Excellent lunch today with friends. We all ate off the festive menu. Two eating duck. Two eating turkey. Plus dessert. 100% recommended.

Great reasonable priced food and plenty of it in this beautiful traditional english pub. We were a group of 10 and our server Cathy was really helpful (checking ingredients for allergies) and friendly. Thanks for a great lunch!

A lovely cosy evening at the Kings Head, it had a lovely busy community feel. Never a bad experience and the food never disappoints. The service was amazing by all staff members, especially Lily who was just the loveliest lady. We will be back!

The food was great, but more importantly, the service was brilliant. The you lady was very helpful and served us really well. So nice to see someone take pride in what they do. We did ask her name and said we would mention her in or review. You should be proud of your young staff, especially this young lady. What a great find! A warm, friendly pub that was completely packed on a Thursday evening. The food was absolutely delicious, the portions huge. Sofi was lovely, polite, friendly. We had great food in a pub with a wonderful atmosphere and it didn’t break the bank. Wholeheartedly recommend this place. Thank you Sofi and colleagues. We will be recommending to friends and returning ourselves!

Last minute decision to go out and what a good choice. Food fantastic, couldn’t fault the service. Our server was Claire and she was brilliant couldn’t do enough to help with choices. Very busy but food and drinks served quickly. We were a table of six and they had a hen party in that night. Will definitely be returning.

Great food, great beer, great atmosphere and excellent staff (Sharon & Eden). Can highly recommend the steak pie and chips, but make sure you leave room for the deserts!! Love this pub 👍

We often pop in here when in the area. A lovely rural community pub with a friendly atmosphere. We were served by Claire & Brydie for an early dinner yesterday, who were very friendly & efficient. Good varied menu with proper pub grub. Food was delicious, with chunky chips to die for! And the Sunday roasts are superb. We will be back again soon!

Been here twice this year - food amazing both times. Much better than average pub grub and generous portions. Friendly service, no problem parking. Only (mild) criticism is the strange 70's style overhead light in the eating area, which doesn't do this nice old pub any favours lol.

Fantastic hidden gem of a pub. Great service by Henry. I was able to order a pint of good old British bitter. 3 of us all had different meals and each was delicious. Home cooked meals and great value. We could have stayed all day had we not been driving!!

Went there for Dinner on a Saturday evening, cannot fault this lovely Pub at all, the food is superb, generous portions and reasonably priced too, plus the staff are lovely and can’t do enough for you.

We regularly go to the King’s Head as my wife is gluten and dairy free and they have a good special dietary menu. Always have friendly staff, and they remember my wife has dietary requirements without asking. Would throughly recommend.

A very popular welcoming, community run, country pub. There is an excellent varied menu, our portions were fairly generous and well presented. The bar offers a large range of draught ales, lagers and ciders.
