Nick served us a great bap!! Chelsea cooked, and both served us with smiles and courtesy, despite being on the verge of closing. Would definitely stop here for pleasant service and good tasting breakfast!! Thank you 😊

Went here again Friday evening. Good ale and good food and good prices. I had the Thai chicken curry and my husband had the liver and bacon. Good potions. We have had the scampi, sausages and the fish and chips. For red meat eaters there are burgers etc. Sunday lunches are legendary. Open Wed to Sat nights and Sunday lunch which is beef or turkey and freshly cooked vegetables. This pub did the wake for my brother in March and the buffet was excellent and enjoyed by all age groups- up to a 97 year old. There is 60s music playing quietly in the background from a juke box. So much nicer than all the gastro pubs. They have their place but we love our local pub.

We chose this Pub for sentimental reasons for a family gathering and we weren’t disappointed. It’s like going back in time but in good way as this is how good local Pubs used to be. We weren’t disappointed and were able to commandeer a large area to accommodate our gathering which gave us a degree of seclusion. The food is different with baked Essex Huffers (which I didn’t know existed!) filled with a choice of home smoked meats such as brisket, pork or turkey, chicken parmigiana, Shrimp po-boy Spicy Mexican beans (vegetarian). Plus the loaded fried are scrumptious. The Staff were very accommodating and helped create a really chilled out family gathering plus it didn’t break the Bank! Would highly recommended.

5 adults, all had a burger meal and thoroughly enjoyed it. Strange that the cheese sauce was dropped over the whole bun rather than inside but tasted great. First time I think I've needed to eat a burger with a knife and fork.

We went to weavers for Mother’s Day lunch and the food was absolutely amazing. Lee was very friendly and very efficient. Great service 😃 I would definitely recommend

Wow just wow fantastic delicious, homecooked food in a friendly, unhurried atmosphere . The Welsh rarebit was the best i have tasted and I have tasted a lot of them around the country. 10 out of 10 on every level.

We had an amazing meal at the Kings Head Pebmarsh on Saturday for a birthday celebration delicious the Chef helped me so much with a special diet I had to have and the meal was really lovely staff lovely all good would. Definitely go again.

My friend and I could not find anywhere in the town centre for lunch and came across The Glass House by accident so decided to pop in. We were pleasantly surprised by the comfortable seating and privacy as we sat left of the door. Staff are polite and attentative. Food was freshly made, very reasonably priced and tasted fantastic!! A bottle of fizzy water cost £1.. Yes I know I was shocked too!! 2 x luxury panini, 3 huge slices of coffee & walnut cake, 1 slab of chocolate cake, pot of tea, hot chocolate and a 500ml bottle of fizzy water came to £18 Absolutely excellent place to eat and will be returning!! P.S we didn't eat all the cake, took some home for the boys

We ate here last night at 6.30pm. We were immediately impressed by how friendly and helpful Lily, our server was. And when the food came, wow! The hake was particularly spectacular. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here, thanks to all staff for making it a lovely evening.
