One of the best foods I have ever eaten reminded me of India the food was 10/10 it was super tasty and so mouth watering the best place to get Indian food from genuinely missing out if not tried this place

Came across this little place as we passed late and everything else was closed. Felt a warm, cozy atmosphere and the owner treated us as if we were his own personal guests. Food tasted so fresh and home made. Felt I had visited a small eatery in my native country with the vibe and deco too. Overall a very pleasant experience indeed. Would highly recommend.

Good food meat was beat under cooked. Fish was nice l. In veg sev tomato was excellent. Owner should think of putting tissue on the table as customer always had to ask for it. Travel all the way from London food wasn’t disappointed.

This place is fabulous the food is scrumptious like homemade flavours. Javed bro and Bhabi are so welcoming and give a exceptional service with a smile and always helpful with suggestions of their homemade cooking…. Fabulous place to go for some tea too. Proper desi place.

Small restaurant but outstanding food, typical of that area of India but also very tasty , proper home cooking.

We have been many times in Bharuchis. We are from preston and it's worth travelling this far for bharuchis authentication dishes. We had Chicken Lollipop, Pomfret masala fish, Dara Masala Fish, Karahi Gosht, kadhi khichadi, Rotla. We specially come for dal chawal on Friday. Best place for desi Home Bharuchi food. Always best taste. Always welcomed ☺️

We recently dined at Bharuchis and were blown away by the delicious food! Every dish was full of flavor and beautifully presented. The bhindi curry was a standout, perfectly seasoned and fresh. As a Gujarati Kathiyawadi, the chai took me back to Indian tapri days. The food was pure and authentic, just like Maa's cooking. Great service too! Highly recommend for anyone craving genuine, flavorful cuisine.

Small dining but foods were very delicious. I felt like home made food. Also they have verities of vegetarian options as well . Also both veg and non veg . Highly recommended . Family friendly.

Quality food, reasonable prices. He does the best biryani in town, and the best Indian masala fish. Authentic food and tastes like home - just better! We’ve had his food and also had his catering multiple times.

Service very good, we had king prawns just like how my mum used to make and try the karak chai tasty.

Food tasted good but extremely oily. Ordered some Biryani but the oiliness was a put off. For the price there are better options available in Leicester. Service is fine.

Such a lovely little gem to have an authentic Ghar Ka Khana.. we had pomfret fish, chicken lollipop, tariwala chicken and roti. it was just delicious and had that homely feel. The place is very clean. The owner is quite friendly. It's a must visit place for someone who's craving home food..

Came across Facebook advertising about this place and traveled long Way as I was feeling homesick and craving for authentic food but this place had nothing to offer as it’s promoted, believe me I’ve been to many places to eat in this country and this one’s is the lowest one in the rank!

Oh wow just came across this place and was having second thoughts if I should eat there or not, until I ate the food and was amazed. words can’t describe how good the food was. It was soo good I ordered seconds and couldn’t get up so I stayed abit longer and ended up ordering eat which was amazing, the eat was a new experience for me. Went there yesterday first time, and we were greeted by the owner, who was very welcoming and helpful in what to order, and all food is cooked by his wife (the chef). All the food selections are amazing, all very unique flavors, and all seasoned perfectly. Also all food is freshly prepared which can told by the taste of the food. Will definitely be going back!

I went with my family last sunday evening. We have ordered fried pomfret,fish pakoda, mutton(goat) curry and naan, rotla and rotlis. I still can't believe that we have tasted as same as India and we loved all the food items and his hopitality. It might take some time to get the food but we have not any complaint for that, because they might making same time in kitchen and its worth to wait and get the fresh food instead readymade.

We are pleased that we found the best place for traditional Indian cuisine ! 😋

Rating 5* Called Bharuchis Saturday evening as wanted to dine in with family of 7 and the owner Javid was very accomadating and polite, offered us a suitable time slot and booked us in. An arrival the welcoming was friendly, having said that the owner and chef were friendly throughout the whole evening :-) The menu variety is amazing, we couldn't try everything but there are a lot of things we would like to go back to try. The starters, mains, tandoori naan roti and desserts was cooked deliciously, well presented and the portion sizes are generous. I would recommend to everyone veg and non veg👌

Visited Bharuchis last weekend for a family meal. We were welcomed and well looked after by the owner and chefs, very polite and friendly and the customer service was fantastic. The dine in menu variety was amazing for veg and non veg, we ordered a few starters including the sizzling mixed grill and lamb chops it was cooked to perfection whilst served hot and very presentable. We ordered kids meals, lamb karai and chicken curry these were also very tasty and the chapaties were so soft and fluffy! We ordered mango soji and it’s by far the best soji we have eaten, it came garnished with plentiful of nuts! We usually take photos but on this occasion we were so hungry we ate before the snaps! In a nutshell if you want tasty and good quality food definitely give these guys a try you won’t be disappointed.

Non descript place, not inviting at all. Food is very good good, all freshly cooked. Methi thepla, karella, cudhi, all vg, wife approved. Not really a place to go for special meal, but great take away or quick snack

Another honest review. I give it 4.5 but there is no option. If I was eating alone I would have scored 4 but my wife rated it 5. She found her dish the best she has had in a while. I found it average. My Biriani was very dry. I found my wife's curry lacked something, don't know what. I will definitely try bharuchis again. I hope to change my 4.5 to a 5

Fabulous curry and meat kebab! We ordered a chicken tawa masala and had the chapati recommended to us (perfect combo), and had the meat kebab starter and poppadoms. Overall the curry was rich, flavourful, and decadent, the chapati was really delicious, and the meat kebab was sooooo juicy. We really enjoyed this meal and highly recommend it to anyone stopping by in Leicester for a curry!

Great place with great staff and service. Food is freshly prepared and would recommend for anyone who wants to try bharuchis style dishes and a must try mango sugi halwa, flavourful dish as well as kathiyawadi thali with rotlo.

I dined in, indulging in the Kathyawadi (vegetarian) thali. To takeaway the owner recommended their speciality; *Bharuchi daal chawal & zardo (Friday special) *Fried pomfret *Garlic chilli prawns *Chicken lollipop *Bharuchi style chicken curry *Dum chicken biryani Every morsel of food was finger licking and oozing with flavour. What makes this place really special is the owner himself, and his unique ability to make you genuinely feel so welcome. I highly recommend you try this little gem of a place. Their menu boasts of a large selection of veg & non veg dishes. If you are planning on eating in, I would advise to book in advance as seating is limited. Top service. Always ready to help out with last minute big tasty orders. Iftar is good. The Tandoori naan is very nice. I would have loved if everyone supports the idea of HMC, their office is like a few steps away on Ross walk. This would add value.

Absolutely amazing food, always so generous with portions and super fresh and tasty. Just like homemade food. Javed is always so helpful in understanding the menu and the options. Always makes the food as per our liking. We recently gave him a short notice to cater for a small home event and he made the best biryani and Zarda for us. We’ve been talking about it ever since!!

I went to this restaurant with my friends. This is the most worst food I have ever seen. The taste wasn’t good. The dishes were smelling. I share my experience with my others friends and they said exactly same like me. Highly recommended do not try this. The all things you will get is dissatisfaction.

Ive had the best food after ages and from our same village style in India bharuch. We managed to secure a very late order for Eid and I have to say we were not disappointed! We had the lamb dum biryani that was absolutely delicious. The spice levels were perfect, not too spicy at all but enough to complement the food. The grains of rice and meat were cooked to perfection and the whole family thoroughly enjoyed it. Would recommend wholeheartedly, thanks to the owner Javid Bhai, who even waited in the morning to get the food to us!

Ordered lamb biryani by reading reviews of fellow friends and colleagues at work but unfortunately lamb biryani was off,had only fat in no meat at all, i would never recommend my friends or family to eat from here. For those who recommended me this place please eat some real food first!!!

We just ordered a home delivery from here. Chicken jalfrezi, lamb tawa masala, potato & aubergine with pilau rice & aloo paratha. Everything was absolutely top class delicious. Thank you. The prospect of staying at home again just got better. We'll be ordering again soon.

Amazing friendly customer service, in fact it was like a traditional Indian service, given masala teas while we waited. I was informed by the owner that all spices used in tea, cooking and marination are grounded in-house. This I believe is a first in Leicestershire and from the tea itself gives you an indication of the high standards that Bharuchis adheres to. I was transported back to India while sipping tea in the typical Indian glasses. The tea is a Gujarati style not the Mumbai style cutting or the South Indian variant. We ordered the Bharuchi Special Grill and Lamb Biriyani. To the best of my knowledge no one in Leicester do these Bharuchi specialties like Dhaal ghosh and Naan ghosh which are weekend specials which sell so quick that by 4pm they can be sold out. The grill we had was really good, seekh kebabs to die for and chicken tikka and wings lovely. The spicey boiled whole egg was a novel idea and tasty. Forget going anywhere for Biriyani this is the place what a 5 star London restaurant charges you for Biriyani you can get here, it’s that good. I doubt I can fully convey how good it was. Javed the owner has fully researched the market and created a real niche in the Indian food market. The home style cooking you get because Javed’s wife does all the cooking. After so many years Bharuch has finally come to Leicester 🙏🏽
