Subway in Northampton

Really bad service ,no extras available,no sauces,not generous with salad, avoid if you want a nice subway!!!

Lady at the counter was absolutely lovely! Polite, courteous and really made a brilliant sub sandwich - 2x 🥪 actually! 😀

The updated menu is a mild improvement over the previous one, I do enjoy the curiously consistent quality of the sandwiches. Not the bargain meal it once was, but nice for a treat every once in a while.

Very busy and they are doing their best but best being an average tasting sandwich. They work very hard though

Fast friendly service, efficient delivery of off the menu and customised wraps. Open restaurant area not hemmed in at all. Power sockets and USB charges available in the seating area.

I love subway it's my favourite restaurant. Perfect for breakfast, lunch dinner or anything else. They cater to all. Food is fast and delicious and they can make it exactly how you want it. 10/10

Decent filling brunch under £10. Chicken tikka with extra hot chilli. Super seeded 9inch bread for extra crunch in my munch. haha

Poor for a subway. Huge sign with a meatball marinara meal picture for £5.79 and a small from next to it. Actual price £6.59. On top of that all meatballs were solid so well overcooked and went int he bin as disgusting. Tried Gregg’s next door but their fridge broken so no cold drinks. This Subway is a sad price to pay for Greggs not having cold drinks. 🤬

awful awful 😞 got absolutely insane. They aren't accepting any CASH PAYMENTS. in my case - my card being stolen and locked for safety reasons so i was couple of days without card. Come for my lunch in my fav place, tbh i love subway .BUT - before ordering NOBODY tells it's only card payments. Ordered food, already prepared ..and only on cashtill girl said they are taking ONLY card payments . Awful.. this is how you will loose your customers, guy's .. just insane rules. would never again come in this subway in Brackmils ..

Service very slow this is a problem when you only have a 30 minute lunch break

On arrival found trodden in chips and bread on floor . Floor was unclean needed a thorough clean, tables dirty . Toilets were awful smelly , toilet paper all over the floor . We walked in and out would never visit here again and not alone other people followed us out

Food was lovely as usual, but there was a large amount of cross contamination with the meat and vegetarian stuff. I'm not veggie/vegan, but I watched the sandwich artist smear guacamole on my steak with the scoop and then put it straight back in the guac! I'd have issues with that if I were vegetarian for religious reasons or had OCD, etc

Came with my friend, push door sign was faded, so got confused pushed the door and door was stuck in carpet which we didn't realize.. Staff in green was asking to go back and close the door, staff serving us didn't say hello or didn't explain there was unpleasant face from her thought probably that's way she usually is when other customers came she was changed greeting them and talking to them, probably didn't like our skin color which we can't help.. We won't come back here..!

Great staff, always friendly. Overall, clean and fresh. Not 2 good coffee but it's not a big deal.

All good just a ridiculously long queue at lunch time so expect to queue for 30 minutes before your served

The food is decent and that. But at lunch time it's terribly slow.. doesn't help when certain customers want 300 subs and salads making but there seems to be no urgency within the place.. Short of the story, it's good if youve got 3 weeks for lunch.

Considering I was incredibly rude and using my phone as the member of staff served me, he was incredibly polite and made a wonderfully fresh Sub. Pricey but filling. Couldn't ask for more.

Cookies are better than Greggs, do rate their sandwiches though. Those meatballs are delicious

Get there early, can take 30 minutes to get your order. Better still, phone ahead and collect.

I like a subway. The only downside to this one is that they take quite a long time to make your sub. They tend to be very busy during the lunch hour break and you can end up waiting 20 mins plus before you are served.

Subway sandwiches are always welcome, nice new facility near a few industrial units.
