It's a Costa, decent but Costsa Lot of Money

Staff are lovely and polite food/drink is a little expensive but we go for a treat

nice coffee brilliant service would use again we love costa as you know you only have to read through my reviews and i’d give a good recommendation for your store

Had a breakfast here before heading home,and if was really good,great service,great coffee,at a reasonable price.

Sat upstairs which was lovely. Friendly and helpful staff

No problems. Same as any other Costa, maybe a bit better than others.

Was lucky to find this, very difficult to see hidden behind the worst looking KFC I've ever seen (although it is shut). Usual Costa standards, plenty of parking and looks like an upstairs seating area too, but didn't use it.

A nice and friendly Costa with the usual good sandwiches, coffee etc. Our favourite Costa. Food range now full Christmas selection. Still friendly and helpful staff. The staff always make the difference and they are good here.

Perfectly lovely costa, christmas cake was delicious. I would also like to say thank you very much to the two members of staff who came to help when I managed to trip and fall in the car park - you were very kind and helpful and have a well stocked first aid kit!

Typical costa. Not much else to say other than a bit pricey.

Nice coffee shop near proximity to the motorway and the ibis hotel. Nice prices, clean store and really nice staff Will be coming back :)

Very friendly place with good service. The food and drinks weren't bad either.

We visited when the dishwasher was vroken so had to have take away cups and food in take away containers. Whilst not their fault I'd prefer not to drink from a take away cup. Was very busy and the queue was quite big. I am assuming due to the dishwasher being broken there was lots of rubbish that needed clearing. Felt very chaotic.

Excellent coffee shop. Customer service is fabulous. Always polite, friendly and knowledgeable even at very busy times. Atmosphere is great made by the staff that work there. The place is spotlessly clean and tables are cleared promptly. We love to go there most days to chill, relax and enjoy a nice coffee. Definitely a place to visit.

A wonderful team. So friendly and kind. I sat upstairs for the first time and was surprised how lovely it was. Spacious but incredibly cosy too. The food and drinks were tasty and hot.

Love Costa coffee its the best one i have,but would like them to serve cheaper food

Shop shut at 5 pm says 5.30 on the door? Customers being turned away? Wasted drive, Spend here every day think I'll go to Starbucks next time.

A typical Costa with no frills and looks exactly like the rest of the stores. No granary toast available and sausage muffin pretty disgusting - maybe Costa should review their product line and refurbished some of their outdated stores.

Only down side was quite busy & not really enough tables downstairs. However as it was a nice day we sat at outside table.

Friendly staff. Good seating upstairs & down. Quick and efficient service.

Favourite place for a coffee whilst charging the car off the M1

Pretty poor, no service with a smile here, lots of flies on the open cakes, cappuccino was the worst I've ever had, no foam or chocolate, the management team desperately needs retraining as they havn't got a clue, and are quite rude, the only upside is, there is a McDonald's next door.

Tucked out the way, but a good sized car park. Plenty of seating downstairs and up. The usual great tasting coffee ☕😋

Went in to Costa today feeling very tired and really quite low. They guy that's served me was bright and cheery which made me smile. The service was fantastic and he went the extra mile. I would highly recommend Balborough Costa - best one around by far 😊

Nice place. It's good because there is an upstairs and a downstairs which means, during busier hours, it's not that crowded. Lots of variety as well and special offers. Staff are really friendly to and while I was there someone had spilt there coffee and the staff were there immediately no questions asked.

Very good staff --Great drink on a very cold day

Had the valentine's cold drink. It was a mixture of raspberry and dark chocolate ice drink. I wasn't sure what to expect, but it was not worth it. The other iced drinks are far tastier. The combination of flavours do not work together

Worst flat white coffee I think myself and My husband have had in a Costa coffee shop ... I only drank half of mine and if there hadn't been a que I would have taken it back !!!! There was absolutely no effort put into it ... The milk was not frothy or light ... For what I pay for my coffee I would expect a well presented drink ... The guy on the till didn't know what whole milk was as he mentioned that to the barista as she asked him what we was having to drink ... more training is needed

Toilet facilities clean and tidy. Both drinks were hot , we both enjoyed our drinks.

Love there coffee just wish they would sell something healthy to eat

Nice inside but it was cold upstairs. Daughter had to ask for cream in her coffee as they forgot to put it in. Take your coat!

Just off the M1, thus is a perfect place for a break. Friendly staff plus all the expected Costa goodies means you can chill out away from the crowded service stations nearby. Well worth a visit.

I only visited to charge my electric car!!...went for a pee whilst I was there...

Very good system in place here,as you enter through the main door you'll find the hand sanitiser stand,socially distance floor marking stand -on circles/direction arrows in place & protective counter screens.Very pleasant staff service when placing my initial order & receiving the drinks ! You then leave the store via another exit only door .I tried the New Vanilla & Coconut Latte which was ok but wouldn't rush back to have another one ,the Gingerbread latte being my favourite drink choice

Well done to the ladies in this Costa. I used it twice recently and the welcome was warm and cheerful on both occasions despite the difficult circumstances. When you're on a long journey a smile goes a long way.

Good system of ordering . Social distancing good .Sanitiser available at several points. Good drinks. Mince pies good.

Costa is moving with the Times. You can order using the Costa phone app then collect your order at a Costa store, no need too queue, brilliant

Standard Costa you get everywhere. Thought the staff were quite abrupt pointing us around the distancing arrangements.

Why is coffee so expensive in this franchise? Staff looked and sounded tired. I got asked to leave the premises at 17,50, as they were going to close at 18,00...
