I don't have anything bad to say about the food, but don't bother getting it delivered unless you want items missing. Most of my delivered orders have had missing sides or even the whole burger missing. They are too busy chatting with each other while packing the food from what I've seen. I recommend only going in there to order, but make sure you check it all before you leave 👍

My partner & I waited 15mins for our orders of simply boneless chicken fillets & drinks. Once ordered, the employee behind the counter immediately removed our orders from both the "preparing" and "ready" screens and carried on chatting to a delivery driver. We saw our orders sat awaiting his attention for at least 10 of the 15mins we waited before he decided to look back at the "processed" orders to first give my partner his order. When he stepped away to sit & eat, the employee left me stood still waiting & started processing another order before asking me if I had an order I was waiting for. If the orders hadn't been removed until they'd actually been processed, they'd know who was still waiting for orders & what the orders were. It's falsifying their figures & causing bad customer service. It's never busy enough when I've been, to warrant the bad customer service. The employees seem more interested in chatting amongst themselves & delivery drivers, than getting the job done. The food is nice but on this occasion, the chicken was ridiculously greasy & caused the box to break before taking it out the bag, it had been sat there so long before serving.

The service has been consistently poor, with staff seemingly focused on meeting service targets by marking orders as ready for pick-up when they are not. Customers often have to wait for almost 10 minutes without any staff member providing updates on their orders. Additionally, the staff display unfriendly and rude attitudes, merely stating that the order will be a few minutes without giving a specific time frame or offering an apology. A staff member, Ben, who was working at 5:49 PM on 16th Dec 2024, was notably rude and unfriendly. Although KFC is a fast food restaurant, such behaviour from the staff is unacceptable.

I would never go back to this KFC again, purely because the management treat the staff here so poorly. They always seem to be rushed off their feet with little to no help from management. A previous review highlighted the KPI drive; staff seem to be so rushed to reach KPI goals that it impacts the actual customer service — but I guess the manager doesn’t care, as long as the store is reaching the performance goals on Paper, even though this is falsified. This has been cemented by many other reviews … the actual staff are usually friendly and helpful. It is a shame.

Only worth going to if they have deals on. Fast food options on menu are like 30 quid for the equivalent of a packet of southern fried chicken worth 4. Some days, you’re in for a treat; other days, it’s like they’re trying to see how bad it can get before you walk out. Today’s experience was one for the books. Food is normally pretty good. Sadly in an attempt to improve KPI numbers (at a guess) for a manager staff at this restaurant move orders from "Cooking" to "Ready" as soon as they are place. Making it hard to say how many people are waiting etc. Shame as it's a great location but the KPI dodge just kills the staff and the atmosphere suffers. I'd leave this feedback on the website, but the printers always out of paper so I can't get a feedback code.

Order on the app, They gave me my Krushems milkshakes told me to park up, which I completely understand. However they then took over 20 minutes to come out and give me my food (it was a Monday lunchtime and was quiet), by which time my milkshakes had completely melted, which I was bringing home to a family member. Was just about to go in but he came out with multiple food bags. Gave me a bag and walked to another car. I checked the order and it was wrong, however it had written on the receipt my number plate on it. I then had to call the boy back, tell him it's wrong and he gave me my order but with someone else number plate on it!? I checked the bag and was given 2 small fries instead of 2 large fries, and they were both completely cold. Seems like my food was made and put to the side to get cold, until they had another order to bring out. Because they took out multiple orders at once, despite the fact I ordered 10 minutes before the car in which my order got mixed up with. So I have no idea how they confused the number plates!? I've worked in fast food up until a few months ago, and I was going to complain but I understand that none of this is probably the poor boys fault who gave me the bags. Just find it ridiculous the time it took considering it was a very quiet Monday there. And they got my order wrong! Horrible experience won't go to this KFC again...

Ordered food to table. Waited ages between the 3 orders placed. Then they can wrong. Then told no milk for my coffee. Then opened wraps and they were burnt. Swapped and the new ones had burnt pieces all over them. So we were not impressed. Poorly managed, poorly cooked. Huge queue waiting for their food. Ordered the veggie rice box which looked nice on the menu and comparable to rice boxes in other chains such as Leon. Terrible mistake, a box of lettuce and sweet corn, with a couple of spoonfuls of rice. On the picture it looked like it was a bean rice salad. Enquired about the beans and received blank looks and was told I could have more sweet corn as they had no tomatoes. Asked again about the beans, and another staff member remembered what I meant. My box was taken out the back and returned with a teaspoon of salsa with about three beans in. Wow, that was worth asking for. I went back to my table very disappointed with the unhelpful, couldn’t care less attitude of the staff. A few minutes later I was given some corn on the cob that was supposed to come with the meal but had also been forgotten. I couldn’t eat any of it as the staffs attitude to my enquiry about missing items left me feeling uneasy about the meal. It all ended up in the bin and I ate hubby’s chips instead. It isn’t the staffs fault that the meal contents were disappointing- however their attitude was dreadful!

Would give 0 stars if i could. Went in for some takeout this evening. Didn't seem that busy at all inside. However the guys working there seemed very rushed, poor management perhaps? Anyway, our order was almost totally wrong. Incorrect sides all around and none of the burgers had any salad/veg in at all. On top of this, barely any sauce in the burgers. So all we had was dry, beige burgers. To top it off we waited 25mins for our order just to get it home and realize it was all incorrect and poorly made. Don't go here.

This latest outing to KFC confirms my mindset that I will never go to a KFC anywhere again....The prices charged are extortionate now for a basic 2 piece meal. SCRIMPED portion of fries lucky if you get 10 chips! The chicken portions that you have to make it clear when ordering that the scrappy wing pieces are NOT ACCEPTABLE are served swimming in excess oil, and none serve hot drinks. The staff are somewhat indifferent, the TOILETS are always skanky and most now donot provide WIFI. The restaurants are always cold and not kept up with cleaning . WHAT ARE WE PAYING FOR? It is the whole franchise that is very much at fault.

I ordered fries, drink and vegan burger. The fries arrived cold and soggy which seems to a constant with this particular branch of kfc. There were also no napkins and we asked for salt pepper and condiments which also were forgotten and it took them quite a long time even though it was evening and the place was practically empty. They are so inconsistent it’s a joke. It’s like pick a lucky day for good chicken. Some days the food is ok never great. Mostly the food is not good and I wish I never drove there. Instead of replacing them, he just took few (I presume) dirties fries and packed the rest. I demanded replacement, and he just rudely said, why are you complaining it is not additional charge. He replaced them only after I refused to collect food that was on the floor . It makes me wonder how often this happens without us knowing it, and we get food from the floor!? Never going there again

Need to log onto Zoo WiFi and scan QR code to order food. When asked if we could just see a menu and order, we were told this is our restaurant, and this is how we do things. Tried to log on and scan without success. Eventually, the waitress took our order, but not until we got a lecture on how to log on to WiFi, etc. Food arrived quickly but was poor quality and way overpriced. Almost £16 for a chicken burger and fries. Suggest taking sandwiches and a flask of coffee. Total rip off and bad attitude.

Used to be a great Pizza Hut branch, but having had a poor one in October and even worse today we won't be back. Today was horrendous, pizza sat at 'packing' status on the tracking for half an hour was the first warning sign. Add another 15 to 20 mins for it to be delivered and it was never going to be any good. Tried putting it in our oven for a couple of mins to bring it back to life but was still awful. So tasteless I can't honestly say if they even got the ingredients correct.
