Curry Jacks are simply....perfect. With typically three options at most events including something for the spice lovers, something also meat based but milder and also a vegan option bouncing with flavours, you will come away feeling as though you have eaten high-end restaurant curry every time. The curries are packed full of intense, bold and distinctive flavours, prepared to the highest of standards and traditions. Whether served with rice, naan or the original fluffy jacket potato, utilising local ingredients where possible and consumables which are kinder to the environment all go to compliment the friendly, knowledgeable and personal service Derek and Fiona provide. Curry Jacks are also perfect for any guest based event, where their presence and impeccable food offer will leave your guests with the best possible service and memories of their day. This is far more than street food curry, this is an experience every curry lover will remember- for the right reasons.

HANDS DOWN - BEST CURRY IN TOWN! I have been going to Curry Jacks for the past 4 years and the food is AMAZING! Freshly cooked curry with local ingredients. There are 3 curry options, usually a chicken, a red meat and a vegan. They all taste so good it's hard to choose between them. Unlike other Indian restaurants that use the same masala sauce, the curries here are cooked individually with different spices and base ingredients. Derek and Fiona are so friendly and genuinely kind people. Service with a smile. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I have been cooking Indian food for over 30 years and consider myself quite good at it, backed up by many friends and family and others that I have cooked for. Curry Jacks was in the carpark of The Anglers in Saxilby recently and I had a chat with them. Their methods and ingredients are exactly what I use and they are as passionate about curry as I am. I tried the chicken and beef curries and was given a daal to try too. All were excellent and I can honestly recommend that you try them if you are in the area. They are there on Saturday 21st October apparently.

A great idea, every other Saturday, curry Jacks is in the car park at The Harrows, north Hykeham. You order your food in the afternoon and eat it later in the pub. Special offer curry no a pint £11We chose the beef with spinach. If you like spicy flavoursome curry, this is the one to try. Apparently the chicken n chickpea has a little less spice, will be trying that next time. Perfect rice and homemade naan.. delicious

I have to give this review because I tasted many different curry tastes in UK but curry from Curry Jacks outshines any of them and definitely because it actually has flavour and only enough bite not to take away from the flavour!

We have been enjoying Curry Jacks greatly quality food for quite some time, but have never entered a review - can't think why? However, two weeks ago they moved from some of their regular locations in Lincoln to Saxilby one Saturday evening in a pub car park - what a great idea!Again, the food was superb; you never know what it will actually be until you see the menu board, but generally included is a chicken dish, a beef dish and a vegan option. The food is all freshly made and as well is 'gluten-free - how about that for a street vendor! Here are a local couple offering great food with a difference which is prepared and served with care, professionalism, and smiles all round, and the bank balance remains intact!

Myself and my wife enjoyed the superbly created curries last weekend. A beef madras £6. Rich, tasty, spiced well and hot after taste. I'm use to very hot curries.. and this was reasonably hot to me. Not enough to make me cry.. thankfully. The flavours were amazing. Curry, chilli, and subtle herbs and spices. The portion was generous.. and on top of a perfectly cooked large jacket potato.. it was very filling. The other dish was the chef's chicken curry. Milder.. but not boring! Some gentle heat. Full of flavour.. cardamom.. coconut.. and pepper. Again generous and a beautiful jacket potato.I was cheeky enough to mention the vegan curry sounded good.. and I was treated to a little extra portion of it on mine! It was also superb. The chickpeas in it would make it a good replacement for meat protein. The trays and cutlery were all eco friendly... which is so important these days. But sturdy enough to actually use!The service from both of the Curry Jack's team was extremely friendly. Explaining the food sources are all local and the curry is made from scratch every day. Clearly both are passionate about their product.. as am I now after trying it for the first time.I will look out for them in Lincoln and hopefully back in Grimsby sooner than later.Keep what you are doing... fab.

I’m a meat eater - I’ve only had curry jacks twice but both times I’ve opted for the vegan option. Both times I’ve been very happy and satisfied with my meal. Tasty and full of good stuff. There’s no doubt I’ll return for another helping of CJs.

Visited today for my lunch, the food was top quality at a great price. It’s really good to have passionate people offering great food in a convenient way. The curry I had was chicken with spinach and it was served with a seasoned potato, all accompanied by one of the quality soft drinks on offer. Thanks Curry Jacks!

FInally Street Food in Lincoln that is more than enjoyable......absolutely amazing. My husband bought a vegan mango dhal. Wonderful. Served in a perfect jacket potato. The packaging is all recycleable or biodegradable even the fork. There is a facility to sit and eat at this market stall in the Central Market. Open every day, I think, except Sundays until 3pm. We will definitely buy here again. Theee different curry’s are served daily including a vegan option. You couldn’t get better anywhere in the UK.. THis stal lhas removed Lincoln closer to the 21st century!!!

The curry here is fantastic - the Jacket potatoes are well cooked and have the crispy skin I love! I had the Lamb Biriani; nice, strong flavour that’s not over powering and matches the additional seasoning on the potatoes! Highly recommended if you’re visiting Lincoln or a regular to the market!

Derek and Fiona, the couple behind Curry Jacks, have a lovely welcoming nature. There was three delicious curry options to choose from to go on top of unbelievably fluffy jacket potatoes. The authentic curries are packed with flavour and originality. I went two days in a row and was able to get two different flavours and experiences. You could eat here every day and not get bored! Fantastic addition to the Lincoln food scene.

Tasty, freshly made curries served up on fluffy jacket potatoes. The menu changes daily, with three dishes available each time. No cream or butter is used in preparing the food, and one of the choices is always vegan, meaning customers with special dietary requirements are catered for. For heat lovers, the Spicy Tuesday special is thorougly recommended. All meat is sourced locally from a well respected butcher, and the vegetables are chosen fresh each day from the market stall next door. There is space to eat for about 6 people at the stall itself, meaning you can enjoy your food while having a chat to the friendly owners!

I'd heard others recommending Curry Jacks so went there myself yesterday. Just jacket potatoes, with choice of 3 toppings. I had vegan and OH had mince. Humungous potato and generous topping, which was really tasty. Good job we were hungry. Next time might ask for a smaller potato (hmm, might not). Limited seating but a good option if you don't want a proper restaurant or a takeaway.
