Tasty’s Chicken in Broxbourne

Ordered for the first time from here tonight. The delivery was within the time frame stated, the customer service was great and the food was hot and very tasty. Will definitely be a regular customer

Not usually one to leave reviews. Ordered delivery and it came quick, food still hot. Really good peri wings and chicken strips.

Food was good, but restaurant doesn't read or refuses to give requests for sauce in the note.

Order arrived a bit later than usual so the chips were barely warm, and they didn't adhere to my request of a pot of mayo. Bit disappointed since they're usually better than this, but at least the wraps were good.

Peri peri chicken, hot wings, and mozzarella sticks are… chef’s kiss. Fabulous!

This place serves the best chicken outside London. A major asset to Hoddesdon, great value for money, super friendly service. Use it or lose it! Cannot recommend high enough.

Had to phone three times to establish they had the order, it was then 20 mins late and missing items. When I rang the restaurant, they were apologetic but wouldn't refund me for the missing items, just said they would give me a discount next time. I'm not ordering from them again after this and said that but still refused to refund me, leaving me no option than to go through just eat and officially complain. Shame, because the food is good but the delivery and service had gone downhill.

2 hours for delivery, barely a apology and had to call the company twice to get any answers, last time we will try this place.

Burger was wet and soggy, the rest was fine but was at least 45 mind late.

Always sublime food and quick delivery. Never had an issue with them after years of going here. Fried chicken and chicken strips are better than KFC these days and much more affordable!

Hasn’t arrived but says delivered on just eat

First time ordering from here, food was hot when it arrived and really tasty! Plenty of chips, burgers were spot on and everything was correct with nothing forgotten or substituted. Very pleased, would definitely order again. AND they found our address easily, an issue with we’ve had with other takeaway outlets before.

The quality seems to have dropped off - the food was average, at best and certain items were subbed or completely overlooked.

Order turned up 30mins late, so 1.5hrs just for some chicken. Half of the meal was clearly cooked in old oil or made hours ago, a different colour and tasted horrible.

Although delivers quick, food was cold, chips were hard and had been clearly cooked a long time before our order. Popcorn chicken was overcooked and mainly breadcrumbs and little chicken. Fillet burger was ok

Food was shocking would not entertain that place again. Cold and not fresh and a portion to feed a small cat at best. What a joke and waste of money.

Best chicken I’ve had in a while. Corn on the cob tastes a little funny. But other than that loved the combo meal and the hot wings. Definitely recommend and ordering from here again.

Always well cooked & fast delivery plus delicious

The food was great and it was delivered on time. The only issue we had was with the driver. He called to say he didn't know where I was and I asked if he followed the postcode. He said "I don't do that just tell me where to go" so I told him the when we went outside to get the delivery he was very rude and demanded by partner give him a pound for his troubles.

Quick service, friendly staff, manager always smiling. Chicken pieces and wings are better than favourites and chips are done perfectly. Never had an issue come here multiple times a week

Super fast delivery which was really appreciated as we were so hungry and the food did not disappoint! It was hot, fresh and decent portion sizes! My son ate the lot and asked if there was anymore! Lol! Overall a quick and really tasty dinner and will definitely order again!!

Skin seasoning was flavoursome, needs to be more crispy though. Chiggin iwas tender and juicy, a delight to the tongue. The chips were crispy on the outside and a little bit soft on the inside. Could be fluffier but for a chicken shop they were good. Service was friendly and quick. 4 stars mush

Terrible timing had to wait a hour in the shop for my food they didn't wasn't busy , just terrible service , thought it would of been quick to collect but clearly not..

Spent loads of money at this place in the past. Ordered again tonight and 40mins after order placed it was cancelled on Just Eat because there were "no drivers available". Won't bother going here again. There are loads of alternative chicken places to spend my money at instead.

I called the restaurant to inform them that they gave me lamb ribs instead of beef.I do not eat lamb . What's worse is I called the restaurant and the manager was so unapologetic and kept saying,can't help you we are closed now ok?!!NO APOLOGY NOTHING!Now I m just stuck here with £6 worth of lamb ribs and hungry.Please refund my money

They have best peri peri chicken and wings. Very juicy and i prefer them over other restaurants peri peri items because of the taste.

10/10 in quality like always. Love my takeouts from them, always meeting expectations.

Not sure what everyone is raving about. Ok food, ok service but very greasy. Too much Mayo in the burger, wings may have come from a pigeon. Cheap and cheerful food, won’t be my first choice for ordering again

Really bad! Will not order again! After waiting for 1 and half hour I’ve called and check. Been told that your order will be there in 5 minutes as driver is sitting in car now. Then another half an hour still nothing turn up. I called again and this time they said they didn’t get our order. BAD SERVICE. LAIRS!!! Been waiting 2 hours for nothing!

Absolutely love this place!!! Always so friendly and so helpful! Considering we have now had food from them over 15 times over the last 12 months I think that’s saying something. Quality is always consistent, and it’s good value for money.

I have ordered from here be and was always nice. But this time the ribs was or fat. The chicken was all cold and not nice. I spent £35 and put most of it in the been. Because couldn't eat it.

Food arrived hot and delicious as always. Fantastic customer service also as bit of a mix up between collection and delivery and when restaurant was called the man on the phone was very polite and helpful. Got my order sent out for delivery right away.
