My delivery driver was rude, shouted in my face, refused to come to my ward on the hospital ground till gave the code even though I wasn’t infront of him, called me old,very sexsis, completely disrespectful, food freezing. I want something done!!!

Served quickly and food brought to the table, small portion of fries so the lady gave me an extra packet. Restaurant was clean and easy parking.

Ordered at 4:23 and estimated time was 25 mins, every time this went down to 10 mins it shot straight back up. Called the restaurant at 5:30 and was told the driver had picked the items up 16 mins ago but this hadnt updated and then took 30 mins to do a 15 min journey

We are both 60+ and went to counter as couldn't find what we were looking for. The staff was very helpful and we got our food. They even brought it to our table with a table service number.

I ordered a 4 piece meal and unseasoned fries, recd 3 piece and seasoned fries! The delivery company aren’t interested in yr complaint cos you took delivery but how do you know the order is wrong until you open the bag??? KFC Mapperley id like a refund!

The Mapperley KFC is one of the better KFC's out there, the food is always fresh and hot and the staff are friendly and welcoming. It's always clean inside you don't seem to have to spend ages waiting for your order like you do in some branches.

Staff are really friendly , and the venue it’s self is extremely clean and well kept

Chips were undercooked so didn't eat them. The fillets of chicken were stuck together. Temperature was average

The food came cold and was ment to come in three buckets and only came in one the top ok the bucket was already off and open it’s outrageous I eat it about 1 hour ago and I’ve been throwing up for the past 10 minutes

I had some visitors over with special needs I asked for certain adjustments I order to not upset them and who ever packed the order did not read the note I put or they just ignored it which means some food went to waste.

I haven't had KFC for ages due the quality of the chicken when ordering in the past. I had an £8 voucher off so I decided to order . I was pleasantly surprised the chicken was lovely. not greasy and really good ! also the food was hot & it was tasty. I can actually say i enjoyed it. I shall be ordering again in the near future . thanks 😊

Should have checked the contents of the bag !! … asked to swap 2 drinks to gravy’s … got home …no drinks … and no gravy … this has to be the 3rd if not 4th time in as many visits where there’s been something missing from my order … no point driving back to complain either as the food already placed on our plates would have ended up in the bin … only live 5 minutes away but the zingers were practically cold on our return and the chicken pieces were tiny . Very disappointing again . Seems it’s a regular situation too judging by the other reviews on this site … not sure we’ll be back and don’t hold any hope of any recompense!!
