The best restaurants in East Midlands

Go there every Sunday, for a quiet dinnertime drink with my brother and our friend. Staff very good. Also the service. Never eaten there yet, parking can be hard at times as well, but very kid friendly.

They are very good pork pies, not P Turner standard, but pretty good. And the beer / zero chav count is an excellent combo 👌🏻

Great stop for traditional English breakfast.

One of the best foods I have ever eaten reminded me of India the food was 10/10 it was super tasty and so mouth watering the best place to get Indian food from genuinely missing out if not tried this place

Called for a snack at lunchtime found there was a funeral wake taking place but was still very good service and the food was excellent 4

Nipped in with a friend, trying to find somewhere to eat - very friendly atmosphere, landlady in particular is very nice. Would definitely come back 👍

Lovely friendly cosy micro pub with small beer garden and often music on. They staff are wonderful. The atmosphere changed from day to day by but always good.

Second time trying this place for fish and chips, and both times it's been good quality, decent sizes and not over priced. Even though it's a bit out of my way, I'll definitely be coming here instead of Spartan's or Devonshire.

Fantastic food in a lovely, authentic setting. Will become a family favourite from now on. Traditional Italian food at reasonable prices all served with a smile.

Excellent desserts place. The milkshakes are lovely, and the deserts are yummy, and don't forget the soft scoop ice cream that comes in lots of flavours. My kids love the slush as the flavours are changed regularly. I think this place is value for money and the quality is not compromised. Try it out.

Brief visit and a quick stop for a coffee and sausage roll, will come back for another visit

We hosted a baby shower here and it was honestly amazing, there was 15 of us, we went for the grazing option which was £15pp (there was other cheaper options but this was best for us) & the food was unreal, a wide variety & there was a lot of it! People even took home left overs! The staff was amazing, kept checking we was ok & asking if we needed anything. The venue is absolutely beautiful too! If you’re looking at doing any sort of event I would definitely recommend Audrey bar! & if you haven’t already been, you are missing out! Thank you again to all of the staff who made my sisters day special Lauren x
