Staff are always really friendly and helpful. As with any subway, there is a lot to choose from. They keep the areas clean and tidy which I like.

Went for our Anniversary, the food was cooked to order so not the quickest but well worth waiting for it was delicious. The staff are excellent and very attentive they even gave us a Anniversary card and a cake with a candle on and all the staff came out to wish us well. We were staying near by just for a couple of days and was so glad we decided to eat here. If we lived closer we would be going there a lot more. Thank you to everybody at Serendip for making our Anniversary a day to remember and we wish you well for the future

Brilliant short break at this brew pub in Matlock. Fantastic staff who actually communicate with you as a valued human being making you feel so welcome - a home from home experience. From the breakfasts cooked to order to the Sunday lunches and evening meals, would highly recommend!

A functional place, did what I needed.

Amazing food by Nadem, but the curry on the side was extremely thick with no spice. However, I would rate everything else 10 stars if I could.

Great spot however , needs a serious deep clean especially the floor absolutely filthy. Everything else’s like the decor & cushions look grubby.

We booked the tavern for a 30th birthday party of 50 guests. The whole process was hassle free and the staff especially hannah were wonderful in making sure it all went to plan and I didn't have to worry about a thing. The food as always was amazing and super tasty and will certainly keep returning back to this lovely place. We also stayed in the rooms above and they were super clean, comfy and perfect for our stay. Once again just a great place with great staff that I will highly recommend to anyone 😁

Proper pub with cask ale, wood burners and low beamed ceilings. If you're seeking refuge from the wet and cold, there is no better place to be. It's warm, cosy and comfortable, and the owners have always been kind and friendly. In summer there is a garden out front with a few benches and a wonderful view into the valley.

We visited Buddys on Saturday evening for my grandson Buddies birthday. My son had booked for the 4 of them, and I went online on Saturday to tag 2 more onto their booking. It all got a little confusing. I was really pleased when Lewis went out of his way to give me a call and sort it out. I explained it was a birthday, etc. When he found out my grandsons name was Buddie he said he would try and do something special for him. When we arrived, he had sorted a birthday balloon and some sweets for Buddie which was a lovely touch. The food was delicious and all the staff were very helpful. Lewis made sure we were looked after all evening and went out of his way to ensure that the birthday boy had enjoyed himself. He is an asset to your business.

What happened? This was one of our favourite garden centers, lots of interesting things to look at and a great place to buy gifts. We haven't been for a while as what was a great cafe with good food and lots of choice had gone down hill, the food was expensive and not good. Today's visit will probably be our last. The garden centre is a shambles, very run down, although the new seasons bedding plants look lovely The cafe menu is very poor and expensive I've been coming to this garden centre for over 20 years, it's such a shame to see it how it is today
