Aramintas Northampton in Northampton

The food was insipid no tandoor just stewed chicken in the korma and the Shashlik was re cooked not fresh the onion bajee were cooked at a low temperatures in old oil as they were saturated with oil the rice and poppadoms were as expected

normally have no issues with ordering from Aramintas, however today the food was luke warm and had to put it in the microwave. and was also missing 3 poppadoms, called the restaurant only to be answered by someone seriously lacking in customer etiquette with no apology whatsoever just answered the phone rudely and said "ok wel will send it out to you" didn't even say bye.

As always food delivered hot and on time this has got to be the best Indian in Northampton at the minute food is full of flavour and good quality no reason to go anywhere else

I use Aramintas every week. No problems and food great. 15 minute delay is no issue as food turned up piping hot and fresh.

Enjoyed a great meal last night . A nice welcome at the door, very friendly and smiling . Sat by the window . Very clean and nice spaces between tables . The food was fabulous , nicely presented and hot. Do hate it when your food is lukewarm . Not rushed at all so we could have a bit of a break between courses . Was a lovely evening . Their takeaways are good too . But was nice to sit in the restaurant . Definitely booking again

Nice to see them back in town, they used to have a take awey in Wootton before they lost their unit and had to move out of town. Now they're back in Northampton and just as good as they always were. The eat in restaurant is a good step for them, the food is even back fresh out the kitchen. Great staff too, shout out to Baz and Star

My food was cold & the cartons of curry were only half full so there was not enough sauce. Very disappointing.

Poppadoms were terribly bitter - cooked in rancid oil

Always order my Indian food from. They have never let us down, well once, but that was because it was closed as moving to the amazing place they now on Wellingborough Road. Food is always hot and tasty. I would highly recommend them.

A delightful tasty and fresh meal. This was a new venture for me and I enjoyed the good range of meat and fish.

8 of us went to Aramintas last night. We had the banquet menu, good portions of great fresh food nicely presented reasonably priced & good value. As usual excellent service from all, special thanks to Mostari for the folding napkin demonstrations, a fun night. See you all again soon.

Food containers were squashed in bag. Bag and containers were covered in food and sauce. The food was cold. The chicken was dry, not fresh.

Meal did not say it contained nuts, clearly contained blended coconut. Other meal listed as medium but was clearly a hot. Rice was cold when delivered. Will not use again.

We've had very varied experiences at Aramintas. Meals are always tasty but sometimes they taste more like home cooked stews and you wouldn't know you were eating a curry, whatever the order. Last week however I went with a big group and the food was exceptional. The chef last Wednesday did a fantastic job, I just wish s/he was always working!

1 hour and 45 minutes late, food was cold and missing items too.

Excellent service food arrived hot & fresh. Plenty of meat rice nicely balanced and Naan breads cooked perfectly- very happy!

Great food, lovely staff. Always come here for dinner either with the boys or with work colleagues. If you are unsure, go for one of the specials, you can't go wrong

Great food with full of taste, the best in town

Onion Bhajee wasn't included but still charged for it. Naan bread not cooked properly. Both curries cold and watery when delivered with poor quantity of prawns/chicken. For nearly £20 for a king prawn curry you'd expect it to be amazing.

Regular customer for years. Quality always good (and they always deliver earlier than expected). No pickle, chutney or salad this time or egg & tomato on top of biryani.

I have never had a bad meal from Aramintas until this evening. The chicken was pink, the delivery was slow and our food was cold. So disappointing!

I didn’t receive any Onion Bhaji’s with the order, but didn’t realise this until the next day!

We went on a Sunday early evening for my nephews birthday. We had the banquet and we were not disappointed. The food was delicious and plentiful. The chap that worked there even went as far as to suggest alternatives to my Dad's selection to ensure he could benefit from the banquet deal....and allowed my 2 young boys to share a deal. The cherry on the cake was the complimentary dessert and candle brought out unexpectedly for my nephew. Great food, great service ....highly recommend! (Make sure you call in advance for the banquet our friends coincidentally turned up on the same day and had to order off of the normal menu)
