The manager said the system malfunctioned. So we pre ordered but said it delivered. Then he came himself bless him and was late. It's ok! Great communication as he informed us. Food was worth it for sure

I'm pretty sure we were delivered the wrong items but it's hard to tell as the food doesn't look like the pictures. We ordered a tikka masala and a butter chicken. the butter chicken did not look or taste like butter chicken, but the masala did taste like a masala. also the driver didn't have change, so we are down £3.60. it was still warm which we appreciate as it was a 15-20min drive!

Stale and thin naan, curry had no taste other than it being extremely sweet. Lamb poor quality - some pieces tasted so off and grissly that I had to spit it out. Will stick to my local Indian from now on.

Had madras and jalfrezi chicken curries they had no taste or flavour and the Naan breads were hard not fresh at all

Lamb in Jalfrezi tasted not fresh very soft tho. Ordered a mild got a bland. Vindaloo was ok. Cheese naan very good. Dips taste like they weren't keped in the fridge. Next time ordering from my usual from Trent lane

My food was 2 hours late! When calling the restaurant to ask where it was they put the phone down several times. When it finally arrived it was stone cold and there were bones in the chicken breast and shells on the prawns still which could’ve made us seriously unwell. I am extremely disappointed and after spending £50 on a meal I would have expected the food to at least be on time, hot and edible. I’ve tried to contact just eat to demand a refund and have not been able to get to relevant page

The restaurant wouldn’t answer we tried calling for 40 minutes continually the word was 1 hour late and cold when it arrived

poppadoms were chewy and stale. tandoori lamb in no way was cooked in a clay oven, more like casseroles and cold, the main course of lamb was in an overbearing oily sauce and grissly. I called the take away 3 times to complain, each time no answer. threw the lot into the bin

The food was loverly and arrived at just the right time. Every dish contained a good amount of meat / prawns and was cooked very well.

Biryani tasted bland, chicken tikka starter was nice and fell apart, onion Bhaji was already falling apart when It arrived and tasted bit bland too.

Lacking in flavour taste not good

After reading some of the recent reviews I was sceptical because people were saying it arrived late cold and tasteless but honestly my food arrived on time piping hot and tasty. Will definitely be ordering again!

Delivery was 1 hour late and only an apology not even a small refund offered. As the manager is not available nothing to be done. Only use this take out of you have no interest on when your food will arrive make sure you are not hungry maybe cook some pasta while you wait…used many Indian take outs and this one the worst never using again. RUBBISH

Phoned up to cancel and was told "it's already on the way" (at this point it was an hour late). Turned up 10 minutes later.

The food was tasteless, popadoms where crushed into bits and the chips where awful. I have had many takeaways from here in the past but the last two where not good. I will not be using them again. I did ask for a partial refund but the restaurant declined. Poor service really.

Delivery took a very long time, which I can accept on a Saturday. However, the food wasn't great. My Keema Naan was not edible. It tasted like it was very old or had been reheated. Wouldn't really recommend.

Well it wasn't good The curry itself was good however the naan and the rice were not The rice tasted like a damp carpet and the naan was definitely not fresh It's not the first time it's happened but have preferred to contact the takeaway directly rather than leave a bad review But 3 strikes and a bad review and it's a pity we have been using the place for years and is normally spot on😪

When trying to call restaurant, no given was wrong, not able to contact.

There were missing items. The kebab was tasteless and very sub par. It had not been grilled at all. Tandoori chicken tasted ok but was very dry and cold. I have attempted to call but cannot get through. Please avoid at all costs.

Really poor. Could’ve Cooked a better one myself using Patak’s or similar. Maybe it was because it was cheeky Tuesday but it doesn’t matter. Won’t be ordering again

I’ve been ordering my curries from here for some time now. The reviews haven’t been great recently, so I was a bit unsure how the food would be. I can say the curries were delicious, and the meat was lovely. Only complaint is about the gourmet kebab, I would definitely not order again. Described as being served with grilled onions and peppers and with sauce and salad of choice..I asked for mint yogurt. It came as just meat on a naan. No onions, no peppers, no salad and no sauce..the worst kebab I’ve ever had and definitely not gourmet. Not as described at all

Got a korma instead.of.masala., Peshawar nan no almonds . Lightweight curries were too sweet ? Not the best sorry .

Would definetly order again, food arrived hot and quickly and was delicious. My only criticism is that we both ordered different curry's(chicken bhuna and lamb rogan josh) but both tasted and looked the same.

Food was very disappointing, Rohan Josh so watery had no taste it all completely ruined the meal. It was so runny it made the rice feel like it was just sat in water and the Nan bread was soggy! Worse takeaway we’ve had for a while wish I’d not bothered

Not a great meal this time. Overdetermined my normal and it was not the same at all. The chicken was not great either.

I wanted something light and tasty. Choice for a vegetarian just perfect. Delicious combining a smaller portion of each of the 4 mains chosen. Thoroughly enjoyed this meal!

Do not order here, absolutely tragic. Veggie korma had normal chicken, food was cold, madras as spicy as milk, missing naan, the naans that actually arrived were like floorboards and took 10 minutes to pick up the phone when trying to complain. Useless bunch, should close.

Fish pakoras nice and tender. Love the fact we can select spice level and it is honoured. Naan breads a little chewy but still nice.

Good, not great. One of the curries had leaked in the bag due to them overpacking it, which meant every item was covered in one of the sauces. The jalfrezi wasn't at all spicy, but it was described as "hot". The bhajis were nice, and it was all ok. It just could be better.

From when I got the notification driver in the way it took 45 min for him to get here food was Luke warm and arrived in a soggy pizza box popadoms had sweated in the bag so weren’t crunchy at all the chicken looked and tasted like it had been microwaved not particularly impressed

Food took over and hour and a half. Was a mess as the curry had spilt in the bag over everything else. Dips that came with the starters were both missing. Not great.

Food was bad, delivery was left I’m on the doorstep with a phone call on a cold night. Chicken wings were clearly frozen and deep fried, no hint of spice at all. Tandoori chicken was dry. Not going to order again, it was disappointing.

Placed my order at 9.30pm should of arrived at 10:20pm. I called them at 10:30 for them to tell me it’s on the way. I waited and waited till 11:32pm for them to say they’ll check where it is and then for Deliveroo to say my order arrived when it never did. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from this place. I’ve never tried it and thought I would just for me to get robbed! Ps..I will be letting everyone know, so I will be sharing

Arrived a little bit late, but not too bad. Food was really good, but unfortunately one item was wrong. Received small starter portion of chicken pakora when a chicken palak curry was ordered. Tried to ring the restaurant to sort it but no answer, so have put a compensatory request in. If successful, we will be back!

The food was cold,chicken was rubbery,paneer pakora was rock hard. The driver said all he is ,is the driver. The poppadoms should have come with three dips but only the lime pickle came that was extra and looked disgusting. In the bin it goes.

Ordered over 2 hours ago and still waiting

The food was an hour late and cold. The chicken was rubbery, the paneer pakora was hard and we ordered poppadoms and dips but the dips never arrived. The lime pickle was swimming in the pot. I tried telephoning twice but nobody answered. The food went in the bin.

Took over 1 hour 45 mins to arrive and when it did the food wasn't very warm, the main curry/lamb dish wasn't very big either. I won't be using these guys again.

Only good thing was the order was piping hot. Just eat stated 35-50mins delivery, ordered it and it went to 1hr10-1hr30. After 1hr30 I tried to call the restaurant 15times to find out where my food was. They eventually answered and said it would be another 15-20 mins, 30mins later it arrives. Food was watery and lacking taste, but at least it was hot….

Usually order from this place and it usually is tasty but the Rogan josh I received today was very bland, no flavour at all very disappointed after spending £30 on 2 meals.

Our food arrived at 19.30 an hour late and I had to microwave it. It was only Luke warm. Not a happy customer . When I phoned twice it rang that long the call was cut off both times 😖

Was told it would be delayed, then still turned up later than stated, was luke warm and trays not full, also I ordered poppadoms and pickles etc but no pickles turned up. Only saving grace was once warmed up it was nice.
