Food tastes great.. But parts still cold not good for my stomach obs, frozen ingredients not cooked through around the edges.. Sorry, Crystal very tasty, but cold luke warm chicken and pork is kinda dangerous. Don't rush cook properly!!! Also I had a soggy prawn cracker.

Visited numerous times for food - good service and great food. The Sunday all u can eat is superb value and excellent. Would highly recommend!

Sunday lunch later in the afternoon AF about 3.30pm Staff nice and friendly, food lovely and prices reasonable. I had roast lamb and my wife had the roast beef. We had the extra side dish of cauliflower cheese, and you get extra gravy, greens and little pots of your choice of condiment. Already on each plate is your meat with roasted vegetables and mash, yorkshire puddings and gravy. The food is nice and hot and a good size portion, the meat is plenty and not full of gristle. We had puddings which were both very nice. The beer is good and they have a reasonable selection. All in all, very enjoyable experience.

Delicious! Just collected a takeaway & it’s my first time here. Won’t be the last. Looking forward to eating in soon too.

Everytime I’ve eaten here I’ve been unwell following , don’t know whether it’s the cooking process or oil being used, but have ended up sick 🤢 Prices are extremely high & Staff aren’t very pleasant in my opinion apart from with what seems to be regulars or people they already know For me it’s not a nice meal/or a friendly environment. It’s not somewhere I would recommend & don’t ever since the few occasions I have tried. Frying squad in south Normanton is the best chippy, friendly chatty staff, reasonable prices, yummy food, varied menu and good quality. :)

Its the only pub left in the village, they doing there damdest to keep it open, as an old Tibby lad really enjoyed being there.

WOW Absolutely Amazing Food & Service. We had a selection of different starters and 4 main dishes. The food was absolutely amazing just perfect cooked to perfection. Couldn’t fault anything everything arrived in a timely manner thr atmosphere was amazing children loved it too. Would definitely recommend!

Clean and tidy toilets, Helpful staff

Highly disappointed with customer service. The girl behaviour on front desk was rude and we used a voucher and she said straight away its not working without even confirming and later on a guy came and said voucher is valid. The guys behaviour was nice though. Food was amazing but customer service was very bad.

We had the special sausage and pancetta ragu. It was nice, it came out hot. My husband had the large and I went for regular, he was not able to eat it all in the end but good value for money. We had three of the little dough ball things with biscotti inside. I would shy away from this in the future. Unless they are fresh and you know they are they stay away. They were these hard little ball things that were not nice. But the lady that served us was very nice and pleasant.

Used to be a great place but with small portions, high prices and anaemic under cooked chips it's not the place it was - seems it's down to the all too often kiss of death, hand a successful business down to your offspring and watch it go downhill faster than a Gloucester cheese. Good scenic location but not recommended.
