Great little pub, friendly staff, beer pulled well. Didn't eat so can't comment about the food, however roast potatoes were going round and smelt delicious.

When the second coming arrives He will be in the mould of Anthony. Glory be.

Came to the pub as my boyfriend's uncle is a regular. The landlord and lady are very nice and lots of friendly people come in this pub. I'm giving it a 4 instead of a 5 just because it can be a little pricey and it is also a very small pub, but it's lovely and I have no complaints

The Cross Daggers is unique - I've never known a more friendly and atmospheric pub. I love coming here.

Amazing little boozer, its lovely inside. like a real old school pub! the Owner Ant is a class lad too. Roast potatoes on the bar on Friday I thought it was a nice little touch!

Lovely, cosy, traditional pub. Great pint of Thwaites Wainwright. First visit since October 1991. Under 18s not allowed inside but you are made aware of this before entering. Worth seeking out.

Absolutely lovely friendly local pub

Do you remember a proper country pub? With Real Ales, low ceilings, friendly staff and a large selection of your favourite tipple, well the Daggers ticks all the boxes! Can get very busy at certain times (Friday early evening especially) but this just adds to the buzz of an original old fashioned boozer that boasts to be just that, and wins you on your first visit.

First time here and atmosphere was great, bar staff great, would highly recommend

Friendly pub, landlord could do better....only because I'm not happy about how many days to Christmas it is on jan 1st, get a life. Wheres the the motorhome spots and live music, thats why you get 4.

Excellent traditional friendly local pub with a great choice in beer

Smashing traditional style local which we have just been in for the first time. Doesn't open until 4.00p Monday to Thursday which restricts when we can visit but finally made it at opening time on a Wednesday. Friendly welcome from the landlord and soon had a dozen or so regulars in giving it a nice atmosphere. Good real ale at a reasonable price as well. Will make an effort to visit again soon.

Try and visit this lovely little pub with friends at least once a week. Always really busy has a great choice of beers wines and spirits and set near the country side. It is extremely cosy and has a great atmosphere. Good bar snacks too. Really friendly staff. Would highly recommend a visit.

A welcoming and traditional English pub. The staff are lovely and very friendly. As a non local, I have always felt welcome and relaxed when I've popped in for a drink or two. Good selection of beers/wines and spirits with a beer garden to the side. A great place to have a drink.
