Peri Pollo Pizza in Bolsover

Twice I’ve ordered from them and both times something was missed off the order. When I rang both times I was told I’d be refunded and both times I haven’t actually been refunded. I won’t be ordering again. Really disappointing. Just Eat don’t want to know after 24 hours either despite me waiting for the refund to appear in my account.

Made the mistake of ordering a dessert(cheesecake), turned up frozen solid, literally looks like had just been taken out of freezer

Cold not able to eat had to cook instead very disappointing. Had to call takeaway sounded confused and gave us the incorrect postcode when on app it clearly stats my correct postcode.

14” Square Pizzas are great value, brilliant for a family or if having friends round. Chicken kebabs are the best in Clowne. Fast and friendly service . Great takeaway.

Delicious food! Best chicken kebab I’ve had. Delivery is always estimated at 45mins but arrives in 10! Amazing I would highly recommend.

Only issue I had is I only received 1 can of coke when should have been 2.

Ordered mixed kebab on Naan bread but got the flat thin tortilla type wrap instead. So spoilt it really. As it didn't get really fill me up.

Peri Pollo Pizza is excellent. The food quality is always outstanding and they deliver very promptly. I had a query once and called the shop and they were so friendly and helpful.

Didn’t put half the stuff in i orded

We order every week from Peri Pollo and we think it’s great. There has been a few times where items have been forgotten but soon has been rectified when calling the shop. 9/10 times our food is delivered early!

Ordered a takeaway last night, it came fifteen minutes later piping hot. Food was great. Pizza had big chunks of meat on it, not like the rubbish you get on an expensive dominoes pizza. Best takeaway in Clowne 👍🏻

Ordered a bbq base meatfeast and received a normal meatfeast with mushrooms. Rang to complain and received my actual order and an apology and rectified in fast time.

The food was wrong and the milkshake was solid ice, after contacting the restaurant I was told that there pizza chef did the order right but the main guy said the notes didn’t appear on the ticket. He said my “milkshake” would be ready to drink after 20 mins. 2.5 hours later it was ready to drink and just tasted like frozen milk not the bueno that I had ordered. This place needs sorting out.

Great service and food as always. I completely messed up my order tonight and the tried their best to sort it even thou it was my fault. They even gave me discount on my mistake. Always use here and never had a problem and food is always great. Thank you for tonight!

I ordered Nandi peri peri pizza and bubblegum milkshake. I received ham and pineapple pizza and cookies and cream milkshake. I didn’t realise until after the delivery person had left. The restaurant offered a refund of the pizza which I said I was ok with (even though I’m not keen on the pizza or milkshake I received) because it seemed like such a Hassle to be corrected, but I’ve not received it. Pizza was nearly cold too. Very disappointing.

Late delivery, cold food and tasteless poor quality.

Late and stone cold. Mini fillets & cherry coke missing. An interesting interpretation of a deep pan pizza as well. Didn’t dare eat the chicken burger either, as it was nowhere near the 74🌡️ required to serve chicken.

Not only was the food nearly an hour late, but the pizza was stone cold and the chips were still frozen, the cheese on the chips hadn't even melted, so the chips must have been cold when they were served.

Food was cold and late. Gravy and chips was spilled all over the bag. Pizza was wrong. Had to go to the shop to get it changed but also has to pay for the pizza again. Really wasn’t happy with this order at all

Orderd form here twice first time my partners meal was missing he rang up they was rude on the phone but they delivered it again after an hour. Orderd again last night and my food was missing tried calling numerous times with no answer so requested a refund and still no refund! Will not be ordering form here again! Rude people and quite clearly incompetent delivery drivers

First time I’ve ordered from here. Excellent pizzas. Will be using them from now on.

We normally order from here fairly regularly however tonight the service we received was quite rude to be honest! Ordered a bubblegum shake as our child can’t have chocolate, when it was delivered it turned out to be a chocolate shake, phoned up to query it..to be told the delivery driver should have told us they had no other flavour of shake available tonight except bueno so that’s what they sent. No attempt to contact us before delivery to explain the issue, no attempt to rectify the issue other than to blame the driver . If we’d have known beforehand we would have just asked for the shake to be refunded as the rest of the food was great but the rude staff member in the phone was just shocking! As I said, the rest of the food was great and couldn’t fault delivery it arrived 15 minutes early

The meal came early, piping hot and fresh. I can honestly say it was the best Kebab I’ve had in long long time.

Chips were cold, order 5 milkshakes in different flavours and received them all the same (unknown) flavour so they couldn’t be drank due to allergies.. not happy!

Rude staff , overpriced and vile pizza £72 for 4 pizzas and 2 chips and most went in the bin , chips weren’t bad though. Cash only! think they saw us coming !! Save your money and go to dominoes

Paid nearly £3 for chips and got a very small box no bigger than a large fries from McDonald's. My pizza was described as a Firecracker, no heat in it at all and the smokey sauce that swamped the base just overwhelmed everything else. £28 wasted

It's the first time I have ordered burgers from peri pollo and it was amazing , food was piping hot and the paprika fries finished it off . Definatley will be ordering again.

I ordered 2 of the milkshakes expecting them to come like every other place. No, they decided to split 2 milkshakes into 6 little gravy cups. Not happy!

No labels on the milkshakes and had 9 small gravy cartons which didn't help as one of us had a bit allergy ,and ordered cheesy chips but got mixed of them and peri peri powder.

Even though it was very early it still was cold and was missing bits of food aswell was abismal I would of complained but my wife was really hungry so she didn’t wnat ti wait really poor

All the food was so cold we had to microwave it! The bottle of Pepsi was an ice block literally like they had just taken it out of a freezer. Was missing 2 items also, so no I would not recommend.
