Great Value Breakfast,£5.00 for 12 items and you get a right plate full. Been here a few times before and the foods always good as is the staff who are always pleasant and friendly will be back again, if near by give it ago.

We recently dined at La Dolce Vita Lambarelli's in Chesterfield and were thoroughly impressed by the experience. The service was exceptional, with attentive and friendly staff who made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. For my main course, I chose the lamb, which was cooked to perfection. The flavors were rich and well-balanced, and the presentation was both elegant and appetising. The ambiance of the restaurant is warm and inviting. Overall, I highly recommend La Dolce Vita Lambarelli's for anyone seeking authentic Italian cuisine in a welcoming setting.

Very disappointing! I've ordered a dahl take away when I went home and opened the tray it was filled with yellow water and no lentils. It was like a tasteless broth. I will definitely not going back to this place. The quality is next to zero. Absolutely disgusting and offensive paying almost £4 for some yellow water. It wasn't runny though, it was water

Excellent meal. Had a couple of starters and steaks for the main. Very well cooked across the board and lovely staff. The fillet steak in particular was very good.

Nice, quiet, social pub. Great outside and in. Stocks every thing you could want and more to try. A pub for people who like a good pub.

I’ve been buying my teas (Rwandan and Assam broken orange pekoe) from Northern Tea Merchants for about a year now and am highly delighted with the quality and price. However, apart from one spur of the moment occasion last year, when I also visited the cafe side of the shop (The Pomegranate) for a pot of Rwandan tea, along with a sneaky slice of Victoria sponge, I’d not eaten here, until a few weeks ago, that is. A friend and I, always looking for somewhere different to try, decided to have a light lunch here. We had a perfectly made latte each when we first arrived (ordinary for my friend and oat milk for me) before we both ordered the cheese board, which was a selection of three cheeses (a hard blue, a hard white and a soft white), accompanied by a small pot of chutney, grapes, celery sticks, crackers and bread with individual butter packs. I must admit that, when the food was brought to our table, we both thought that the servings of chutney were on the small side but we were wrong! There was plenty of everything, including the chutney, and it was all utterly delicious. The platters were freshly prepared, well presented and so tasty. We had a lovely lunch, which I finished with a pot of Rwandan tea, whilst basking in the January sun that was streaming through the windows (the sun’s rays actually became so hot that, had the cafe not been full, my friend would have liked to move to another table!!). If you’re looking for somewhere a bit different with lovely food that is competitively priced with great service and very clean loos too, I highly recommend trying The Pomegranate cafe at Northern Tea Merchants.

Steak and Ale pie, chips, peas, shredded cabbage 😋 and a nice pint. Clean, comfortable and friendly 👌

The good would of been ok but the oil was either bad or, well I didn't know. It shouldn't have been so greasy and shouldn't leave a thick yellow residue in the tray. Would of been 2* if it didn't have a good food hygiene rating.

My favourite butty shop. All the staff are lovely and the food is great and reasonably priced! If you want a very naughty treat try the cheesy chip btty!

Great pub ,very welcoming ,extremely clean.and most of all the beer is top notch,great condition ,good choice of real ales ,at a very competitive price.

We booked a table for 12 for a Saturday evening. We were shown straight upstairs on arrival. Service was very good - the owner has a very dry sense of humour which I think might have gone over the heads of some previous reviewers! We all ordered different dishes, some had starters some didn't, but it was all handled very efficiently. Everyone enjoyed their food and the quality was high and clearly freshly prepared. Generous portions too. Great value for money all round. We'll definitely be back!

We booked a table,just in case, no steps so wheelchair friendly. We were showed to our table by a lovely lady who got us the menus. So much choice but i had a egg omelette with salad. So tasty and filling but then i was naughty and had lemon meringue pie with cream. The portion size was massive and so as i am diabetic i had to leave my meringue bit to my own heartbreak. Fully recommend- beautiful plac3, friendly staff and fabulous food

Live music. Was a lovely atmosphere. Drinks a little expensive, but, tis, wot it is... Lovely little venue. 1st time here and I'd definitely go back... (Watch out for the live feed Facebook camera, above the bar. I was spotted on there by my sister 😆)
