Great service this evening in Triumph bar this evening by Megan and Chaz. Chaz went the extra mile to ensure I had what I needed and I felt that the service was very personalised to me and made my experience seamless and easy. Megan was polite and friendly and helpful too. Great service by both…..over and above!!! Thank you!

I really wish I was being dramatic when I say this place was vile. The chips were mushy, the batter on the mushrooms, sausage and fish were soggy and you could see batter that hadn’t been fried yet. They forgot the curry sauce. Not a single bite of crispy batter on anything. The kebab wrap was okay, won’t be ordering again.

Amazing value for money We were a group of 15 the service was absolutely on point all meals (starter, main and dessert) were served at the same time no one was left waiting for their food. The food served was cooked perfectly and tasted divine. Would highly recommend

Lovely canal side pub with so amazing down to earth but amazingly tasteful food. Nothing over the top pretentious just wonderful food and atmosphere

Superb! As we were staying at the Leonardo, Hinckley Island Hotel during the half-term school holidays. Pre-reserved a table for myself & my children at their Onsite Marco Pierre White Steakhouse. The food was served hot, tasty & prepared with perfection. I opted for starters & mains to come out together. The service we received by Alen & all of the staff was exceptional. The very friendly staff, ambience & atmosphere made us all feel very special.

Today I had a Nutella milkshake it was really nice and made by Savannah the best person ever the place looks really nice inside would definitely recommend going the desserts look insane 10 out of ten lovely customer service aswell they are really lovely people

The food at the restaurant was lovely, very well cooked and tasty. The downside was the wait time to get the food. I was there as a party of 1 and it took 90 minutes for me to get a three course meal, if it was busy then I wouldn't have minded but there were only 6 other people in there.

Ordered a quite a few times from here, am yet to get a correctly requested "toasted" or "not toasted" item. Ordered via delieveroo, but looking at the order recipt that's not the problem, seems the sandwich makers are ignoring requests.
