Pizza Hut Delivery in Broxbourne

Delivery was 45 mins after the estimated time. Food was nice and delivery driver, Venkey, was pleasant.

I ordered at 6:08pm and was estimated between 7:10-7:30pm. At 7:30pm the app said it had been delivered. I called the shop and they said it was being processed at 7:30pm. My pizza arrived at 8pm. Almost 2 hours after I had ordered it.

Just over an hour late, kept saying it was 10 minutes away 45 mins later after the first phone call it arrived. Last phone call he hung up on me. Wouldn’t mind if I was being rude. Only good thing was the food was hot.

The best dine in experience, food was delicious as usual and it’s one of my most fav destination ever.

Good points: Great variety of deals available. Food has great flavour, is cooked to a good standard and portion size is decent. It is very easy to create/amend pizzas to your own personal liking. I’m a big fan of half and half pizza when I can’t decide what toppings I want. Bad points: Delivery - I ordered direct with my local hut but the delivery driver struggled to find my address and almost delivered my order to a completely different street/road. I had two calls with the delivery driver and had to provide directions to deliver to my address in town which is metres from the takeaway shop. Quality - I added chicken to my meat feast pizza and was disappointed to see the chicken wasn’t much larger than the seasoned minced beef included on my pizza, usually the chicken looks like chunks. Perhaps the shops supplier has recently changed? Perhaps we got the bottom of the bag, something we’ll never know for definite. I also selected ‘handcrafted with garlic’ crusts to both of my pizza’s which I paid an uplift for and yet there was very little/almost non existent garlic sprinkle. Not worth an uplift fee and overall pretty disappointing. Stuffed crust all the way!

The order was 35 minutes late. I had to call to check where it was and they didnt even realise we had placed an order. When the order came they gave us one pizza less and had to come back to deliver the last pizza. Our Friday evening ruined

Very good food. All the order arrived pretty much on time and together. Olu was very polite and helpful - one ofvthe best

ordered on just eat the food never came and was 20 minutes overdue but on the just eat app it said delivered when we hadn't received it so my friend rung them they answered and then put the phone down and he rung them bk about 10 times the phone was just ringing so my friend drove down to the shop and had to tell them that they can't do that to their customers. disappointed this time.

I ordered a delivery for the match today, I made a mistake and ordered a collection instead of delivery. I spoke to the manager Angela and she sent it anyway. Great customer service. Food delivery was on time, food hot and driver very polite. The margarita pizza was burnt and the tomato taste was tangy and not what it usually tastes like, unfortunately it was inedible. The garlic bread was undercooked.
