The best restaurants in Clowne South Bolsover East Midlands

Went to The Apollo Pub in Barlborough to have breakfast made on site by the Gourmet Grub Company. Both me and my wife and the Full English breakfast which even though We chose the small option, there was plenty of food on our plates. Someone once told me that you never complain about buying quality and this is definitely the case here. The food was exceptional and without doubt, we will be coming again to try other things on the menu. Many thanks

The staff are really welcoming and the service is excellent. The ambience and tasteful décor compliment everything and i would say one of the best cafe's or bistro been to in a while. We travelled from Belper which is a town blessed with great eateries. No 4 ranks highly with all of the cafes here and we will visit again! Great value for money and excellent food and coffee, thanks again!

The BEST meal of 2023 we’ve had. Honestly just such comforting and delicious food. Friendly service and just homey interior, we are making this such a regular spot!!!! The price is unreal, couldn’t believe it when we got the bill would have happily paid double and not batted an eyelid!! MUST VISIT!!

My mum and dad are receiving meals delivered by “take a break”. I can’t speak highly enough and thank them for what they offer. Obliging and caring. Delivered hot and the previous crockery picked up. My mum is used to cooking meals but she says how tasty and delicious their food is. Very important when you are not on your best form. The meals have fresh vegetables and certainly are a generous plate full. All the meals go down well. Thank you to the team and keep up this important service.

Very friendly. Good food. I had cod and mushy peas. Love how the fish comes in a box. Second time here. Husband had jambo sausage and curry. Says he injoyed it. Very clean premises. Love everything about this chippy. Xxx

Fish and chips taste lovely and very friendly staff.

The restaurant cancelled my order after accepting it through just eat and taking my money and I have never been refunded. I am now without this money and they do not respond to emails or phone calls to get me my money back. Be aware.

Avoid at all cost!! Burger not cooked and completely pink & mushy. On top of this, the chips were freezing and very small. Not worth the money at all.

Often get a full English breakfast from here as a weekend treat. Good is decent and the staff are nice. Partner also likes the sandwiches for lunch.

We popped in fancying a pizza for us to stand at the till waiting to be served the guy looked at us carried on doing what he was doing, took 15 mins with still no acknowledgement so sat there and ordered in the app. Ridiculous service

Absolutely loved it here. Food was amazing. Value for money. Staff so attentive and friendly. Couldn't ask for more. Will 100% be going again and have recommended some friends to go which they will be booking next week. Defo go here for a nice chilled relaxing evening.

Twice I’ve ordered from them and both times something was missed off the order. When I rang both times I was told I’d be refunded and both times I haven’t actually been refunded. I won’t be ordering again. Really disappointing. Just Eat don’t want to know after 24 hours either despite me waiting for the refund to appear in my account.

This is our go to Chinese, it's delicious. Everything we have is perfect. Never have a problem!!! Very fast delivery the food is always piping hot and fresh. 5 stars if I could give more I would. Thank you for being so consistent and the delivery staff are lovely

Very quick delivery , driver was very polite , food was piping hot and very tasty , one of the nicest kebabs I've had in a long time
