Costa Coffee in Northampton

As it's on an industrial estate I guess I may have been lucky not to be there at lunch time.

Quite cosy place, much needed in this industrial estate. Opens early, which allows you to grab a coffee and sandwich before work and later at lunch brake.

Good coffee. Fast service Would return. 4* as table outside could look better

Had a cup of coffee and stayed to do some work, but their internet was unusable. Staff were fantastic though.

Little gem hidden in commercial estate. Staff are super helpful and friendly, which make the experience great. Very relaxed and great for the kids. Opening hours really work and complement other Costa coffee shops. Keep up the great work.

Some of the staff are rude and unwelcoming. Literally let down the whole shop..

For a Costa coffee on an industrial estate, I was pleased to see the inside is cozy and welcoming with ample seating space and friendly staff.

Maple latte had finished which was sad but the toilets had just been cleaned which was happy Happy bums today

Been there few times and had an amazing experience with service and hospitality. Ali was extremely friendly and gave us impeccable service. He made the overall experience welcoming making me visit more often.

Freezing cold inside, wifi rubbish.

The staff, Elsie & Joe were warm and welcoming, the premises was immaculate in both lay out and cleanliness…. Importantly the coffee and breakfast was brill! Well done… we will be back!

Coffee machine was broken! But still had cold drinks ( without coffee). Plenty of space inside, and mains power for charging laptops and reasonably comfortable.

Best place to grab a coffee if you are working anywhere on the business estate

Arrived at 4:30 on a Monday to find the staff locking up. Opening hours need adjusting on the website as I drove out of my way especially.

Came here several times, today was probably the last visit. Staff very slow and don’t have a clue about what they’re doing, coffee cups always dirty, slow service etc and not only once happened to have this terrible experience. Asked the server for a macchiato to have in, been poured sort of a large coffee in a take away cup. Managers should supervise this site closely.

Have started coming to this Costa as they make flat whites nicely and are friendly, polite and can make an ‘extra hot’ latte without burning the milk. They also don’t throw the milk and coffee in into the cup like it’s going into a bucket like some other Costa outlets.

Says they shut at 5:30pm I arrived at 5pm and they were already closed. Pointless journey, should change your opening times if you’re not going tk stay open.

Staff never listen to what you order, got both drinks completely wrong even after reading it back to me before I paid Ridiculous.

Never known a Costa to close at 11.30 for 15 minutes so the staff can have a break. Thank god Greggs is next door.

For manager. Could you explain to everyone why in the busiest time work just one person. People wait 15 min and more for coffee. One person make coffee, sandwiches and looking for ingredients for something. Not everyone have breake 1 h. Next to is cooffee shop where 20 are done in max 15 min you need 15 mins for 3. Its not first time its always like that.

Absolute fantastic experiences everytime! The whole team is always there giving the best service! Drinks are great every time with no issues, always worth the extra wait if its busy, guaranteed.

Under normal circumstances this coffee shop is really big and spacious with plenty of seating inside and out. The Baristas are really polite and like any other Costa, there's a good selection of drinks and food, though some overpriced. There is also a customer toilet which is especially useful if you're visiting the local country park.

Ordered a strawberries and cream drink the whipped cream was gone off and tasted like cheese I throw it in the bin appalled !!!

Unprofessional staff on multiple occasions at this store who are not particularly helpful or interested in customers. Not up to usual Costa standards. Offer you stuff that costs money but don't state that it costs extra (i.e. whipped cream or a flake) until you go to pay. Makes you feel like a cheapskate if you then decline the extra quid or two. Store is often dirty as well both on tables and the floor.

You need to change your website times as it shuts at 3pm every Saturday not 5:30pm!

It's a typical Costa, but it can be a nightmare to get a car parking space.

We were there for a scooter rally. Been before and enjoy it. Didn't use the main outside toilets or showers because they were flooded. This year they ordered in portaloos. Great weekend

I know Costa is huge & every one you visit can be a different experience. I can honestly say that Jordan who works here makes the best iced latte that I’ve ever tasted!! If there’s company awards for the best iced latte, he’d win hands down! I return here just for the iced latte. Thank you.

Does what you would expect for Costa. Always quiet when I have gone in which is good, but suspect at busy times getting parked is a pain. I prefer the new one in Sixfields.

Tend to use this Costa (Brackmills) as a place to catch up with friends. It's away from the town centre, and tends to be quiet when I go - a Saturday lunchtime. The Coffee is good. Could do with a few more food options though.

Brackmills northampton very good service

Nice easy location, plenty of seats when we visited at about 10.30 on a Wednesday morning in half term. They don't have the full food range but do have most things and staff were friendly enough.

One of the worst Costa coffee shops I've been in. Ask for a hot chocolate and get the remains of the last one they make in a cup which gets spilled all down the sides of the cup and he heats up a little milk and pours it in. Needless to say the hot chocolate wasn't hot, took a mouthful there and then and demanded a hot one. So if you want your hot chocolate warm come to this place

A little quiet, so had to wait for staff to come back to the counter, but friendly and capable. Clean and well maintained, so a good visit overall.

Nice place. Wasn't too busy but plenty of room. Good location too. Car park entrance is a bit rubbish, too tight and narrow. Plenty of parking too.

Brand new costa and quiet.. Great for a quiet coffee until other discover this hidden coffee shop. Big inside seating area...
