Mushy peas watered down Disgusting! Nearly missed an̈ item had to ask before leaving, staff seemed like couldn't be bothered, food didn't seem fresh, won't be using again

Love this place. Great food and excellent value for money. Ordered in for my kids birthday party and was so much less time and stress! Would have struggled to beat the price if we had done the food ourselves. Service was fantastic and delivered on time. Also catered for the children with allergies and definitely a hit with the party guests!

Reported to food trading service for the food I was served today, salad box full of raw mushrooms and forgien object in my chilli sauce dip. When I called up I was spoken to poorly and the matter was not solved.

Excellent chips shop . Food quality was superb.price was surprisingly low.Very friendly staff. Amazing place . My kids love food from this shop in the Clifton area.

I absolutely love the chicken curry with half rice half chips delicious and always get plenty of tender chicken and a nice serving from Irene. Darren. (Dan)

Ordered the fish special , asked what the fish. Was and was told Cod , there is no way that was cod , it was grey and tasted horrible, and had an awful smell , also got 14 chips with it , the smallest portion I have ever seen , terrible quality , will not be returning. , and very expensive. , for the same money you can go to Ruddington fish bar , and get 3 times the amount and 3 times the quality , also had a potion of kebab meat that was disgusting , not cooked properly , never again

We had 2 chip cobs very disappointed bread dry chips not very good went in the bin

Absolutely disgusting the chips are not cooked properly, they charge you £1.50 for a portion of chips but get about 6 chips, greedy people, when you complaining she comes out with a bag of potatoes cost us £25... Lier don't come here waste of money and will be disappointed...

Chips were supposed to be fresh but weren’t waited far too long asked for no onion I got onion burgers dry and overcooked fish bites and fritta were greasy chicken nuggets were dry unimpressed

Ordering from Uber Eats，it was a terrible experience. Food packaging that spills easily, smells indescribable and tastes terrible. I rarely give a restaurant a rating of one⭐, but they deserve it

Always friendly staff prices not to bad sometimes you have to wait ages to get served because they are making up takeaways order's for just eat as well as doing walk in orders the food is always good.

I've ordered a few times from this chippy when my local been closed.The chip potion size is small.. Had tasty fish chips mini meal the other week at around 6 pounds,It was more like a kiddies potion. .Very poor and tight potions overall.

Well 16 pound 2 8 inch pizzas and chips waited 1hour 20 mins phoned went to wrong address bought it 10 mins after I phoned my pizza was cold and burnt the chips was cold my husband pizza was cold sorry but I'm disappointed in your shop

Had chips, steak & kidney pukka pie and gravy. The chips were terrible again so ended up chucking most of them away. Can I have my £6.20 back please

Thought I would give this chippy another chance big mistake.Had fish and chips,the fish was all greasy batter and a bit of a fish tail end.Seen more fish in a fish finger.Even my dog took all his time to eat.Very expensive for the size of the portions.Worst chippy in clifton.

Order fish and chips and got the smallest with 13 chips and dry fish no mushy peas no salt and vinegar. Cost near £8.00 . Rang up and complained no apology told that this is the special, told them there's not special about it. Told it was more of a old age pensions meal. Disgusting charging £8.00 for small and 13 chips to pensions never again lost me as a customer.

Chips are usually decent quality but the price has increased and portion sizes have become a lot smaller recently. Donner meat is poor quality. Chicken kebab meat is worse than it used to be before it changed ownership. This chippy used to be a lot better but we have given up on it and changed chippy. The portion size is just too small now. Now the worst part. If you want any kind of meat and chips you have to order at 2 separate queues, 1 for the meat and 1 for the chips and you can guarantee when you finally get to order your meat you then have to wait on the chips. Meanwhile the meat is getting cold while they cook your chips. Ridiculous.

Had the cheese I batter was nice but very small I ordered 2 they like fritters £1.50 so was £3 but to small not worth the money

Was really looking forward to eating a pizza in a long time. Decided to get the vegetarian one today but unfortunately it tastes bland. Even though the pineapple gave a bit of flavour I picked them off.

As long as you get there as soon as it opens the food is fine. otherwise its not great, either soggy, tastes funny, or broken.

I'm really hungry and cba to complain so I'm gonna eat it and lost half my taste from covid, Donna meat was warm. But tasted uncooked, not drained properly chips with no lining paper in box pizza looks like a child made it with nasty cheap cheese. Do not recommend avoid

Really good food especially the chips. I travel just for the chips currently as so much better then others in area.
