The best restaurants in Hoddesdon Town Broxbourne East of England

Walking past on a Sunday lunch time I saw that they were quite busy and looking at the plates I could see why! I have now had a couple of Sunday roasts here, food is excellent an their coffee is lovely. Can hignly recommend. I have attached a photo of my roast beef dinner.

My daughter had her 13th birthday meal here last week , with her friends. My husband and myself sat at a separate table slightly away from them . The food here is second to none , you cannot beat it anywhere in Hoddesdon. The staff are so friendly and attentive and they work as a fantastic team . If you want the best food and terrific service then book a table at Zagara !

Just read a review by a John cook what an nasty man his other reviews seems this bloke don’t like any restaurant in local area, this is the best Italian I’ve been in , and I’ve been in best Italian in London , please try you won’t be disappointed five stars for food

Excellent service, and amazing staff

Booked for 7pm and kindly facilitated earlier bit from them on the service went downhill. The staff were generally pleasant but there were significant delays with the food, having asked a number of times. On one occasion being told that we have takeaway, delivery and its new years eve; like that's my problems, mind you they never mentioned that on arrival! So had enough and wished to pay and leave, the lady on the main desk stated had we ruined your night, felt like saying I like to spend an hour and half of my time time waiting for food that doesn't arrive!! Then enquiring what happened, a don't know doesn't cut it and when she said she wouldn't charge me service, told her had no intention and also don't believe they can insist, not quite the US of A yet! So paid and left, if you don't care about service and desperate for thai do go. Otherwise go elswwhere🙄.

The best Sicilian restaurant I have ever been to! We travel from far to come for the delicious fresh food and always experience the best customers service. From their tasty pizzas and their fresh pasta dishes, the desserts are all home made which also so amazing. Everything Limone has to offer is of a very high standard. Very well run family business which makes this restaurant stand out from others I have been to with my family. Child friendly as well which is a huge plus for us. If I could give 11/10 for Limone that's the rating it deserves! Highly highly recommend :)

I came to Hoddesdon with my dad & decided to have lunch while here. We saw the lunch offer and decided to try. The lunch offer had a big selection of meats, fish & vegetarian. The food was quick & tasty. The staff are very attentive & helpful. The restaurant is clean & modern. I will happily be coming back.

Ordered for the first time from here tonight. The delivery was within the time frame stated, the customer service was great and the food was hot and very tasty. Will definitely be a regular customer

Used to love this place but they’ve clearly changed staff and now the service is very poor. You will wait nearly 2 hours for your food. If you refuse to pay the service charge they will accuse you underpaying and make you feel uncomfortable. If your service is poor why would we pay a service charge?

Really fresh sandwich to take out . Delicious bread and loads of filling . Friendly staff and great value meal deal Also my place of choice for breakfast , can’t fault it

Didn't have food, but fast service, nice kind welcoming atmosphere on my first visit, will certainly be coming back.
