It was my first time ordering from here, I waited for hours and my order was never delivered in the end. I tried calling but was redirected straight to voicemail and was unable to reach the place. I’m never ordering from here again

If I could give it no stars I would, first time ordering from here, never again bro. 3 and half hours it took to arrive, phoned twice, said it's on its way, it took an hour an half, then when the food arrived it was cold, the chicken wings, my god I've never ate worse it could have been battered pigeon for all I know, soggy batter as well, sauce was like willy wonkas spit it was that sweet, and the chips? My god it was like chewing on sand, the were clearly cooked and then chucked in the microwave cause the consistency was like chewing on sand sticks. Genuinely had better friestogo than the food I had here, I binned it all and decided to have some toast which tasted better than that dog food I was brought, so yeah not that great

Worst takeaway I've ever had. Delivery bag had na empty bottle of water in it, not sure if it was a joke or not. Food was awful, no flavour, rice tasted burnt

I went to the Burger King drive-through on Castle Boulevard in Nottingham, and after waiting for several minutes at the designated spot with no response, I drove ahead to check if the drive-through was open at all. They had left a metal door open, which partially obstructed the already tight road, and ended up scratching my car. I got out to assess the damage, and a member of staff came out shortly afterwards. I explained calmly, saying literally these words and nothing more: "I just scratched my car against the door; it’s a bit dangerous here." She immediately started getting annoyed and replying “The door was open all day and no one hit it; you could have avoided it by driving more on the side; or you could just have asked me to close it; it’s not our responsibility if you hit it…" when I finally managed to put a word through, I said “I’m not asking for compensation, just to maybe put a warning sign for the next ones or something, since it’s so narrow here?" She said, "OK," and disappeared. Tell me if this is good customer service.

217 University Blvd, Beeston£10.40 for a Burger that was worse than a McDonalds 🙄🤬Sour sauce and a soggy bun…the pictures on JustEat looked mint but it was totally embarrassing…rang them and got told it may have come from the Radford branch…I don’t care what branch it came from….either way it was awful!!

Victoria Centre"The Place To Eat" this is certainly not! I have noticed a significant progressive deterioration at this Cafe over the past couple of years! This morning I ordered a Bacon Roll. The lady behind the counter told me that there were no rolls, but I could have bacon on sourdough. I was okay with that, but just take a look at the bacon they served me!! It wasn't properly cooked!! The guy who did the cooking is certainly not a chef of any description! I will never return to The Place To Eat at John Lewis.

Wollaton StreetAccomodation was not bad but eating in the hotel was a bad choice. 7 people waiting 90 mins for CHEEP FROZEN food to be OVEN BAKED. Waiter said its been crazy tonight, she ment us 7 wanting to have a dinner in the hotel restaurant. The main meal portion probably bougth in some of the supermarkets cost average £7,50. Did not even get everyting what ordered- waitress forgot cafee and bugrer, but charget it in final bill.
