Every time we eat here we cannot believe how good it is and last night was no exception . Every single thing we had was delicious there is no ' but' here because everything they produce is magic. The staff are fabulous in every way , honestly should be listed as best restaurant in the area and as our friends were saying this is better than any Thai any of us have had in London . This place is a proper gem. Nice new chairs too!! So comfortable , love the look! Back soon!

Under new management by a lovely family who are serve very authentic Thai dishes. They use good quality ingredients and by far one of the best Thai food I've personally have had. We've ordered from them regularly and the food have always been cooked perfectly (never over cooked) and portions are good. Highly recommended!

The food that was delivered was delicious, however we were missing one item and the courier told us he was waiting at the restaurant for 25 minutes for our order.

Visited for the first time on Sunday and the food was delicious. The staff were welcoming, pleasant and courteous as well as attentive. It was quite quiet early on a Sunday evening, which suited us, but given the good quality of the food, we were surprised it wasn't packed out. They have a great menu and every one of our 3 courses was excellent. The Mixed Appetisers were really tasty and we can highly recommend the Masssaman Curry and the Tiger Prawn Cashew Nut Stir Fry. Will definitely be back for seconds.

Authentic thai food, not to be missed! Dog-friendly terrace. Great customer service. My favourite was the tom yum soup with prawns and the thai iced tea. Lunch set available. Delicious curry!

Great food. All dishes are with intricate flavours. Presentation is also great. Slightly let down by the service, waiters are hard to see and need to look for them to order or ask something.

Polite service, décor (new chairs!) and food are all very good. Good choice of menu using fresh ingredients well cooked and presented. The Owner Sonny is always ready for a chat making it a friendly place too. Singha £6.95 a pint.

What a great wonderful gem. Passing through en-route to Heathrow and stopped for supper. I’m glad I did. Service superb, food was marvellous and I’m not sure when I last had such a Thai meal. If I can find an excuse to be in the area again I will definitely come back. Kisstida & Team provided faultless service. Well worth the slight detail to eat a meal bursting with flavours and tastes of Thailand. I really enjoyed it.

Have been here before and thought it delicious. This time went for lunch and the curries had undercooked vegetables , as ever good sauces, but crunchy pepper and beans not so good.

We had a warm welcome. One of us had the lunch box menu and was very happy with the Masseman Curry and other selections. I had the PAD KHEE MAO which was both under seasoned and lacking any kind of spice heat. It was flavoursome. Parking is a bit tricky.

This was a return visit and as with all the previous occasions… excellent. Each time the restaurant has been very busy yet the attention from staff and the efficiency of the restaurant is always first class. The food is fresh and bursting with flavour and aromas. A previous visit was with a friend who is vegan. She particularly likes Passorn because of the range of options and quality. Last visit was with my husband who chose the lamb shank in massaman curry sauce, he loved it. I chose the tamarind duck and will order it again next visit it’s so good! It feels as though a lot of thought has gone into making this a really special place to dine whether it’s a casual evening out or a special occasion. An absolute gem just outside Guildford. I can’t wait to go back.

Beautiful tasting food and great service. But very pricey! Could have offered some more mints and the chairs were a bit wobbly.. Overall very good but not sure I could afford to come here often.

From the relaxed and charming atmosphere to the distinctive, enticing and appetizing food, you cant go wrong visiting my favourite Thai restaurant. I'd like to thank both Mam and Dob for their kind and attentive front of house skills and the culinary skills of Chef Bud for always always putting a smile on my face with his delicious treats. For the second time we have ordered a delivery and been delivered meat in the alleged VEGETARIAN dumplings! I love the food at this restaurant but am now going to eat somewhere else because either: they are incompetent or they are employing someone who is playing games with customers. We also found meat in our sweet and sour vegetable dish. If you're a VEGGIE - WARNING - do NOT eat here!

This has to be the best Thai in the area. Coming from Milford to get our Thai. The staff over the phone are so extremely polite and attentive it’s so refreshing. My partner collected our food and everything was absolutely delicious. The way they also package the food is great. Everything that should be crispy will remain crispy and not go soggy due to the great thought process behind their packaging. Our order- corn fritters (could eat them all to myself!) , prawn toast, chicken satay (insane) chicken Pad Thai and green curry with a side of chilli oil. This is our go too! You won’t regret it.

My Grandson took me to the Passorn for my birthday. Amazing, delicious Thai food. The staff are very friendly and efficient . The prawn Toast is exceptional. I will be back.

We have just returned from a delightful evening at the Passorn Thai restaurant in Shalford a lovely birthday meal with friends. What a fantastic evening and even more fantastic food spoiled for choice.The food and service proved to be above and beyond the choices on the menu all cooked to perfection. The host Sonny was delightful and very humerus we will definitely be returning thank you once again for such a memorable evening.

Absolutely delicious meal. We had the mixed starters and then a couple of us had the Jungle curry and some had the green curry. Both excellent. The service was very good- everything freshly cooked and served quickly, very friendly staff and good wine recommendations. Will definitely be returning and would highly recommend.

Absolutely delicious food. Friendly atmosphere. Sonny the manager suggested we try some new English wine he just had in, it was fantastic. The service was impeccable and Yui and Kiss were extremely attentive.

We went there for Christmas eve and had a good time. The steamed fish was really nice.

Must visit! We really enjoyed this meal, the best meal out we have had in a while! We were served by Dob & Kiss and as we hadn’t visited before we were talked through the menu and advised on what to order a group of 5. We had one vegan and there were plenty of vegan and vegetarian options on the menu so it was nice to have a choice. Every dish was excellent, so many flavours and we had clean plates! We’ll be back :)

Superb! I was recommended this restaurant by my father. Feeling peckish on my drive home I enjoyed Thai green Chicken curry with coconut rice. Nothing I could fault at all. Service was great and food was delicious! Sadly I did not take any photos! Definitely will return again!

Very good value for money, the tempura was absolutely delicious. They have a brilliant chef there, I had one of the best Thai green curries I’ve ever had. To top it all off, the service was so genuine and helpful, with them offering to make dishes more of less spicy to our liking. Would highly recommend.

The new owners/ chef have taken this restaurant to a whole new level! The food is amazing, delicious and hot to the last mouthful. The staff are friendly and attentive and knowledgeable about the food . There is so much to choose from but Weeping tiger is always a favourite ! My husband had the massaman lamb shank..just superb.

Quality, quality, quality. Thai food cooked to perfection in an unassuming small restaurant. Sometimes it's worth paying just a little bit more for something so good. Friendly, helpful staff, street parking, takeaway must also be good because it was popular.

This was our second visit on our way to Guildford. The greeting was warm and authentic from Kiss. The service was spot on and the food delicious and well presented. We love this little restaurant and will definitely be back.

We were taken here by friends and were disappointed. Vastly overpriced, in our opinion. The food was very nice but portions were small. And I couldn't believe that we were charged £20 for four small cups of black coffee!

It was lovely to have another meal at the Passorn Thai Restaurant in Shalford. It was completely full when we turned up for our 7:15pm reservation. Every indoor table was occupied. As a result of it being so busy, the food took longer than usual to arrive, but it was well worth it. The staff were so friendly and attentive.

Came here for lunch as we were passing. Food was fantastic and we thought it was good value. Service from Kiss was lovely.

All the staff were pleasant and friendly, however, the food was underwelming. Chicken satay was undercooked, cold, and not freshly cooked. Mains were better, hot but still not worth the price. Room for improvement, but they do serve free filtered water.

I can only assume we attended on a bad day. Food was very average at best and extremely expensive for what it was. Not a Thai person in sight and so lacking in charm. The service was provided by an odd selection of waiters, one...

Prawn on Toast was undercooked, and for the SECOND TIME in 3 deliveries, they have omitted the drinks. SO WHATEVER you DO - do NOT order DRINKS with deliveries from these guys because you will WASTE your MONEY! Complete Rip Off!

Delicious food, friendly professional service and some nice wines in the drinks menu. I’ve had both eat in and take out meals and never been disappointed. My favourites include chilli and basil chicken stir fry, chicken laab and papaya salad. The dim sum starter is a winner too!

We have had lunch at Passorn Thai on three occasions so far and have never been disappointed. As the scores indicate, the food is excellent and the service is both attentive and helpful. We love trying new dishes and we've always found the food freshly cooked and authentic. We will definitely be back, it's just a shame the restaurant is a little further away from us than usual ..... but it's definitely worth the extra miles. Thank you!

We had a fabulous family meal this evening at Passorn, a fab experience all round. Generous, tasty, fresh food - we tried two different curries, the lamb shank massaman, pad thai, and a gorgeous sharing appetiser selection. Excellent professional service and a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. The staff made a particular effort to be welcoming to our young son, which we loved. We live locally and have picked up great takeaway from here before, so it was nice to eat in and support this local business. Highly recommend, many thanks to Kiss and all the team!

A friend recommended a delicious Thai restaurant to us. The crispy and tasty fried dish is finger-licking good🤤. Their Pad Thai and pineapple fried rice are also top-notch 😋. We went for Sunday lunchtime, birthday meal - and was our first visit, following getting a menu, through our door. It wasn't overly busy - but, we had excellent one to one friendly, personal service and helpful guidance and recommendations. We were given the option of being able to choose how spicy we wanted each dish. Everything was beautifully presented and full of great flavours. The ladies toilets were also first class-beautiful furnishings/décor ! Also very accommodating - as we wanted to bring birthday cake...... Added extra sprinkles, and a bit of cream.... and a complimentary drink. Parking was fairly easy to find - although, maybe useful to have it highlighted on website /flyers. Had a take-away from passorn as we were passing by on the way home (it's slightly out of the way for us). Having eaten from there before we had very high hpes and were not left dissapointed. The food is excellent and very full of flavour, the weeping tiger beef dish is to die for. I would thoroughkly recommend and if we lived closer we frequent far more. bravo Passorn Thai.

Tried the lunch set menu today with very elderly parents - both with walking frames. Luckily could park right outside. Very attentive and friendly service. We all chose different meals and enjoyed every bite. Food tasted freshly cooked and was beautifully presented. Will look forward to coming back again. Allow around £20+ per head.

Came here a week ago for dinner and the food was tasty. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. We ordered the squid tempura and chicken wings for starters and a beef pad Thai and roasted duck curry. The starters were nicely fried and very crispy which we loved. The mains were very good especially the roasted duck curry. We ordered jasmine rice to accompany the curry which was cooked well. The only flaws were that we felt that the starters could have used a touch more salt, and for me, the pad Thai was a bit sweeter than I am used to but overall a good experience.

We are regular patrons of Thai cuisine and this would be our first time at Passorn after living around this area for more than 15 years! On the whole, our family thought that the food was toothsome and authentic. It went down well with our discerning young eaters. We ordered the soft shell crab in papaya salad, stir fried black pepper beef, Pad Khee Mao (fried flat noodles) and Pa-naeng curry; but the standout dishes were the first two. The papaya salad contrasted well with the fried crab in terms of a sweet, sour and savoury mix; whilst the pepper style fry delivered a peppery punch boosted by the strong shades of garlicky forces. The portions are sufficient (but not generous) although prices are relatively dear compared to Thai places in town and/or outskirts. Overall, an enjoyable lunch with a jovial service and a sunny disposition.

Great seafood options. We had the soft shell crab curry and scallops dishes amongst other things. Food was delicious! Staff were so friendly and welcoming. Would thoroughly recommend.

Had the massaman curry, and it was gorgeous. The service was great too. Lovely deco & loved the candles in the toilet. It made very welcoming. Would fully recommend a visit.

Whether eating in or having a takeaway, the food tastes really authentic and is always delicious (especially the spicy beef salad!). We live locally and the staff (particularly Sonni) are so friendly and accommodating (sometimes we ask for our food to be extra spicy and it’s never too much trouble). It’s nice (if not too convenient!) to have this lovely Thai restaurant so close to home!

I popped in last night out of pure curiosity as I've passed so many times and never stopped in... I will 100% be going back again soon. The staff were amazing and after picking a few bits from the specials menu we were not disappointed. 10/10 it's a must try.

We have been to Thailand and the food served here is genuinely authentic and transported me back to my Thailand adventure. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. Definitely a favourite of ours now. All the staff and management are really polite and attentive. 👍🏽

Fabulous diner last night. Beautifully decorated restaurant, very clean, nice atmosphere. Very friendly and attentive staff, perfect service. (From arrival to getting our starters served was only 15 min) Menue was varied, with meat and plant based options. Food was outstanding, very tasty and beautifully presented. This is, by far, the best Thai food I’ve had, outside of Thailand. The staff are fabulous and couldn’t be more welcoming, the menu is varied yet not cluttered, allowing the kitchen to focus on what they’re doing and do it exceptionally well and the prices are commensurate to the quality. I can’t recommend Passorn highly enough. Outstanding!!

Some of the best food I've eaten, ever. Great, relaxed atmosphere with a friendly, homely feel. Only visited once, but hands down my favourite restaurant in Guildford and surrounding area. Will be returning!
