A REFUND!!!!!!!

A bit of a hit and miss, drive through are always asked to park in the parking lot to scam the timer for food delivery. Good reason though as food can take up to 45 to be served.

Thought I'd treat myself this evening, specifically asked for no drumsticks as I'm don't like them, agreed and paid for two breast pieces and two thigh pieces. Got home, rubbish tea, 3 drumsticks and 1 thigh pieces, what a waste of time and fuel..

Ordered the veggie rice box which looked nice on the menu and comparable to rice boxes in other chains such as Leon. Terrible mistake, a box of lettuce and sweet corn, with a couple of spoonfuls of rice. On the picture it looked like it was a bean rice salad. Enquired about the beans and received blank looks and was told I could have more sweet corn as they had no tomatoes. Asked again about the beans, and another staff member remembered what I meant. My box was taken out the back and returned with a teaspoon of salsa with about three beans in. Wow, that was worth asking for. I went back to my table very disappointed with the unhelpful, couldn’t care less attitude of the staff. A few minutes later I was given some corn on the cob that was supposed to come with the meal but had also been forgotten. I couldn’t eat any of it as the staffs attitude to my enquiry about missing items left me feeling uneasy about the meal. It all ended up in the bin and I ate hubby’s chips instead. It isn’t the staffs fault that the meal contents were disappointing- however their attitude was dreadful!

Would give 0 stars if i could. Went in for some takeout this evening. Didn't seem that busy at all inside. However the guys working there seemed very rushed, poor management perhaps? Anyway, our order was almost totally wrong. Incorrect sides all around and none of the burgers had any salad/veg in at all. On top of this, barely any sauce in the burgers. So all we had was dry, beige burgers. To top it off we waited 25mins for our order just to get it home and realize it was all incorrect and poorly made. Don't go here.

No longer fast food. Lack of turnover means that you have to park-up and wait 20 minutes for your food. The writing is on the wall for this branch.

This latest outing to KFC confirms my mindset that I will never go to a KFC anywhere again....The prices charged are extortionate now for a basic 2 piece meal. SCRIMPED portion of fries lucky if you get 10 chips! The chicken portions that you have to make it clear when ordering that the scrappy wing pieces are NOT ACCEPTABLE are served swimming in excess oil, and none serve hot drinks. The staff are somewhat indifferent, the TOILETS are always skanky and most now donot provide WIFI. The restaurants are always cold and not kept up with cleaning . WHAT ARE WE PAYING FOR? It is the whole franchise that is very much at fault.

Useless, got home and food missing from Drive thru order. Tried to call no answer.

We ordered food through a food app and it was never a time when they sent the full order....we tried to call and obviously no one answered. And after everything, the food was cold... Disappointing!!!

Practical, good food but has become really cold if you want to eat in. Not a comfortable place to eat.

Nicest KFC I've had for a while. 1st visit to this branch. Nicely cooked, Not greasy and served politely and professionally. Only thing letting them down is the eating area could do with more regular cleaning but certainly clean and presentable enough. We'll done.

Wish I could give a 0 star because this was absolutely gross, the chicken was raw and soggy, batter was wet and chewy, just follow the bypass up the road and go to McDonald’s instead as they are better

I had a good review on this place and I’ve had to change it. I’ve had so many orders from this place and none of them were bad. I’ve just ordered a burger and it was extremely disappointing. Had like one bit of lettuce and a blob of sauce. Disappointing. Was also quite bland. I even think some of the chicken was raw but that may have just been me.

Staff do not pay attention to orders to get a simple order right. Very disappointing experience. KFC should be a treat but it’s just a negative experience here.

Waited ages for the drive thru, when bought out was cold and quite literally the KFC imaginable.

Worst kfc i have ever been to. Toilets disguting and the place run by kids with no clue what they were doing, choosing to spend their time chatting instead of getting customers orders out. Food cold and tables dirty. Up your game KFC.

We just went to get some food to eat home. When I checked my wrap at home I realised is dry, more than half empty and the chichen is burnt. All the chicken in our order looks old and burnt. I understand it’s a busy store but that shouldn’t matter. The quality of the food should be the same. Not just throw some old stuff in a wrap and give it away to customers.

Thanks for sending me 6 chicken legs, never had all the same before. Dry but also greasy. Don’t know how that’s even possible. 1 fillet missing, Tropicana missing. Delivery driver laughter. KFC Deliver (uber eats) refunded me £0.80p. What is going on. How is this legal. The Tropicana was £1.99. Contacting Mastercard

Cheaters. Don’t go there. I have experienced three times missing orders. Today I have ordered two meals. Both the burgers were missing, it’s a laugh. There was only two cars drive thru around 8:30pm. Looks like they are purposely cheating people.

Lovely quick service and beautiful chicken

I ordered fries, drink and vegan burger. The fries arrived cold and soggy which seems to a constant with this particular branch of kfc. There were also no napkins and we asked for salt pepper and condiments which also were forgotten and it took them quite a long time even though it was evening and the place was practically empty. The service doesn't come across great and this may be because it is run by kids.

Food is good but I've had something wrong or missing the last three times ordering. Also I think the burgers need to be named differently because the staff clearly don't know the difference between the tower and the stacker.

They are so inconsistent it’s a joke. It’s like pick a lucky day for good chicken. Some days the food is ok never great. Mostly the food is not good and I wish I never drove there. Yesterday even the children said it was not very nice and would eat anymore. The service staff are always really polite and do a good job. However the food lets this KFC. I will never eat here again or Oder from Leighton Buzzing store. Sick of the disappointing waste of my hard earned money food that comes out of this place.

Came this afternoon to KFC Leighton Buzzard, put my order and waited. One of the staff members was putting food in the bag, dropped the fries on the floor. Instead of replacing them, he just took few (I presume) dirties fries and packed the rest. I demanded replacement, and he just rudely said, why are you complaining it is not additional charge. He replaced them only after I refused to collect food that was on the floor . It makes me wonder how often this happens without us knowing it, and we get food from the floor!? Never going there again

If u looking for laziest employee’s, u will find them here. None of them want or like to work at KFC. Everything takes ages to do. Toilets been cleaned once a month, there is never soap. If u tell them there is no soap they act like didnt know and sometimes giving popcorn pot with soap from kitchen.. KFC not welcoming you there.

Don't eat here but pick up food as a delivery rider. Staff are disinterested and rude.

They seem to pick and choose when the 10 fillets for 10 quid works to justify their just eat prices being significantly higher per item. Don't both going here unless you collect directly. To put this in perspective, if you don't get the deal, 10 fillets will set you back 24.90 instead. 10 bits of MINI chicken, for 25 quid. Taking the micky. So you're looking at 50 for normal size.

Bought a fillet burger and pieces of chicken. Burger bun was so stale that when I broke off bits around the edge, they snapped. The lettuce was as limp and floppy as seaweed. Chicken was OK. I have no idea why KFC would allow this awful and over-priced crud to be served under their franchise or why any self-respecting "manager" would allow it to be served on their watch. And this end product is just the bit of the business that you DO get to see. I'll be giving it a wide swerve in future.

Place is awful, delivery took 2 hours, staff are laughable didn't want to refund...... 2 hours for a 10 minute delivery. Absolute joke horrible dirty place with filthyvdirty employees!!!!!

Due to McDonalds having a power cut, we decided to opt for a KFC. However I think everybody else had the same idea! We ordered via the self-service station and took our seat. We had to clear the previous customers rubbish and wipe the table as there was nobody working the floor area. Food was delivered to our table after 40 minutes of waiting and was cold.

Popped In for some lunch in my work break. So first things first Is washing my hands. Unfortunately all 3 soap dispensers were empty. Ordered a tower burger meal with an oreo crushem. The smallest bag of chips I've ever seen in my life and even the bad wasn't full. Must have been about 6 chips. Milkshake was also not filled to the top. I understand it sounds petty but when they reduced the cup sizes last year and now they don't even fill it to the top. For £2.50 It's a bit of a joke.

Don’t bother with this KFC, the delivery service is terrible! The customer service when you call Deliveroo is shocking!! Missing items they just tell you to place another order! Never again!!

Takeaway option so can't comment on the restaurant but looked clean, on screen ordering straightforward and easy fast service which you would expect. Always cooked to a good standard .

I used to collect chicken from the buckets left outside and put in my rice back in my brokie days.

Basically, there was this really beautiful Scandinavian/ Nordic/ Viking man at KFC, he was the best i’ve ever seen, he cooked the chicken infront of me, which made me full of excitement!! he also prepped the food with his very own special seasoning (yummy😋) and then basically my food magically appeared infront of me?!?! WOW i’m so impressed!! i would give 11/10!! YIPPEE💯

Good food & staff helpful. Food hot, which is the most important thing. Staff all very busy, location busy. Tables not cleaned, had to do that ourselves.

I am no longer a fan of KFC. I find that the chicken is always greasy and sometimes not cooked all the way through. The staff never seem to want to communicate with you at all they are always miserable. If I was forced to eat KFC the only think I would get that you can guarantee is nice enough every time is the boneless banquet

This has to be the worst KFC in the UK. The chicken in my fillet burger was so overcooked that it was inedible, the side order of beans had been overheated, and they were all dried up, and the fries were soggy. save your money and look elsewhere.

Nearest KFC to us but wouldn't use them again! Have had food from this branch twice over 18 months and have been very disappointed both times!! Sadly the food was very poor! Fries cold and almost raw! Classic chicken extremely greasy and also not very hot! Even though it had been' freshly 'cooked !! Sorry cannot recommend this branch of KFC!

Ive Had some bad stuff with this kfc First missinf stuff from what i ordered Asking my burger to be plain and 5 times in a row have it not plain I really dont recommend it.

Not my first order, other times they've made mistakes, this time no mayonnaise or lettuce on any of 3 burgers, chicken was overcooked, this KFC is clearly not being ran correctly.
