The best restaurants in Nethermayne Basildon East of England

Amazing burger. We both went for the create your own with seasoned fries. All I can say is wow. Can see why this place is no.1. Probably one of the best burgers I’ve tasted and I’m a bit of a burger connoisseur.

Food terrible no flavour ribs old meat to much soy sauce on the noodles very salty , staff do not listen, order was wrong, over priced for poor food

Wanted to place an order for a collection, but I have been calling for over 15mins nobody answered……

The Food is always A1 the staff are always very friendly nothing is to much bother. The price is perfect service is always with a smile I have been back many times and will continue to go back.

1st time from getting from here I don't ever leave reviews but wow the food was 10 out of 10 and so fast and hot we will be back

Had mixed grill and filet stake , would of liked coleslaw with my stake and chips and a salad , used to get this . husband had mixed grill , would rather pay more and get a bigger piece of chicken So small it was bit disappointing , the chairs were we sat were old and torn . Waitress was nice , needs a refit in some places .

I am a regular customer at fish n chicken, and I rate them 1st class very tasty food. But I do think the cardboard boxes they use are a complete waste of money and such a waste in general..the food is literally in the boxes for minutes then thrown away...in todays climate I think they should try going back to the old fashioned way of wrapping fish n chips in paper...fish n chips is so expensive nowadays it may help out a bit with their prices. I bought nuggets tonight and was told instead of 10 they have cut it to 9....cut out the extravagant boxes that would save them reducing the amount? Just a thought

First time ordering. Garlic mushrooms, butter chicken and sag aloo are super spicy?! Why?! Since when are any of these dishes meant to be so hot and spicy you can’t even eat them? Disappointed after spending so much money. Never in my life have these dishes been made spicy!!! Can’t even eat them they’re so hot. Ridiculous. Won’t order ever again!

Really lovely local Harvester Our Server was Faye who was extremely attentive, friendly & very knowledgeable of the menu & available wine to pair with our meal Well done to the kitchen staff as the Restaurant was very busy, Plate Up Chef was doing a excellent job 👏 Big shout out to Tom for looking after us Thanks Guys 🙂🙂

Three women behind th counter totally rude. Speaking to each other as I was doing my order. Made me feel like I was in their way. Maybe becaus they where eastern European and this is a normal way of speaking or dealing with customers. Sorry won't be going their qgain
