Giving this well deserved 5 star review because of the customer service the waiter gave on Saturday 17th May 2025 at 1pm (has LULU tattoo on his neck). Amazing waiter!! The best!!

Avoid this shameful hotel as I stepped through the door, I felt like I was in a Bando And don’t get me started on the kitchen dining area as I felt like I was in a charity shop/dump The smell coming from the place is like raw fish and rotten bones and don’t even get me started on the staff with the rude arrogancy this is an understatement of what you’d call a hotel wouldn’t even call it a hostel I do not care how much it is per night I would never stay there. The state of the place needs knocking down and having something new put on top of it, it is absolutely awful

La comida estaba apagada y olía muy agrio. Todos vomitamos por el olor del curry vegetal. También olvidaron uno de los platos y cuando llamamos para quejarnos, nos dijeron que nos equivocamos y no querían escuchar. Absolutamente asquerosa comida y nunca pedirá de nuevo! NO ORDENES DESDE AQUÍ.

We couldn't remember which curry houses we'd previously ordered from sent poppadoms as standard, so I called ahead to see if they were one of the curry houses that did. The guy on the phone said yes, "four poppadoms and chutney". We chose this takeaway as a result of this so we were disappointed to see that they were not present in the order. I called them to let them know (not expecting anything other than an "oh, our bad") and the guy essentially called me a liar and that the conversation did not happen... Self preservation at it's finest. The food was just OK but luke warm. Go to Khan’s, Rikshaw or Bay Leaf. Infinitely better food and don't call you a liar when you're letting them know they didn't provide what they said they would. A petty thing to cause a fuss over, but being called a liar ain't my jam.

A scam? Ordered online. Money taken... Turn up... not open.. ... and money taken, so a scam, despite the good reviews. UPDATE. OK, not a scam, they are "closed". They should have closed the www site too, as that was still up and running and taking your money. So poor service. It's unlikely I would choose them again UPDATE 2... A notice on the door says this premises has been seized by the landlord, so I don't see them opening up any time soon.

It was my first time ordering from here, I waited for hours and my order was never delivered in the end. I tried calling but was redirected straight to voicemail and was unable to reach the place. I’m never ordering from here again
