We ordered a takeaway roast for Sunday lunch, it was an easy process ordering and we paid by direct banking. I needed a gluten free roast, which was no problem. The food arrived still piping hot, it was gorgeous and great value. We will definitely be ordering again. Thank you.

Meena and her team are beyond accommodating! They really work hard to make sure there are interesting events on, and really care about great customer service. If you want a classy cocktail in a very cosy setting, this is the place to go!

I love the food from here. It always arrives fresh and hot and is really delicious. You can tell it’s authentic. The food was really delayed this time, but the chef was kind enough to send an extra pizza and garlic bread as an apology for the delay. Fantastic service and will always order from them.

The quality and service here have always been great! I have however had an unpleasant experience today - I picked up a salad which I also had on two occasions earlier this week. Unfortunately it wasn't very fresh - the chicken was dry and tough and the salad leaves slightly wilted. Having taken it back, expecting the staff/management to take note of this, they barely acknowledged it, didn't offer much by way of an apology and just said 'do you want another salad?' - I went for a different one which sadly wasn't the freshest either but I did not fancy another 15 minute walk to return it as I don't think they would have cared much this time either but I do wish I had gone to request a refund. It's such a shame as I was very pleasant about it and understanding - I even highlighted that they have a space on the back of the label to put the date when it was made/is best by so that people feel more confident knowing how fresh it is but they insisted 'everything is always fresh' and as already mentioned, no real apology or acknowledgement - the manager just looked at me doubtfully as if it was a crazy concept that chicken could be dry. The coffee is still great but I will avoid the food until they have some clear guidelines on when it was made - there is no use in saying 'use within 2 days' if you don't know what the original date of production is.

Poor portions, lack of availability. Cost £25 for a pie and chips special, chicken meat and salad and a chicken meat and chips. The portions were shocking!

This was our second visit and thoroughly enjoyed our overnight stay in this fantastic house. The food is amazing, beautifully presented and you looked forward to every course. The staff were extremely efficient, happy and helpful. Can't wait to return.

The management waited for there staff to go home for a month - while away closed down and shafted them / same family taken over left staff stuck with nothing and homeless - what goes round comes round - !

Hice un pedido en línea con Just Eat temprano en la tarde del 31 de diciembre para entrega a las 7 pm. El pedido fue reconocido por el restaurante a las 5. 30 pm y alrededor de 6 . 50 pm el sitio de Just Eat se actualizó que la comida estaba en camino. A las 8 de la tarde todavía no había entrega, entró en el sitio de Just Eat para avisar que la entrega se había retrasado, recibió un texto un par de minutos después para avisar que se entregaría a las 8 . 15 pm. A las 9 de la noche la comida todavía no había sido entregada y a pesar de llamar al restaurante más de 30 veces no respondieron su teléfono o la línea estaba ocupada. Mi amiga Louise terminó llevándonos al restaurante para que nos dijeran que la comida estaba en camino. Me dieron una botella de vino para disculparme y empujé hacia la puerta para que nos fuéramos. Ahora son alrededor de las 9. 30 pm y les dijimos que no nos íbamos ya que el restaurante cierra a las 10 pm y no habría manera de obtener nuestra comida entonces! Les dijimos que los llamamos numerosas veces, pero no contestamos ni las líneas estaban ocupadas y él hizo gestos hacia 6 teléfonos en la barra, Louise llamó al restaurante justo en frente de su cara y ninguno de los teléfonos sonó! Un señor mayor llamó al repartidor que dijo que iba de camino a la mía después de su siguiente entrega. Llegamos a la mía a las 9 . 40 pm y el conductor estaba 10 minutos después de nosotros. 2 x poppadoms, ensalada y mi plato de ajo de chile vegetal faltaban y la comida estaba fría. También cuando estuvimos allí, un muchacho entró para averiguar dónde estaba su pedido, ¡se suponía que debía entregarse a las 5 pm! Nunca volveré a usar este restaurante. Una pena que el servicio solía ser muy bueno.
