The best restaurants in England

Lovely little place for some really good Italian food. The calamari was so fresh and light and so was the pizza. Pasta and garlic bread were very good too! Would highly recommend.

Interesting little space with friendly people, a lovely gift shop and a good cafe. Well worth a stop-by, when you’re in the area.

Absolutely outstanding. Food was great, service was better. Probably the best full English breakfast I've had in years. Good produce, large portions, cooked to perfection. And cheaper than all the local competition. Can understand why they are busy. Total value for money and then some. Also don't be afraid to ask to swap items. Nothing is to much trouble. Will definitely be back

The best Armenian dining experience I've had in the UK - two vegetarians dined like queens here. Our starter was unlike any vegetarian platter we'd ever had but it all worked so well. They also had delicious Georgian Saporavi red wine to drink. Highly recommend!

Excelllent service first time here. Food is out of this world so fresh. Backlava was something I never tasted before so fresh and I don’t normally like it. Sea bass and mix grill we had as main class. Go into this place if you are nearby , from the Irish couple :)

Went for a midweek lunch and this is fantastically good value. The service is excellent, the portions are generous and the food delicious. Really pleased we decided to try here.

Ashe the owner is a very friendly person and I always enjoy the drinks in there, plus the range of milks on offer! Ideal for a mid day catch up and has a lovely community atmosphere

This is a great quality value for money vegetarian cafe. We had a hearty curry and a tasty hummus salad bowl when we visited for lunch. The staff were all friendly and helpful. As it's just off Arundel Gate, we were surprised it wasn't busier, although it was a Tuesday. We will definitely visit again. My suggestion is you visit before it gets too busy!

I went here today, to get some take away, as I was in the vicinity. I ordered the Sambal Pork with Okra, Nasi Goreng and Malaysian Dry Noodles...and everything was cooked to perfection and the spices were just right...the family loved it! In addition to that, the service with an amazing smile, from the young lady who made me a coffee in a cup filled to the brim 😬...just made it perfect. I'll be going back again...soon! 26.4.25 The food and the ambience is just as amazing as it was last year! I went here with family and friends, this time. The Ayam Masak Merah, kang kung belacan, salted egg yolk chicken and tofu are just great! Thanks also to the person attending to us, who got the special cutlery for my kid, when they were upset!!
