The best restaurants in Nene Valley Northampton East Midlands

Very very BEAUTIFUL! Such a wonderful place and exceptional scenery! Would definitely be visiting this again!!

I last visited today just to get a coffee which was really good and served very well. I really should have tried one of the huge scones; in fact i need the recipe as mine are never as good as those. i usually go for the jacket potatoes but you need to be there at the beginning of lunch to be sure to obtain one they are so popular. Workbridge is a great relaxing place to visit as the surrounding outlets are all within walking distance and parking on site. This charity organisation provides teaching as well as work experience for those less fortunate and they do a grand job too both teachers and student staff.

Great food and the staff were kind and lovely and made my first experience at the cafe one to remember I will be bringing my family back here more often.

Good prices but cold as no heating on, also not busy which did not help the Atmosphere

The food was insipid no tandoor just stewed chicken in the korma and the Shashlik was re cooked not fresh the onion bajee were cooked at a low temperatures in old oil as they were saturated with oil the rice and poppadoms were as expected

Great venue - very cosy & intimate. Jazz night was excellent. Food was delicious. Alice & Kyle provided excellent service.

We’ve been on many occasions in the last 12months or so. No problem with the food served. It was a table for 10. The waiting staff never came to the table for our meal and drink order, or ask if everything was okay during the meal as they normally do.

They shouldn't let dogs in where there is food

Terrible service, rude staff, don’t serve one customer at a time, stop cooking your food to do delivery orders, whilst your food is sat in the side getting cold. 1st time here, will not be back!!!!!

Dreadful! Cold plates, cold breakfasts, no butter, luke warm coffee, no spoon. Serving food on cold plates has only one result. COLD FOOD. Rectifying this by microwaving cold toast and fried eggs does nothing to enhance their flavour. Wasted £20 on rubber eggs and panini flattened toast. Which I couldn't chew. I have no idea who decided to award themselves the 'best café in Northampton' but they are sadly deluded. My advice, bring your own food and sit outside.

We ate breakfast here. Cooked to order eggs were available and I got a large omelette which was filling. Nicely done hash browns, croissants were lovely. I liked the quality of the food and the friendly service.

The quickest service in a takeaway we’ve ever had. Good fish and chips too! Would recommend.

What a brilliant pub food amazingly good no booking which is brill just go in and sit down.we will definitely be going back again

Came tonight for the quiz, what a blast! We were visiting the area and stumbled on this gem online saying it done a quiz on Tuesday. Had a great time and the hosts were fantastic. Was nice to be made so welcome in a room of locals.
