Maddie era increíble! La comida era excepcional! Tenía vieiras como aperitivo y... Tomé sopa de cebolla francesa. Ella tenía una excelente caña de cordero y yo tenía burguesía de carne. Ambos fueron geniales. El desierto fue excelente. Nuestra siguiente parada es Dublín, y Maddie nos dio algunas paradas geniales para investigar. Gran experiencia!

Really fancied a coffee and a sandwich, saw this place and went in. It’s an arty cafe run by a local family who were very welcoming. It’s tastefully decorated with good background music which gave a really relaxed vibe to the place. The coffee was extremely good and the smoked cheese and red onion was mouth watering. I certainly will be returning when in Barnstable.

We had a lovely meal here. The restaurant itself is quite quirky and in a bit of a strange location. There is nothing much around it so definitely one where you would drive to as it’s not really near to the centre of Brighouse. There were a few tables in when we arrived for our 7pm booking and the restaurant itself has a nice atmosphere. Nice background music and gorgeous lighting. It is only small so I would advise to book. We chose 3 dishes per person and one side. The highlights were definitely the sagnaki cheese with pitta, the squash and sage arrancini and the venison meatballs. All really good, beautifully presented and plentiful. A couple of things to mention. We didn’t enjoy the tomato and rosemary salt and garlic flatbread. For one it wasn’t a flatbread and more like a focaccia with a chopped tomato topping. The topping was almost ice cold so not really what we were expecting. The flat iron steak was nicely cooked but again the chimichurri that it was covered in was cold so we ate the steak quickly before it was lukewarm. The Sauvignon rose was lovely but not served in a tumbler! I thought it might just have been my drink but the couple to our left who were sharing a bottle of wine had tumblers as did the five ladies behind us. Clearly the dishwasher hadn’t been on! A service charge was added to the bill which was fine, we were happy to pay, but I did notice that the steak for example was a pound more than what was stated on the menu charged at £17 and not £16. Again not really a big issue but the menus should be changed to reflect the correct prices. The service was good and friendly and the dishes do come out as and when they are ready which is explained at the time of ordering. Our bill for two people with 6 dishes and a side and two rounds of drinks came to just over £100. It’s not cheap but baring the tomato bread we loved all the dishes and I would happily return especially as the menu seems to be changed on a regular basis

Publicando en el nuevo SPICE UP en la calle Margarets. Buena comida india auténtica, cocinado fresco y servido bien. El daal picante y saag paneer eran excelentes. El let - aquí abajo sin embargo es el pan naan, que era más de un pan plano. Así que quédate con curry y arroz es mi consejo. No me siento lo suficientemente emocionado por la comida para volver, cuando hay algunas alternativas realmente excepcionales cerca (Delhi Social & Shuili), pero es bueno y vale la pena una visita.

Gran pequeño lugar encantador con gente agradable y amable. ¡Pruebe la tarta de queso casera! Aparte de eso, colocan dibujos hechos por niños para armar un libro para reunir dinero para los niños necesitados. Iniciativa muy agradable y conmovedora

Dan, Laura and all the staff are so lovely. Batch fifty two really has become an integral part of the community in Baldock. As a family we all love going there for eating in and take away drinks and snacks. All the food is delicious and made fresh on site. You should visit whenever you are in Baldock

Honestly enjoyed this experience so much, was an absolute pleasure to spend my birthday with the beautiful cats at cafe meow! 😸 The staff were lovely and really informative on all the cats :) The cats are so well looked after, all pampered just how they should be ❤️ Was lovely that could so see the new cats too so they didn’t feel left out 😸 Wish I lived locally as I would honestly return weekly! I love the fact the cats are up for adoption, it’s a fab way of helping out local rescue centres and allowing the cats to have a stepping stone before they get their forever home ❤️ keep up the great work!! Will definitely be returning soon and telling everyone about you guys at cafe meow! :)

An amazing experience at this Greek cafè in Canterbury!! The hospitality was exceptional -the staff treated every customer with care and warmth,creating a truly pleasant atmosphere! The service was impressively fast, and the variety of dishes,especially the desserts was absolutely delightful!! Cleanliness was another standout feature-every corner of the cafè was well-maintained,the restrooms was spotless,and the beautifully designed interior made us feel as if we were traveling through different parts of Greece... Without a doubt, we'll be coming back very soon and very often! A big bravo for the outstanding work-you truly deserve it!!!

I ordered breakfast to my work for myself .its was lovely and healthy Turkish eggs and 2 slices of bread with avocado and humus (no lots of oil no lots of fat like others restaurant serving) amazing ! I will always order my breakfast from you now if I will forget my own .

Excellent atmosphere, great music, perfect place to have a nice coffee and spend time with family and friends.Don’t hesitate to come in for a beer and try them spirits….
