The best restaurants in Lincoln East Midlands

We had a large sampling of many types of African and Caribbean dishes. I had curry goat and rice n peas. And a large Nigerian Fanta.

I had the suya and it was the best I’ve had, feels like Nigeria again after a long time, I would really recommend this restaurant as it is just worth trying

Pretty nice place, nice to sit out in the sun though it's on a main road which was pretty busy. Resonable prices and a friendly place. Will go again.

Not bad but nothing special. The curry was a basic sauce.

Firstly the terrible review of this place is absolute bullsh…. lol the two waitresses cannot do enough for you, everything is explained and the menu simple enough to understand. The Complimentary sides are more than enough when accompanied with the plentiful portion of meats which are marinated to perfection absolutely mouth watering. We loved the experience and tried the Korean soju (grape and grapefruit flavour fantastic very strong ) The welcome was warm and friendly you feel like eating found a family members house. Great value will definitely return cannot recommend enough gamsahabnida ! :)

The restaurant is small and cosy with a nice atmosphere. Staff very friendly and helpful. The menu is short (I definitely prefer it that way) with a couple of veggie options, especially among the small plates. I had the cauliflower with hummus and the sweet potato main: both were excellent, generously portioned, came out from the kitchen quickly and very fairly priced. I skipped dessert in favour of a cocktail (Pony Girl) - very glad I did, as it was delicious.

Went for breakfast and coffee, food was delicious and staff were lovely. Best vegan breakfast I've had would definitely recommend.

Absolutely fabulous range of gins and tonics, from the sublime to the ridiculous and back again, will take a long time to work through that menu.

We love Charlie Jack's Shack food is good clean and the people that own it are absolutely amazing nothing is too much bother in my opinion you should get yourself down there and give them a try and the price is good
