What a lovely place, I’ll definitely be back ! Great coffee, pastries and quiche. Best of all was the service from Carina

One of my favourite coffee and cake stops when I walk my dogs and also when not walking. If it should be raining then there is a pretty warm cosy cabin.

This place exceeded my expectations! The sushi was very fresh and tasty and the tempura prawns were very crispy! The owner was very friendly and he suggested some different sushi rolls for us to try and they all tasted amazing. I only had one picture because my boyfriend and I ate all the food so quickly😂 The best sushi in chelmsford I have tried so far I would definitely go again.

A proper ‘greasy spoon’ cafe. Arrived to find it full of tradesmen having their breakfast (a good sign). This was for a catchup with an old friend. I went for a bacon roll whilst my friend had the No. 1 breakfast. Both were superb. Staff were friendly. We sat chatting for probably 35 minutes after finishing our food and drinks and no issues. Probably half the price of the Bakehouse down the road. Thoroughly recommend.

As s always was a great time. Were seated quickly and efficiently by Jamal, who looked after us for most of the rest of the meal. We ordered a range of things from the menu with additions and everything came correctly and quickly. Coffee and juices were fresh, food was hot and tasty, but the service is really what made it. Jamal not only made sure everything was to standard, but did it with a great sense of humor which lit up the restaurant. Would go back, and absolutely will.

Great warm baguettes. I would recommend them to anyone! Cueing out of the door for a reason! Brilliant for lunch on a cold or hot day as cold food offered too.

Well cooked - very fresh tasking food - absolutely the best take away food in Southend - cooked to perfection - all my family loved the food - Oxtail - Curry Goat - Salt Fish & Ackee - & Jerk Chicken we all had & was great - & my Wife is Gluten Free - so she was able to enjoy a full meal - & she was so happy - & steam vegetables was amazing.

What a fantastic meal this lunchtime. A fantastic Sunday roast delivered perfectly for a group of seven. Plenty of food and a good selection of deserts. Needed a doggy bag which is always a bonus and good sign. All of us visited for the first time and have made an enquiry for a return with a larger group. Staff worked hard and delivered in a professional and friendly manner. Thank you so much.

We found this pub on August bank holiday, we just had a drink and chips, lovely place, friendly staff, so told friends we needed to visit. Sunday lunch 27/10/24, absolutely lovely, ice cream to die for, crème brullee huge, all sauces brought to table without having to ask ( not sachets ), 5 star dining, staff excellent.

Tom is very welcoming visit when ever I can, great food and service, clean and plenty of parking on the London Road to stop and recharge for the day ahead. You will want to visit again.

The restaurant is small and sparsely decorated but the food was truly delicious- there was not one thing that I tasted there that wasn’t excellent- I don’t live far and will try the take away menu on another occasion- but would highly recommend

Seriously the best dinner in Suffolk. Amazing service and food in a beautiful rural setting. A focus on Suffolk producers and always innovative. A set meal supper club that can also provide vegetarian.

Absolutely beautiful food, great taste and plenty of it too. The service is always with a fabulous smile. Never fails to deliver every time (Recommend the jerk chicken with rice and peas and the curry chicken)

Fantastic coffee house. Probably the best coffee in Norwich and friendly helpful staff. I'm about to buy my first espresso machine and they had plenty of helpful advice (and a really good choice of beans)
