We popped in fancying a pizza for us to stand at the till waiting to be served the guy looked at us carried on doing what he was doing, took 15 mins with still no acknowledgement so sat there and ordered in the app. Ridiculous service

Sandeep the 'manager' is the rudest person I have ever had the misfortune to speak to. My pizza arrived with Jalepenos on (I'm allergic to them and notes on the order included the allergy information). He didn't offer a replacement pizza or any form of customer service or apology.. and then hung up the phone instead of providing his name!! My partner rang him back to find out his name! Disgusting behaviour. P.s. the delivery driver was friendly and polite. I would suggest putting him in charge!

Chips were seriously undercooked… and the chicken dippers were cold

AWFUL!!!!!!! Do not order from here. It’s pathetic. We ordered at 7:30 and spent over £70 on pizzas and sides, for it to turn up at 9:30. We are only in shirebrook. That’s not even 20 minutes away!!! To get our food delivered. The loaded fries was still frozen and uncooked. 2 large pizzas missing. Went back outside to the delivery driver for him to say there’s nothing he can do!! We then went to the shop for them to only say that can give us a “garlic bread “ when they was the ones that messed up with the order. When we spent a large amount of money!! Whilst in the shop there was 5 others coming in moaning about the same problem we had!!! This is a joke, do not waste ur money for you to get offered nothing back!! I would not recommend!!!!!

Just had this delivered - opened the box and wondered if it was cooked yesterday and reheated. Rung the store, no offer to deliver another but they have refunded. For the price they charge plus the delivery this is seriously not acceptable.

Best pizza I’ve had from dominos and I’ve had a LOT. Lovely delivery driver aswell. Asked him to knock quietly because of my new puppy and he even helped me get hold of my order without it dropping everywhere. *I had to hold the pup!!

Food came wrong. When I rang up for the rest. It came a hour later stone cold. Absolute rubbish will never be ordering again!!!!

Fuming not the word spent £18 on pizza came wrong rang up told me he would refund me said I want the pizza I ordered he said 2 hours which I said its my son tea he wasn't bothered and put phone down

Nice pizza but bored of it arriving luke warm. Long delivery times and tracker tells me it's delivered when it's not. Fudging delivery stats? I wouldent mind the delays if my pizza arrived piping hot.

This charity café is not the best but it is for charity. The staff weren't very friendly on my visit but I only went once and won't be returning by choice. The food was very poor quality and, although came fast, wasn't well prepared. The prices were expensive for what we received but I think the charity element plays a part in that.

Pizzas are average bit over priced. Really need to get bicycle delivery fella some lights for his bike before he gets hit by a car... 👁👁🔦

We ordered tonight for delivery it took 1hr and 18minutes for it to be delivered and was not red hot, just a little warm. Reason being it was delivered by a cyclist in -1 temp outside. Its a 2minute drive in car to my home. Cyclist had another drop same time as mine and went there first. Domino's trialing cyclist deliveries. I'm afraid it's not working for those who pay alot of money for dominos pizza's in quality at a premium. Tonight it would have been a two star review. However I've given a 5star review, all because of Ryan. He was really helpful, gave me the full order in fresh again, compensated me, was great customer service and good at problem solving. Well done Ryan. You got them the 5star review.

Not good 2nd order in 2 weeks 1st week pizzas arrived very late and were burnt prepared to give it another chance tonight pizzas cold get your act together domino's used to be good but you don't get a 3rd chance

terrible service- we waited over an hour for our food, we called domino’s to see where the food was as it said it had been delivered, the man on the phone was very rude and abrupt and ended the phone when we asked how long it would be. we rang back 15 mins later as the food still wasn’t here & we were put on hold for almost 10 minutes whilst they ‘found another manager’. we then ended the call as they kept us on hold & when we’ve tried to ring back no one has been answering. The food finally arrived but was barely warm.

Pizza consistently good, but waiting times vary greatly!

Placed an order, never turned up rang store numerous times no answer, glad they think its acceptable to take money and not deliver. Will never use again

Took 70 mins, rang after 45 mins and was told del was just leaving, we live in Clowne , took 25 mins and was barely warm on arrival, cold before we finished it

Ordered pizza chicken strippers & wedges on-line - checked 35 minutes later which stated everything had been delivered. Called Clowne Domino’s and spoke to an abrupt gentleman who started pizza was out for delivery and put the phone down. Everything arrived 10 minutes later pizza, chicken strippers & wedges all luke warm ☹️ Only half a dozen small wedges - All in all not a good experience. Which is unfortunate because past experiences have been good.

Terrible place, I'm coeliac, normal pizza £5.99 gluten free same product but different base £16.99 RIP OFF COMPANY 😢 hence,I'll never go there again...! Its like the rip off electricity & gas company rip em off cos we can...! Disgraceful, shameful 😔

I had ordered yesterday and I was very sick throughout the night didn't have much to eat before that just breakfast, pain was horrible and I'm still not 100% OK yet.

Ordered from here a few times but I don’t rate it that high. The dough balls and all dips are great. I find the pizzas are very dry, and don’t have much taste to them. Quite boring and bland.

Please please please do not shop at this dominos,had wrong pizzas, bad pizzas, and hairs found in our pizzas ,but when complained about this our address was banned for complaining,if it was up to me this dominos would be shut down!!!!!!!!

Ordered on line for the first time, delivered within an hour,which was great, but…….. ALMOST COLD !!!!!! Not a patch on what Dominoes pizza’s used to be 😝 an ABSOLUTE WASTE OF MONEY !!!!!!!! DEFINITELY WILL NOT BE ORDERING AGAIN !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just ordered 2 pizzas which took 1 hour and 5 minutes from ordering to delivery, the app said it was out for delivery and arrived 15 minutes later. When the pizzas arrived they were almost cold and the vegan pizza had regular cheese on it. Tried to call them to complain but no answer all night. Will not be having anything else from here. Avoid.

I enjoy ordering from this Domino's, order online and collect, service is good and the pizza is delicious.

Ordered early on a Friday evening and came within 30 minutes. Still warm and delivery driver very polite. Definitely not the last time I'll be ordering from this branch.

I order from this dominos at least 2x a month😛 order is always delightful, on time and the customer service is excellent. Also love the amount of deals available on the app. Never had a problem. Well done guys. Keep up the good work🍕

Its domino's, what's not to like ?

Popped in for lunch, been many times before always really good. Only a couple of people in, many empty tables, no-one acknowledged us or offered to show us to a table, so after standing at the door for a few minutes we left. Very disappointed. Staff need training on how to welcome customers.

This lovely tea room is fabulous. Homemade cakes, bars and scones, not to mention a healthy selection of panini's, toasties and jacket potatoes. All come with crunchy salad garnish, and the fillings are abundant. Thickly sliced ham, real chicken breasts. The price is amazing too, real value for money. The staff are attentive, friendly and a real joy to be around. Nothing is too much trouble.

I don't have pizza very often so must say this is one of the best I've ever had very tasty hot and very nice delivery very quick smart and clean person happy had a nice chat Kept informed about each stage of process from baking to delivery

We brought my mum in for tea and cake a few weeks ago and thought the cafe was lovely. Nice and clean, friendly staff and yummy cakes. Nice charity shop next door too.

Lovely café, went for lunch, fresh food, lovely staff. Will recommend, going again soon. Free car park across from cafe. Plenty of space.

Love to come here. Sally and the staff are always very welcoming and helpful. Drinks are always hot. Food is the most reasonably priced in the area and you get loads. What's not to like !

My friend and i go once a week for breakfast before going shopping, lovely atmosphere and staff are very friendly.

Visited today for coffee and lunch. Whilst the menu is quite limited we were able to find something we fancied and enjoyed what we had, namely bacon, brie and cranberry toastie and a cheese scone. The service was good and the prices very fair. My only criticism was that the tables were sticky.

Wow this was a little find. I’d seen it before but didn’t think they’d have homemade cakes. Never judge a book by its cover. Like all the other reviews the staff are very helpful and if I haven’t got time for coffee there you can buy the cake to take home. I’m going to take my friend there when it’s her birthday for afternoon tea.

Called in for refreshments after shopping in charity shop next door, coffee and cakes were lovely and reasonably priced, nice clean place with good service.

We hold a coffee morning here once a month and find the coffee, tea, toasted teacakes and bacon butties I have tried have all been great. The staff are very welcoming and friendly and bring the drinks to the table which is helpful.

Beans with perfect scrambled egg on toast plus beans on toast with a big pot of tea for two, all for less than £9.00. Friendly staff, nice atmosphere, pleasant décor and good to know that we were supporting a local, very worthy charity. We will be back.

Why ask what time you want to collect to get there at that specific time to have to wait a further 15 minutes!!!! If I were you I’d take this option off!!!!!!

Went for a take-away pizza late on Sunday night. Staff were all very polite and attentive, and pleasant and friendly at the same time. It was very clean and the pizza was excellent. Very reasonably priced too. Overall, I would recommend Domino's in Clowne to anyone.

Been over an hour and 10 mins since I ordered and 30 mins since it said it was delivered. And guess what? It’s still not here. Absolute joke👍🏼

Shocking customer service and the same order gets more expensive every time. This time they were going through the deals and upped the size of pizza and added a bottle of drink to make it cheaper but didn't tell us that a part of our order wasn't included. As we didn't know this we went back to say that a part of our meal was missing and so the food went cold. So actually ended up spending more on something we didn't even want.

I do not recommend. With each order in domino pizza comes and less and less ingredients on it.

After the experience at take a break I was desperate for a decent cuppa.

I visit this place a good two/three times a week with my little girl. Lovely food and drink, cakes too! So so friendly and I always feel comfortable here by myself with Maisie. Great shop attached too :)

Visited here for coffee and cake one weekday morning; lovely environment, friendly staff and delicious cake. Plenty of free parking nearby including parent and child spaces and spotted a high chair, baby change and box of children’s books inside so nice for family too.

What a lovely place to enjoy a relaxing cuppa (and a piece of cake) The staff are welcoming and friendly and the cakes are delicious.This is certainly an asset to the village.

I took two Canadian friends who were visiting in February in for a cuppa and a scone. The scones were absolutely amazing. My one friend loved them so much she took a scone making course when she got back to Canada, just so she could try to relive the experience. It is a nice relaxed atmosphere. When you finish your cuppa you can go next door and buy something nice to help support Ashgate Hospice. Give it a try...you like it.

OK pizza but I don't know why I bother going back to domino's. There is never enough cheese. Knowing this I add extra cheese but you still get patches in the centre of the pizza without cheese and where there is coverage it is fairly scant? It's not like theres much topping or tomato sauce either. In fact there's not much of anything really. At £9 a pizza half price bogof not cheap either.

Appalling customer service. Management can't even be bothered to respond to a complaint...disgusting...stay well cleat

My experience here has been dreadful, waited patiently for 45 minutes inside of the shop, I ordered one large margarita and when it came I opened the box and I found inside a burned, over cooked, hardened margarita, it tasted like charcoal, i was debating whether to ask the staff for a pizza cutter as the pizza was that hard I found it difficult to tear off a slice of my pizza, I will not be visiting again any time soon, I don’t recommend to anybody unless you like hard, over cooked pizza☺️

Food is great if they don't miss any ingredients or give you meat when your vegetarian. We find it hit and miss but when it's good it's good .... but avoid the potato wedges

This coffee shop operated by Ashgate Hopice offers a good range of coffees and soft drinks. It has a range of tasty cakes, paninis, sandwiches and breakfast and lunch foods. The premises are airy and comfortable and the volunteer staff are very friendly.

Both me and my partner Ordered half mexican fiesta and half a different pizza each. Just to let you guys know, there's obviously something wrong with either the sour cream or chicken because we both had diarrhea and stomach ache this morning!!! (I had nothing else to eat yesterday only the Dominoes, so it had to be that) and no this isn't a biased review, I don't post many reviews but as it made me ill I felt the need to post this review as one of your staff is obviously not doing their job properly.

This cafe is attached to Ashgate Hospice Charity shop in Clowne and is highly recommended. The cafe is large, clean and the volunteers and staff are all friendly, lovely and can't do enough for you. The food is excellent, fresh tasty and massive portions! There is a large varity of cake, scones and sandwiches and I highly recommend the excellent latte!

We support Ashgate Hospice our preferred Charity. This is our favourite local Cafe, wether it be just for a cup of tea and a piece of Cake or more substantial items from the range of menu items available .

Visited for a quick panini, was okay nothing fancy. Not bad pricing, really lovely atmosphere and good customer service. Good choice of drinks and desert, nice selection of cakes on display and are homemade.

We often frequent this cafe being our favourite for all things nice. Sally and all her staff do their upmost to make your visit very pleasant. Enjoying the taste and flavours for serving very fresh food (service with a smile). Thanking you all and for your hard work.

A friend and I called for coffee and cake. Excellent chocolate cake, spotlessly clean. Service efficient, not particularly fast but very helpful and friendly.

This lovely coffee tea rooms has become one of our firm favourites. The whole place has a lovely friendly feeling with staff that are professional and attentive to detail. Their array of homemade cakes are gorgeous with savoury choices too. Lovely place to meet friends as there are tables a plenty with room to move between. The staff are volunteers who are doing a great job. You are made to feel very welcome and tables can be reserved for lunch etc as it gets very busy around this time. If you haven't tried this lovely place yet you are certainly missing out.

A very attractive cafeteria style restaurant established in support of the Ashgate Hospice. Staffed by volunteers, this newly opended, spacious, drop-in eatery is a delight to experience. Tables are well spaced in this airy, modern design cafe. A good range of hot and cold drinkls is available together with toasted sandwiches and panini accompanied by fresh salad. The 'main attraction' has to be its range of delicious, home-bake sandwich cakes. Staff are friendly and welcoming. All is clean with comfortable seating. Toilets are sparkling and kept so. It ajoins the Ashgate shop with its range of high quality donated items.

bit poor really got a cheap pizza which is always good got back to work and it was bit burnt and had hardly any of the topping on. phoned up and they just said sorry bit disappointing really
