Jackie in the restaurant was very friendly and helpful. The girl at reception who swapped a room for me, didn't catch her name but also very helpful. Thank you both

One of the best Premier Inn breakfasts we've had. Special thanks to the lovely staff, especially Jackie, for making our son's birthday breakfast so special.

A bit run down and tired premise. Serves its purpose though and is a bit overpriced. Stayed here a few times and most of the rooms have an old and musty smell. No air conditioning but a convection heater is fitted. The breakfast is good. But stay away from the restaurant.

Great stay as you come to expect at Premier Inn. Jackie was Laura were brilliant managing my allergy (and other diners) with best practice at breakfast. Great team.

Room wasn't great, been in better

Stayed here for a couple of weeks working. Food at the hungry horse next-door was really good and excellent staff even when really busy Rooms were quiet but could maybe do with a refresh as looking a bit tired now. All good and will stay again.

We took our rugby team on a club tour to Northampton and stayed at the Premier Inn Wootton. The staff were really helpful and everything was organised really well for the arrival of 41 people. They even went to the trouble of leaving gifts, sweets and jokes in the rooms for the children as a little welcome too. This was over and above anything we expected. The rooms were lovely and clean and the breakfast was spot on. We are extremely grateful for their service and kindness. It was greatly appreciated by the team and parents. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

Perfectly functional. Adequate facilities. Great range for breakfast.

Stayed here a few nights before a wedding. Struggled as there was only one disabled parking space which usually had another in it. Accessible rooms were in a separate building and the walkway between had very damaged paving slabs which made it a bit of a struggle, alongside the high thresholds between doors. Rooms were as expected and the breakfast staff were helpful

My mum stayed for one night to visit me and had a wonderful experience. The staff at reception were really helpful and friendly, and Jackie at breakfast was absolutely lovely! Will be sharing again!

Nice big room, quiete where we were, hungry horse next door, waitross short walk up road. Parking a little odd and as we got there late wasn't obvious how to get to reception. Good price though and enjoyed our stay.

Food was lovely , friendly atmosphere always a pleasant experience.

Early evening meal food good, service good, always a treat.

Regular visitors to this hotel for family occasions etc. Despite being slongside a very busy road the rooms are very quiet. Great nights sleep.

I have no complaints whatsoever, lovely staff and great breakfast. Rooms are immaculate, had a great nights sleep.
