Fantastic local, traditional pub. Amazing new owners, very friendly and accommodating. Go with the children and dog, is very friendly and safe for both. Affordable drinks for all of us. Highly recommend

Good value for what you get. Decent food but pain because it's cash only

It's hard to find good Thai food in the UK, this place was great and were great with my food intolerances!

Always excellent food from Kasara and delivered hot within half an hour. Would definitely recommend whether eating in or takeaway as always a good experience.

First few times was brilliant. Last time we went the meal was not hot as if it had been standing awhile. Was quite disappointed.

I would definitely not recommend this place for anyone. I bought Tawa for 4 but when we got home we were surprised, it looked like meal for 2. The meat tested like it was reheated from last night as it was soft like cheese.

My local chippy always lovely pudding chips n gravy 😋

A superb place for breakfast or brunch and they do great café lattes too. The menu includes an all in cooked breakfast and a "boastie" .. quoted as "awesome" using the original meaning of in awe, as in rather scary.

There are some brilliant local hotels, pubs and restaurants in this part of the Yorkshire Dales and the Wheatsheaf at Carberby is a great example. We organised lunch with family following a circular walk to Aysgarth Falls and Castle Bolton, which started and finished at the hotel car park, so it’s fair to say that we had healthy appetites after a 9 mile hike. The pub part of the hotel is cosy and they offer a good selection of sandwiches in addition to daily specials and much of the main restaurant menu - so something for everyone. Staff were very friendly, the local ales are excellent and prices reasonable. Definitely worth a visit and we’ll be back.

I only got takeaway here but food was nice but could have been a bit spicier , restaurant look nice and staff were freindly
