Torsbeanie Corner Cafe in Braintree

Amazing place, the food was incredible and the owners are so lovely! They allowed me to hire the venue for an afternoon tea party for a surprise baby shower and they truly went above and beyond with it! Everyone was commenting on how incredible the food was (there wasn’t much left!) and how friendly but professional the staff were! Will definitely be in touch again for future events and family outings as they also provide high chairs for babies/toddlers which is so helpful as I have twin toddlers so it’s great to know they can be safe while we all enjoy a drink and some cake! We absolutely love coming here and come most weeks! All the staff are so friendly and always make you feel welcome. Nothing is too much trouble and their food is always amazing! We especially love their breakfasts and tea and cake selection. My little boy also loves the homemade sausage rolls and always say the chips are yummy! We attended a children's Halloween event they put on and was well organised and so much fun, we hope to see more of these in the future. Tonight we picked up burgers and chips instead of our usual Friday night takeaway and we have been converted! Reasonably priced and the food was cooked to perfection! We hope this is something they continue to do as we will most definitely be back. Thankyou!

Best breakfast in Halstead, food good quality, generous portions,and excellent value. Well worth a visit.staff always pleasant.

Had a really good cheese toastie and rocky road. We just kept laughing with owner. Can’t fault this cafe.

Excellent service, very friendly staff made our surprise group of 9 feel very welcome and special due to birthday of one of our group Good valve for money we will be back.
