If could give a zero I would mixed meat and chips solid -10 like you served me yesterdays meat absolutely awful … if your trying to go bust ya doing a good job … even me dog turned his nose up 🤮

Avoid absolutely the most horrible fish and chip I've even had well they went in the bin. Son asked for large meat and chips got a small never going to this chippy again. Waste of 20 quid cost 2.50 delivery as well.

I was waiting for the staff to come to the till and no one came five minutes of waiting and the back room lights was of and I just walked of

Brown cabbage on the kabab meat so much grease it’s unreal cutting corners and not using fresh things for sure won’t b going there again that’s for sure rubbish

Chicken and mushroom pie tasted off. Gravy was a bit runny and cod bites a bit small for the price. Sorry but won't order again.

Ordered mixed meat and chips got donner meat and chips ordered a kebab got a Tray of donner meat and sald when phoned up they said they have no drivers and couldn't get fresh ones to me and wouldn't do anything eles will not be coming here again what a waste of money avoid at all cost not worth money at all and the fish was soggy.

It’s horrible, had a potato fritter from there and it wasn’t even cooked in the middle, it was still freezing and the chips are over cooked. Not recommended at all. You’re best of making the food yourself then ordering from there.

Food was cold, chips were all dry and hard. Didn't have what i asked for, so sent a replacement without ringing(number is on there) and didn't like the replacement. Ended up with nothing eaten and still hungry.

I used to love this place but the past couple times I've been the chips and been burned and cold. It sucks because I absolutely adored this place. I don't know if its new management or something, but either way it's a shame.

The food is lovely however I'm so annoyed. Went in and ordered chicken breast. There were people in front of me who got to chose their chicken and chose all massive breasts. The girl bagged mine up after a lady said they weren't making anymore. Got home and the size of the chicken is tiny compared to. My mum orders the same meal from there and says they are normally bigger so I feel incredibly ripped off.

Definitely paying for my laziness tonight, £2 each for sausages that look & taste like the cheap frozen ones from the supermarket, "large" chips wasn't large at all & all our food was barely warm despite us living just afew minutes up the road. Probably just going to use somewhere else next time I can't be bothered to cook

First of all the pricing seems to be way off £5.00 for a tray of chips and a battered sausage and gravy ... gravy just tasted watery the chips tasted stale and the sausage was to hard unfortunately won’t be going back again

If I could give this so called chip shop 0 stars I would,my partner went to get a kebab from this place,came back opened it and what a pathetic excuse for a kebab I've ever seen, just kebab meat chucked on a naan bread and folded in half with no salad,mayo etc, went to complain today because 5 mins after going last night they closed, manager says "did she ask for salad" all chip shops I've been to you don't have to ask for salad,then asked if I'd got a picture as proof... really,if you want a nice chip shop with friendly service and good food go to the BROXTOWE FISH BAR,give fresh bites a very wide berth, wouldn't give their food to a dog

Worst chippy ever, got nothing and I mean NOTHING at 8pm no meats, no salad for kebabs nothing, chips tasted days old and I could of used the peas as mortar, complete waste of money, disgusting!

Ordered chip cob curry sauce and large battered sausage didn't get my sausage and chips where last in the fryer wasn't nice 😑

Food arrived freezing cold and was fit for nothing but the bin, regular chips missing, called the restaurant they said all food was packed and sent hot and I was to contact just eat, waste of my money and my time, refund requested please!!!!!!!!!! I have now had to order elsewhere as the food was unconsumable

Charge 10p for carrier bags when hot takeaway food is exempt from the carrier bag levy. They can charge what they like but they should at least be honest about it and not claim they have to charge 'because it's the law'.

Really nice tasty food. We had our childrens friends and parents over and definitely a huge thumbs up from them.. It was the first time ive ordered from here. Had to phone up just to ask something. Even her phone manner was friendly and polite, I spoke to the women manager regarding an item we had but resolved within seconds. WILL DEFINITELY be ordering from here again. Thankyou so much. Had items missing off of my order

Decided to grab some bits around lunch time, potion of chips is generous however they were disappointing. The sausage and chicken was nice. The kebab meat wasn't what I had hoped for pitty, I remedied it by shoving it under the grill myself.

Went to get a tray of kebab meat just meat we wanted...She said no you have to have chips with it ?...Just said ok then how silly is that can't understand why we had to have chips with it...But on the web page says tray of meat 😕 Oh well lose custom...Not has good has it use to be gone down hill.

Me and my missus use to always get food from here and everything, it's gone down hill, and I had the food, ended up with food poisoning. 😠

So I placed an order for the pie meal comes with a choice of mushy peas or gravy n all I got walk chips that was soooo dry and a pie no gravy or mushy peas not satisfied at all as I payed 14pound for a few dry chips a pie and a bottle of water honestly so annoyed

This chippy as well and truly gone down hill. Just ordered 2 kebabs in Nan bread and a cone of chips cost £15. Absolutely disgusting! Kebab meat was hard and the man bread was thick burnt and cold. Sauces were watered down. Let’s not forget the amount! Shocking. Won’t be eating from there again. Although the staff are lovely there (the younger ones) the food is unbelievable. Chips were like they used old potatoes no smell of chips when you walk in there was no one in the shop , the lady behind the till miserable we will never buy chips again in that shop .

Was really nice, apparently the fish was beautiful, kebab was tasty too just a shame there isn't any mix kebab choice on the menu (chicken and doner) but defo the best I have had in the area with plenty of salad, although the only criticism is the chips had a few eyes and black bits and a little pale but overall we enjoyed our meal and will definitely use again

Used Uber Eats for some pizza. No complaints about delivery but we didn't enjoy the pizzas. The base was a thick pre-made one that just tastes like stale bread. May as well get a pre-made supermarket pizza! I guess if they have such a huge range then it may be too much to expect fresh dough so best I order from a dedicated pizza place next time. Although I'm willing to try a kebab because they would be fresh & home made.

Love this chip shop that do the best pea and gravy. Great salad boxes for people looking for a healthy option and the only chip shop I know that has this option. Brilliant

We have placed our order to their restaurant through Uber Eats, it took almost 3 HOURS as well as 3 phone calls on our side with them reassuring us that the order is on its way for them to ring us back and say that our order was never made as it did not register on their devices. Not their fault, however we did call multiple times and they have asked for our name and address to confirm, if it was not on their devices then why were we not notified straight away? It was very unprofessional. In the end we did not receive the order, it ruined the night and wasted a 50% off voucher from Uber Eats.

Amazing food quality, comparable to much more expensive, high-end restaurants. Great value for money, and timely delivery, along with the most excellent service. Would highly recommend.

It’s took me a long time to find a decent chippy with tasty food so was pleased to finally find this one last week. I returned today but from the moment I walked in the shop there was no smile and felt very unwelcoming. Staff use the till handling money and touch the food, I work with food myself so was really surprised. I noticed I was overcharged and when I asked about it, was rudely told the till was updated but not the menu screen. I don’t mind if I’m told about the price increase but the woman ( I’m assuming the manager)? made me feel like I was not welcome back!!!

Ordered food from Here tonight absolute amazing food used uber eats absolute fast delivery fast preparing order massive portion size or cheap only thing was I ordered a kebab my understanding of a kebab is everything in a toasted wrap but instead it was everything a kebab is minus the wrap but I am travelling around Europe so my version to a kebab to somewhere else could be different but other than that I really enjoyed what I got it was very delicious and even have some left over will definitely be ordering again before I leave thanks guys for a delicious meal
