A nice clean place to eat. And absolutely brilliant food. I can highly recommend. 10/10

Food was good at what turned out to be an excellent price but, when we booked to meet up with family we’ve not seen since January, we envisaged a lovely long catch up over Dinner. However the pub apparently do a two for the price of one food deal on a Monday evening and seemed to want folks in and out as quickly as possible to free up tables! Having chosen sharing board starters, they didn’t do those on Mondays and then they wouldn’t do coffees at all - so quite bizarrely, we ended up driving to the next village for coffees and further drinks in the pub there!! Food however was good and the bill was a nice surprise as we had no idea it was two for one and even when the waitress said they didn’t do sharing boards on a Monday, she hadn’t explained why! It just wasn’t really the evening we were looking for!

the food was so nice, had the loaded fries, 2 people could share one of them, they where super nice, I usually get the wrap but decided on a change! very enjoyable and delivery driver was nice and polite!

FANTASTIC - This is an amazing venue. The place, the food, drinks and staff are great. So friendly and welcoming too, recommend for a Brunch or a special occasion or the lovely food or a pop in.

Best thai in the city, well priced too

I wanted to share some feedback following a visit to the King’s Arms in Horsham last night—a venue I’ve enjoyed many times in the past for its great beer and welcoming atmosphere. On this occasion, however, I was served a pint of bitter that was clearly cloudy. Having worked in the licensed trade myself, I understand that this can happen from time to time. I raised the issue with the barmaid, who sought assistance from the manager. When the manager approached, she acknowledged that the pint was cloudy and explained that she had accidentally knocked the barrel in the cellar, which had disturbed the sediment. I suggested that in such a case, the beer should not be served until it has resettled, but she insisted it was “fine.” I disagreed and asked for the pint to be replaced, only to be told that I would need to pay for the replacement. I declined and chose to leave the pub. While I understand that things sometimes go wrong, I believe the key is in how such situations are handled. Unfortunately, on this occasion, the attitude and response were not in keeping with the high standards I associate with the King’s Arms. I felt it was important to let you know, as this is not what one expects from an establishment known for its quality real ales. Although food was nice, it was not hot. Waitress asked us to enjoy but had to ask for cutlery. Coffees were nice. Just little attention to detail needed.

Just had a Saturday treat night takeaway, arrived to a lovely clean tidy restaurant welcomed by really friendly staff, our meal was ready within 10 minutes of arriving having been given a time of collection, honestly can’t fault the service, got home and the meal was amazing, we honestly can’t fault a single thing, it was wrapped to keep it warm and there was plenty of food and value for money, 10 out of 10 I would definitely recommend this restaurant for either eat in or a cheeky take away, well done guys and thank you very much

Rude and awful attitude. App does not work at weekends and phone not answered. Walk in service is also poor, you are given a ridiculous wait time

As a group of cyclist we visit many cafes on our travels. This is the first time we have tried Spring House. The food was really good, and priced reasonably. There was 12 of us, and we managed to reserve a table, and we actually pre-ordered as well. Food was served very quickly, and was piping hot. Turn round for us was 1 hour which was really good considering our numbers. Staff were friendly, and nothing was a problem. Our new go to place when we are up Bedale/Leeming Bar. Excellent 👍

Regularmente voy a Hart & Lova a comprar pan de masa madre para el desayuno. Es el mejor Pan de Masa Madre que he probado. No es tan difícil como los disponibles en las marcas populares y altamente anunciadas High Street. El Café tiene personal atento y amable y nunca me decepciona la calidad.

Wow what a place. Very well priced food and very good portion size and value for money. Been here loads for breakfast so decided to try lunch menu. Fish and Chips Steak and Ale Pie Baguette All of us loved our lunch and everything was spot on. Going to try the Parmo next time.
