Spice Hut in Nottingham

I had an amazing experience at Spice Hut last night.The service was exceptional, great menu choices and really decent food and at affordable prices. Definitely hope to go back. I highly recommend.

Very disappointed with the portiin size and quality of the food. You can see from the picture that I ordered shish and got kofta instead. Shouldn't offer delivery over such a distance as the food was stone cold. 17.80 for kebab chips and a drink is a rip off. No salad just a few vegetables. Won't be ordering from here again. Would have given no stars if I could.

The driver for my food didn't bring any spare change for me at all luckily I had a few pound coins around... if I had handed 2 £20 notes he would have just walked off with the money what customer service is this. The chicken was good but far too spicy when I asked for mild if none at all I wanted BBQ chicken was delivered in a drenched pizza box while being overly drenched in bbq sauce and soggy batter on the chicken felt like I was chewing into soggy paper. If they don't bring any change at all I wouldn't recommend paying in cash as u will always end up overcharged like me.

I orders a pizza and was notified there was a one hour delay. I cancelled however they refused to give me a refund. I told them if that was the case I still want my pizza and they refused to make it for me but still took my full money for it. Do not use these

Ordered food at 2am after a night on the beer. Was just glad that I could order but when the food landed it was amazing. Bang on for when you get back steaming keep up the good work lads

It's food preparation is unhygienic, & service delivery is unprofessional. Also i saw staff who prepare & cook the food, walking about the rear areas of the building, & in the actual car park at the back. Levels of cleansiness is none existence. Summing up.....not a place i'd recommend for a visit.

I have to say that I tried almost all takeaways in NG7 and the pizza from Spice Hut is perfectly cooked. Their dough is so fresh that the whole pizza just melts in the mouth, not to forget the toppings have a proper crunch too.

My food came it was frezzing so I called they said they would send me my food again but I would have to still pay for the food they Where sending after it came falling apart and cold and they were rude in the ohine (I CANT FIND MY ORDER NUMBER ?)

If I could give zero, probably would have as that's how much I ate of the takeaway. Went in the bin when I got it back. I could have soled my shoes with the kebab meat and the sauce and meat combined to produce a smell that left me not wanting to attempt to eat it. In fairness, the naan bread was probably okay, but the ship had sailed by then. Guy in shop was pleasant enough therefore 3 stars for service but no stars for the food. Not recommended.

They missed toppings off the pizza. The chips tasted old and reheated. The milkshake tasted off/sour. Was supposed to be a lion bar milkshake. I had one sip and threw it away. Won't be ordering again. Disgusting

There was a hair under my burger and salad was soggy.

Placed an order and they missed almost half the order. Called them asking where it was, waited on the phone while they shouted at each other. Finally they said they'd come drop it off. Delivery driver calls and says he's outside - he's at the wrong house. I read him Mt address slowly 100 times and he can't understand me. After 20min he finally arrives and delivers my stone cold pizza, soggy garlic bread and cheesecake.

I was in Nottingham last week and I had my food from this restaurant it was a good experience and the food test is also as I like it and I am impressed with the service like I can say it was faster then I expect without compromising in the test. Thank you

The food from here is disgusting!! DO NOT ORDER tasted like the oil hasn't been changed in weeks the kebab meat was so dry and hard like it been sat there for ages and the chicken was not fresh and pink in the middle

I ordered a 2 super large pizza from Uber Eats last week and the pizza was very good and tasty, the topping on the pizza was amazing it spread all over the pizza and I felt the same taste in every single slice . yesterday I visited the shop I ordered one small pizza and one small chips and ate them at the shop. It was delicious then I talked to the staff and his name is Karamveer the staff is very helpful and the shop is very clean and then the staff told me that this shop has New Management since last 1 month so I liked this new management and the customer service was very good if Anyone ask me that where is the best pizza shop in Nottingham, I always suggest Spice Hut Pizza

Wonderful experience, food quality was very good.

Under the new management, their service has become much better and the food is now always hot. The food quality is better, hope they continue this forever, my kids love their pizza so much.

I have seen a massive difference in this restaurant under the new management. I generally don’t do the reviews but their food and service has driven me to put my review here. I ordered pizza deal last week and kebabs this week, they were very quick and the food was hot when received. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to everyone.

Absolutely horrible i ordered a phat bun but received a plain burger and when i rang the shop the man was extremely rude and tryed calling me a liar and would not bring me the right burger out to me so i went out in the freezing cold to there shop and got the fresh burger 🍔 i ordered but no honestly fully avoid this shop they lie and the staff are very rude

Honestly this place needs shutting down. What a mistake, ordered first time thinking it will be okay but that turned out to be disgusting. The masala fish wasn’t fish at all it was a mega salty dry skin just put on the naan bread. The naan bread itself was so dry and just got stiff so quickly. The chips were not bad atleast they were edible. Don’t rate this place at all honestly. Sorry 1/5. Not recommended to anyone.

I never read reviews,but what a mistake,, ordered for the first time and never again...ordered × 2 Chicken tikka and donner mix kebabs.the donner meat was so pale.chicken tikka was as authentic as cheese on toast...

Ordered a few times and there’s always a problem. First time there were hairs in the mozzarella sticks box, second time they gave us Snickers milkshakes when we ordered Oreo (this could’ve been very serious if we’d had nut allergies), third time they gave a beef burger instead of chicken and Pepsi instead of Fanta and the chips were disgusting. Don’t think I’ll bother ordering again, only thing they have going for it is it’s cheap.

Thanks for making worst expirence ever ....I have ordered number of times from spice hut and always been their customer....I have missed items in my order and called store for it and they don't even want to listen they are like we are busy and can't do anything. I don't understand if you are busy and can't handle customer then would have turned off your website and stop taking orders...and serve limited customers at ur best. Any way will never see this place again. I would have given negative rating if there is any option.

Order takeaway the delivery drive was in his car for over 10mins talking on his phone before even getting out of his car which we have cctv to prove finally got the food the order was wrong and the pizza was cold called the takeaway up and all the kept doing was shouting and saying there nothing they can do and wouldn’t refund any money at all

I went in yesterday for pizza and some other sides. The guy who served me was cheeky and so rude. The food was horrible, I don't know how people can be spending money here. MOST IMPORTANTLY YOUR STAFF NEEDS TO FIX THEIR ATTITUDE AND THE WAY THEY SPEAK TO CUSTOMERS.

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering! Food was 1 hour delayed, when it did arrive no apology, food was cold, had to reheat what was safe to do so! My chicken was cold so I didn't risk eating it! I requested a refund from them... £3 that's a joke! Just eat only offered us £8 not impressed and a waste of money! Shut this place down

Ordered food from here not long ago my pizza was stale and FREEZING!! My partners kebab was pale and undercooked and also FREEZING, food was over an hour late, the delivery driver refused to come to my door to drop it off for me so my partner had to go out and collect it from the car park down the road, to top it off I spent £25.50 asked for a refund for undercooked and cold food and the cheeky soda only refunded me £7!! By far the worst place I have ever ordered food from, the place needs shutting down!

Ordered apna style pizza, taste like vomit, place is an embarrassment for a takeaway, the pizza base was stale, also onions, chicken, keema, was missing all I got was a cheese pizza and a few peppers on top. This place needs to shut down before someone gets food poison. Clearly you can see 2 peppers on the slice, pizza gne str8 in the bin. This place has unexperienced chefs who know nothing about quality of food.

Nice staff. it's not gourmet food but its the best late night takeaway in Nottingham. They're not tight in the portions, very generous, and value for money.

Ordered a pizza and chicken wings. Only the pizza arrived. Called restaurant who were rude and unhelpful, as well as dishonest. The best traits! They instantly accused the Uber driver of eating all 12 chicken wings on his 5 minute trip to deliver it to us. When we asked to speak to the manager they put the phone on hold and we could hear them saying the wings were infact there and laughing about it to each other. They then came back on the phone again and continued to lie and told us repeatedly that the Uber driver had eaten the wings. These people are horrible. Don’t order from them. They do not deserve your money.

Poor form, Spice Hut.. I had my pizza set for delivery and only asked for olives and sweetcorn. Instead of olives, I was given CHICKEN! I don't eat meat. Laced through my meal on my half hour break at work. I'm not hungry and disappointed. Will never be using you again. I hope you close down.

The order arrived late, I couldn't cancel it in the meantime and, to make things even worse, the pizza was cold and it didn't taste good. I am rarely this harsh with reviews, but the awful experience with this restaurant is something that I don't want anyone sharing with me.

Worst possible service. I placed an order online through their site and paid using the card. 40 mins later I received an email that my order is rejected. When I called them, no one had any idea why was it rejected. I was told that will get a refund in 4-5 working days and waiting for it. Wouldn't recommend this place.

Never used to have a issue here. Second time now out of three orders that an item is missing. Shouldn't be difficult to misplace a large bottle when the can arrives and I'm assuming they're kept in the same place. Food arrived barely warm and the delivery time was changed twice so ended up being 25 minutes. AVOID ordering from there, use the 100+ different pizza options in Nottingham.

absolutely repulsing , i orderd food, a large order , the pizzas came soggy and cold with raw stuffed crust , orderd a portion of onion rings (8) got 3 burnt onion rings and 20 cheese sticks instead again burnt, i’m allergic to the sauce in the burgers so as for it to be removed on all burgers … nope didn’t happen , over all was terrible and would shut down the hole store spoke to someone in the phone and they continued to say it’s all edible and the black onion rings are fine , and we sent 4 as we ran out ? if you ran out don’t sent any ? i asked for a full refund and got nothing honestly shocked will be reporting to health and safety standards
