A scam? Ordered online. Money taken... Turn up... not open.. ... and money taken, so a scam, despite the good reviews. UPDATE. OK, not a scam, they are "closed". They should have closed the www site too, as that was still up and running and taking your money. So poor service. It's unlikely I would choose them again UPDATE 2... A notice on the door says this premises has been seized by the landlord, so I don't see them opening up any time soon.

Over priced poor quality food. Ordered a chicken tikka salad that was advertised as having chickpeas, tomatoes, cucumber, red pepper and red onion with yoghurt and tamarind. I got 6 thin slices of chicken tikka that looked like it was from a packet on a l pile of red cabbage and lettuce and nothing else. Paid £7.95 and was offered a free salad on next order, like I will be ordering again. Avoid.

Ordered food via Uber eats... Restaurant deals with delivery themselves.... Order never arrived... Rang the restaurant and initially was told that it was delivered... Then I challenged them over it.. Was told they updated the delivery time.... And then I was told at TEN PAST MIDNIGHT that it would be another 40 minutes... Don't trust these cowboys... Absolute liars.... Demanded a refund *AVOID*

Took 40 minutes for them to decline my order saying they were too busy.

Just picked up my order and we'll what can is say it was spot on such lovely food.will definitely be ordering again and recommending it to friends and family.

Avoid at any cost. Ordered from them a few times before but last time was a mess. Oily disgusting with barely any meat Kashmir Rogon Josh….. The supposedly large seekh Kebab(photo shows the whole content of this meal) for which I paid £11 was a small portion of a microwaved kebab with nothing else.

Amazing food, kind staff. Order from these guys multiple times and have never had any issues whatsoever.

Food took too long to be delivered, thought the food would be worth the wait but unfortunately the only thing I actually enjoyed was the naan and the pistachio kulfi. First and last time ordering from tuktuk 🙃

Ordered at 3:15 its now 6:00 i keep ringing and all im being told is they are waiting for a driver. Do not order from this place its terrible

They Took my money on uber eats and simply never came. It was a lycra mobile phone number that uber eats connect you to ring. Answerphone was left on. This company is still showing as open on uber eats and uber eats are still allowing customers to place orders with them. Uber eats checks on companies like this to protect their customers appear non existent. When you tell uber eats they cancel your order and this leaves you unable to leave bad feed back for the reastaurant. Very bad flaw in the system

ORDER NEVER ARRIVED. I would give no stars if possible. Ordered through Just Eat at 11.20pm. 40 minutes before closing. Order confirmed and money taken from my card. 😡 I phoned at 12.45: the order was supposed to arrive between 12.25 and 12.40. No reply. Disgusting. They took my money and delivered nothing.

Food was nice but took over an hour to be delivered and was cold

I ordered chicken korma and peshawar nan last night. The korma had absolutely no taste and the peshawar was put in a plastic bag and soggy. Never again!

Ordered the chana masala and it was so sweet, chickpeas were undercooked too.

Came on time, food was piping hot and I live Hucknall. Tasty and my fella loves Indian, but I have now been converted. Food sizes good too. Will defo order again, not very often I can say was one of the nicest take aways I've had and I live on them lol. Thank you

Just had our 3rd takeaway from TukTuk horrible!! Never again!! Both curries looked & tasted the same it was definitely from yesterday the chicken so chewie & overcooked!! Horrible!!

They owned another one in West Bridgford, the council shut them down in that one as they found Rats and locals complained of girls drunk at night time collapsing after coming out of their premises!

Excellent food, friendly staff and piping hot. 20% off with collection. I will be ordering again. My only criticism is that the rice is long grain not basmati.
