Very fast service for a busy motorway McDonalds. Eating area clean too.

Closed early at 22.20 today turned a family way at this time when it says 11pm close I’m disappointed in McDonald’s these says was one super woman doing the work while rest dossed about

It's surprising how the English consider McDonald's semi-finished products, which are really of below average quality, to be the culinary pinnacle. Lunch and dinner and breakfast all in style. I wish you a good taste. This is where you really need it! P.S.: I paid the parking fee and got a £10 voucher and for that I got one yes only one Hamurger from Uncle MacDonald. Great. I will never go here again, trust me!

Well i came in at 10 59 or 1 minute before closing and they served me food no queue and really good food

Printer not working on the order screen and were they bothered? Nope

Just dropped in. Was looking for some milk, young lady Holly noticed me staring into space and immediately asked if she could help, she immediately went and got me some. Spot on employee. Nice to see that level of interest. Philly burger was great too. Thanks Holly you made my day

23:10 McDonald's closed on busy M1 motorway

I'd like to thank the manager at this restaurant who fed me (free) burger & fries after I left my cards miles away and my no dropped hugely many thanks I really appreciate this kind gesture

Probably the nicest Maccy D's ever. Food was hot and really fresh

They take the piss - 4 medium fired and he’s putting it in the bag one by one whilst look at an empty black screen - get this order done first m8

Not good place. Always closed when it should be opened. Sometimes no queue but have to wait 30 min.

My food has always been fresh and hot from here. Never had to wait long and excellent staff working there. Very grateful to all that work at this site.

Took absolutely ages. A bit of bad manager it seems but not always like this. Well here it is. The aha.

If you have cash and can't use the machines the staff scowel at you before ignoring you

Not 24 hours so you can't even get the food past 10pm

Ordered vegan burger with extra patty and extra cheese but received only the regular burger. Also asked for a dip but it was missing too. Will drive to another service next time.

Large fries only half full, burger thrown in the bag and out of the box. Fries like rubber due to overly long waiting time. Typical of staff that don't want to be at work and it shows. They can't even be arsed to speak to to you when you bring up the subject. Just slow time and drag their heels

Pay extra for a large coffee but Half missing so waste of money

Yesterday at 11:00 PM, all tables were not cleaned, there was nowhere to eat, unprofessional service

Burger was cold , no milkshakes and had to ask for ketchup and salt. Didn't get a napkin. Other than it's clean and tidy and the service was quick.

Service was fast. But the Big Mac had too much sauce.

Very slow, not enough staff to cope with demand

Second time in 2 today I've been sorted on order of coffee. You pay 1.99 to get have a cup .its not good 😐

Claimed they close at 10 despite closing at 11. Had closed over 15 minutes early and had marked out areas with red markers. Would not recommend.

Stopped here several times before. Every time there is something that gives me reason never to return. Today was no McFlurrys and No Milkshakes. Not good enough! Won’t be back. Good luck.

Stopped off here and used touchscreen order point to order food. Food order took around 8 minutes to collect. Table was clean. Food was hot and tasty. No complaints regarding quality of the food or service as excellent. Service toilets were clean. Car park is large with lots of spaces and outdoor tables for eating and drinking.

Couldn't get fact i was eating in and they gave me bag. Latte only warm. Seemed a lot of bother when asking for salt and sugar. But they were happy to play about behind counter and giggling

Good service and hot food. No serviettes or sauce offered and I assumed that they were in the food bag. 2 x bins full and overflowing.

Visit was around 9pm ish. Tables were dirty and food on floor which spoilt the experience as the food was good.

Usual McDonald's rubbish food but only that or Costa open. Didn't have milk shakes and that was the only thing I was looking forward to

One of the better Maccies on the motorway. The food was hot, freshly made, and didn't take long despite ordering at peak time. Nice staff too. Just add table service and it would be five star, ha!

Stopped by here several times before its listed closing time and it always seems to be closed up early (sometimes an hour and a half). No explanation ever given beyond 'we are closed' and no sinage up to communicate. As a HGV driver trying to find hot food in the evening it's not great- especially when you have planned your journey to arrive here long before its listed closing time.

Ordered latte got some other flavour coffee how difficult is it to your job simpletons

Very long wait for a single burger!

It says that it is open but it is most of the time closed... always break or something. Not good as a truck driver. Because when you plan your break and you think you will eat something it is closed. So next time for eat after 4.5h drive...

No opening hours. Whenever I come, it's closed. The best thing is that the employees are only as if you don't want to serve them.

Its closed for night but on google its open. No chance to eat anthing warm at night on this service

Very busy McDonald’s on the southbound section of the M1. That said, very efficient service and a good manager who sorted quickly an issue with our order. Thank you.

Queues waiting for food that had been ordered were ridiculous. You couldn't move for people hanging around waiting.

Absolute chaos in here!! Ordered a coffee and it took about 15 minutes, people everywhere no order at all just felt like total chaos. Staff looked completely stressed out of their mind too!

Great place and clean and quick

Only takeaway available, the shop was busy but efficient. Lots of screens to order from plus a handy full menu/pricelist. Ate outside at the wooden picnic benches

Run out of Big Macs and ketchup / BBQ - only sauce they had was Sweet Chilli but wanted me to go back to the machine to order and pay for the sauce. Rubbish!

Horrible service also they just throwing the stuff at the customers and the guy who served me set to the medium meal of quarter pounder he’s not allowed to give reached a tomato sauce. And after all of that he looked at me like he want to step outside because I ask him for reach tomato sauce. That is the level of people getting hired to work in customer service

Used the app to order which was nice and easy, also saved me having to queue for the screens. Even though we had custom items they came really quickly which was very impressive. Good was hot and actually tasted fresh which is a rare for McDonalds these days. Our only criticism was that the tables were net very clean and the bins were overflowing.

Very good little services! Toilets are as soon as you get thru the door, and McDonald's is just a little bit further... What more could you want!
