Lovely place to eat. Food was exceptional.

Had a great lunch with large portions and good service. There is also a fantastic selection of cakes and cheesecakes.

First time here. Had the big breakfast. Probably the best breakfast I’ve ever had. Quality ingredients, cooked to perfection and excellent value. Service was quick and friendly. I’ll be back! Diolch

Very clean, with good menu and good portions,we were not disappointed,big car park although the cafe and car park does get busy at lunch time. Obviously very popular with people living in the area Ring to reserve???

A good restaurant, portions were not too big, but enough to satiate a normal person who’s not too hungry.

Had a delicious late lunch at this lovely restaurant. Greeted by a welcoming waitress who explained the specials after seating us at a v comfortable table. Service throughout was just at the right level. Place also has a great craft/gift shop which was an added bonus.

Lovely service but only can only go in good weather as no dogs inside

On our way back home from Bangor with our son's dog we were ready for a break and turned in to Ty Golchi. We were greeted with a smile and a pleasant welcome by the staff who raised a shade over an outside table for us. A bowl of water was available under each table for dogs and one of the ladies then came out to make a fuss of the dog and asked if it was O.K. to give him dog biscuits, a nice gesture. There was a lovely atmosphere in this location except for the traffic noise , perhaps a hedge along the gaps in the perimeter would help deaden the sound. We did not have a meal but enjoyed our cakes, latte and Americano coffee. Certainly will call again.

A gem of a place, service great and food absolutely delicious, with a good selection to cater for all taste buds. I had the open prawn sandwich with side salad it was a generous plateful. A return visit is definitely on the cards.

We had an absolutely amazing salad , it was so tasty with so much choice. Staff were really lovely and desert was just as good . Definitely be back

Always a good meal with friendly and helpful bilingual staff. Decent price, good quality food. God coffee and home made cakes. Location is convenient, good car park so popular. I always book ahead. Nice little gift shop in the annexe.

We had the breakfast. It was a great size but the sausages and bacon let it down. The sausages are from a local butcher but the texture is very odd. The bacon was hard and tough to eat/cut which was a shame. For the price and size it has potential to be best breakfast around but unfortunately the sausages aren't as tasty as they could be. The eggs were perfectly yellow and doorstep toast was very welcomed. Black pudding was exceptionally yummy. Teabags could do with 2 in a pot but I guess that's personal preference on stronger tea. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and attentive without being too much. I've had many meals and and has always been very good.

We were a group and all had breakfast. The service is friendly & efficient & the menu choice is great. Only 1 minor mishap with soggy toast soon rectified, everyone else loved their brekkie! It got very busy so the car park filled up, I'd say go early. I'm having some cake next time, they looked delicious 😋 Personally, I'd have loved it if they'd have had Almond milk & not just soya/oat.

Lovely surroundings, great food and friendly staff. Lots of parking. Wheelchair access and kids menu. Eat inside or out weather permitting. Well worth a visit.

The breakfast was good and tasty, but the bacon and black pudding were over cooked and dry. My girlfriend's ham egg and chips was excellent. We'll definitely be back though. I suggest booking it's extremely popular.

Had all day breakfast and it was disgusting ,sausages were aniemic,bacon hard ,and fried bread you could throw it to snowdon and back it was rock hard and i have never seen grey free rang eggs

Very disapointed formerly one of my go to places and would have given five stars, with excellent food and great presentation, could not believe the change failing in most areas and won't be rushing back, didn't feel very clean and building starting to look neglected internally, really sad to see such a decline

Not impressed with new ownership, marks on walls where pictures have been taken down.Sticky table, dirty kitchen even the card machine filthy grease over it . Service ok ,smile wouldn't go a miss from young staff.Food ......lettuce some of it was off ,son said worst burger he's had all holiday .I left my chips !!Been coming to this place for years no complaints in the past .Husband even moaned about skirting boards being dirty ,please please clean the place .

First I wanted to go Wetherspoons, then I thought I'd try something different. I made a mistake really. There's no sign, their breakfast wasn't the best, the bread wasn't toasted properly, their menu is not worth the prices, the poached egg was half solid and the list can go on. The staff were very nice and polite. Should've gone to Wetherspoons. Perhaps it is a nice place but I did not have that experience. Try it, you might be lucky. If you don't want to risk it for breakfast, go Wetherspoons.

Beautiful weather fresh delicious goats cheese and walnut salad and a wite wine for me and a home made carrot cake and a coffee for my mother. Staff are v friendly and attentive dont hesitate to visit ty golchi you wont regret it

Lovely place for breakfast, lunch & afternoon tea. The restaurant is clean & tidy. Staff are pleasant & helpful. The food is good & prices are reasonable. A small shop on site sells some nice bits & pieces. There are plenty of lovely Welsh greetings cards to chose from ( not easy to find these days!). Highly recommended .

We had a fantastic full breakfast here today. The weather was nice so we sat outside. Considering the cafe is quite close to the main road. It is actually quite pretty. Flowers and trees. The staff are lovely. Very happy and attentive. And the sweet treats look amazing 😍
