The best restaurants in Lincoln East Midlands

We had such a lovely breakfast at Bailgate Deli! Our group included 2 vegetarians, 1 pescatarian, and an omnivore, and everyone found something delicious to eat! We ordered the avocado toast, porridge, pancakes, a fruit smoothie, and lattes, and everything was fresh, flavourful, and beautifully presented. They were also accommodating to my peanut and tree nut allergies, which has been a struggle for me in the past with vegan restaurants. Highly recommend!

My first time at Anna's place. My daughter goes here for pizzas on a Friday and wanted me to try it . I was really impressed. warm , friendly, personal service. We just wanted a light early lunch and so opted for the omelettes. They were light and filling. Will definitely go again.

Amazing little cafe, came in for a few beers and a quick bite to eat and they did not dissapoint. Great selection of drinks on tap price very reasonably aswell. The food was amazing. The steak sandwich was phenomenal. Will definitely be coming back and reccomending to friends.

This new restaurant/take away is brilliant. All home made from sandwiches and cakes to full English breakfasts. I had the Sausage and Bacon roll, which comes with proper Lincolnshire Sausages. The roll was stuffed and extreemly tasty. The staff were bubbly and friendly. I will be returning at least once a week for my breakfast and hopefully more meals inthe future. Highly recommend. When I popped in around 10:30am the restaurant was packed, not a single seat available. I only wanted takeaway anyway and the service was fast. This new place will be one I frequently visit and so should you.....

We called here for the first time having heard good things. We were not disappointed. Excellent food served by lovely people who took a genuine interest in us. We are struggling after recently losing our much loved dog and they asked what was up? They empathised and we shared stories about our mutual love of dogs. The food was amazing, my filthy steak n cheese bap was spot on, the steak was so tender. Hubby had cheeseburger which he thoroughly enjoyed. We'll be back as soon as we can.

We enjoyed another three course lunch at Sessions. We began with a cocktail each, a Negroni and a Espresso Martini, both of which we excellent. The starter we chose, a mousse from Lincolnshire blue cheese was the dish of the day for me. The sharpness of the blue was at exactly the right level. My wife chose the Masala mackerel for mains while I opted for the boeuf bourguignon. The dish was rich, with succulent pieces of beef and a delicious red wine sauce. We both had apple and blackcurrant crumble for dessert. Portion sizes were perfect and the students worked hard at getting their heads around everything. Well done to Josh for great service to us. Two 3 course meals and two cocktails, £35.

Hoy fuimos al Lincoln City FC siguiendo a Charlton. Yo y el niño tuvimos el sabroso pollo tika masala y experimentamos comida genuinamente buena de gente genuinamente buena. Recomendaría totalmente a todos los fanáticos del fútbol a visitar👍

This is a review for the original Bar Unico in Lincoln as opposed to the monstrosity that has replaced it in the form of Crazy Appetite. Bar Unico was the best place in Lincoln for coffee and breakfast. Its replacement is dire. The main reason for posting this review is as a warning to potential customers for Crazy Appetite. This is not the same place and isn’t worth your custom.

We travel ( by train) from Manchester to Lincoln to to see the peregrine falcons nesting at the cathedral and visit this wonderful cafe. Their sandwiches ,soups and cakes are delicious. Highly recommend.

Last minute order due to being let down by another company, called up and the lady on the phone was lovely and went out their way to help us out! I can’t thank everyone there enough all the sandwiches were eaten and everyone enjoyed them!

Absolutely disgusted at the way my mum and sister was spoken to!! After booking this venue for mums 80th well in advance for a large group to celebrate, they went in to pre pay for drinks and some food to be told 'can't do that it's too messy' surely this would of helped?? And then to say the menu has all gone up and continued to be extremely unprofessional and rude! This upset my mum and sister and ruined our plans!! Luckily we have got in elsewhere so will enjoy her 80th and give our custom to a more friendly accommodating company!!!

This is a small, delightful 1940's themed tea room. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive. The food and drinks were nice & tasty.

Not bad but nothing special. The curry was a basic sauce.

We went here on recommendation and took the fixed menu. Excellent value for money and stunning food. Our group of 4 all had something different, and we were all very satisfied, even the veggie! Highly recommend.
