Staff are not welcoming in this store. She explained to other customers about the price increase when it got to serving me she didn’t mention it at all. So unwelcoming makes me feel like I don’t want to come back. This is not the first time either.

Horrible tasteless food , thought we will try a different Chinese to our usual one , and was extremely disappointed, waste of money , food was tasteless , watered down and portion sizes were ridiculous. Sweet and sour sauce tasted of pure vinegar and chilli chicken was overcooked and dry and chicken balls undercooked . Do not go there , not worth it .

We went last night to the Elvis night. The food was exceptionally good, friendly staff and Elvis was fun and created a great atmosphere. Highly recommend.

We use Crystals more often than I’d like to admit! Amazing food- always fresh, hot, tasty and quick! Can’t recommend highly enough. Tried a variety of food from their menu: different kebabs, burgers and wings. Always get a good amount of food and very, very reasonably priced. Our go to takeaway!

This place has become a joke I've been drinking here for four years non stop now and for the very first time under new management in fours years they have run out of stella, foster and strongbow is on its way out !!! I can't believe this who evere is running this place couldn't run a bath !

The food was very tasty and plenty of it The staff were very friendly and seemed to have a good rapport with everyone in the cafe. It’s a cross between a cafe and a restaurant with very reasonable prices. Not my first visit and won’t be my last.

Very very bad. I ordered 2 XL pork souvlaki and 1 LG chicken souvlaki 2 chips and it cost me £66.75. But this is not the main issue. I called and made the order and I gave them a specific time and hour later for collection. On arrival they didn't even had my order on the charcoal and they just placed it on. Mind you they had nothing else to prepare as when they placed it on it was only my order. Half an hour later they started making excuses for being late. Not good service very very expensive and for sure I will not be going back.

Awfull chinese worst I have ever had. Food very bland dry sweet and sour threw most of it in bin. Never again from here. In the past they have been ok something has gone wron.

Ordered multiple things for multiple a large group of people for a party. Informed that delivery would be approximately 30 minutes, 60 minutes later I phoned to query where it was and was informed traffic was bad but it was on the way. I checked, Google maps said it would take 14 mins from the restaurant to mine. 90 minutes after the order was placed, I called again. After sitting and waiting for over 8 mins of them "searching" for the order I was informed it had accidentally been mixed up and lost. No other explanation, simply a "sorry, about this". Ended up getting a full refund and having to go elsewhere. Unhappy children, unhappy adults. Not at all impressed.

Every time I crave a kebab, I have always chosen USA kebab - I’ve been coming here for over 10 years! Convenient location and absolutely lovely family. My go to order is a large mixed doner with chips plus the salad. They’re very generous with the portion of meat and the chips are pretty good too. Everything was served fresh and personally have never had any issue.
