R&S Deli Cafe in Derby

I ordered breakfast to my work for myself .its was lovely and healthy Turkish eggs and 2 slices of bread with avocado and humus (no lots of oil no lots of fat like others restaurant serving) amazing ! I will always order my breakfast from you now if I will forget my own .

We were visiting Derby to have our motorhome MOT'd, found this café after a short walk. Asked if we could bring our cat inside(he was in his cage) the owner said yes. A little gem

Came in on a Saturday to have a cob and a coffee, was extremely nice and came with really good service and a lovely atmosphere. Will definitely be returning!

The cob was definitely overpriced for what was offered, we paid £10 each and the lady serving has clearly never been in the service industry as she was not friendly at all, it wasn’t just us, it was to other customers too. The service is what put me off, the place itself looked really nice inside. Under the old management, this place was so lovely and welcoming. I wouldn’t visit again, wouldn’t recommend and what a shame as they’re local.

Went on after 1.30pm, so it was a bit quiet. Service was ok. Coffee was great and made with care. Great selection of Turkish dishes aswell as English. Food was also good and reasonably priced.

Absolutely lovely from the service to the amazing food, definitely recommend the waffles 😁🥰 will be visiting again ☺️

We visited Cafe Janet in the morning, and it was such a delightful experience! The atmosphere was absolutely lovely, and we were pleasantly surprised by how welcoming and cosy it felt. We ordered two full breakfasts, and they were simply outstanding. The food was delicious, the drinks were fantastic, and everything was beautifully presented. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and ensured everything was served quickly and efficiently. If you’re looking for a great place to enjoy a tasty breakfast in a warm and friendly setting, I highly recommend Cafe Janet. This place is a true gem!

Rip off. Went in for a takeaway bacon cob....it was a large cob, but only contained 2 small stips of bacon rashers......awful for £4.50. And it's was smoked bacon rashers.....couldn't eat it, don't liked smoked and was never told it was smoked otherwise I wouldn't have had it. And I certainly wouldn't have had it known the lack of any type of bacon that was going to be in there for that price. Looking at the menu while waiting, it does seem a tad over priced for the area. Breakfast served 9am till 10am.....what if your passing at 10.15 and fancy a breakfast?? Surely a loss of business.

Called in for a cappuccino whilst waiting for car tyres lol. Lovely friendly owner and fantastic tasty frothy hot drink. A little gem on the outskirts of Derby city centre definitely worth visiting.

Popped in for a bite to eat and drink while my car is MOT'd. The cappuccino is out of this world! I would go as far as saying it's the best one I've had in the UK. I also had a bacon sausage and egg cob which was cooked beautifully 👌 Al for £6 pounds!!! Great price. Thank you

What a gorgeous cosy cafe!! Love the plants and music in this place - exactly what this area was needing, a gorj brunch place! The food was so lovely and great options for vegetarians! Can't wait to go back to try the avo & hummus option! Will definitely be returning soon!

We came for the first time this morning since the new owners took over and were not disappointed. Eggs Benedict was the best I’ve ever had and my partner thoroughly enjoyed the Mediterranean skillet. The service was excellent and staff so friendly and welcoming. We can’t wait to return and try some of the Turkish cuisine on offer

Day one of this new cafe and wow! I got the Mediterranean breakfast skillet (pictured) and it was excellent! Coffee is really good here also. Friendly staff and welcoming environment. Really looking forward to trying the rest of the menu!

A homely and welcoming cafe that serves great food (I had a breakfast bap). Hayley the team give 1st class service and its popular with the locals which is always a great sign!

The guys at R&S are amazing, they work really hard to be so helpful and provide great service, they make you feel right at home. Always enjoy a warm welcome and great food and coffee. Had the opportunity to join them for one of their evening meal events and it didn't disappoint, food was awesome and had a great time! Would highly recommend!
