First impression: clean, warm, great music! Customer service is great, my hot chocolate delicious, choice of great desserts. Quickly becoming one of my favourite cafes

Best cafe in Derby. Sandwiches are freshly made with fresh ingredients, and beautiful music is always playing. Staff are very friendly and courteous. Unbeatable.

This is a lovely place with lovely staff and gorgeous cake! Would highly recommend.

Very clean tables Staff helpful and polite Toilets clean however they close them much to early. I think they should leave them open while ever there are customers still present.

Coffee as it should be. Lovely cakes some from Costco I think but yummy. Lots of old people. Go for the coffee.

I had a lovely cup of coffee and a slice of cake here. The staff were very nice and they made me feel welcome. Their local knowledge wasn’t that great. The coffee was good quality barista standard and the shop was a nice place to sit on a rainy day. I remember the decor was quite quirky and bright. My chocolate cake was yummy. Definitely worth a visit.

Just a real gem, proper coffee, really tasty sandwiches. It is a little more expensive than other cafes but we'll worth it. Portion sizes, bigger than average

They were being racist all because we were black. We got there before some whites, they were attended to and we were ignored totally.

Only moved to the Derby area recently and just found this wonderful little place. Very authentic old style coffee shop with friendly staff, wonderful service and great cappuccino. Much cheaper than the big coffee chains. A little bit of Italy, so give it a go and support a local independent business.

Found this little place today, great café, lovely coffee and pastries, take a diversion from Costa and Starbucks, you won't regret it.

Old fashioned Italian cafe and all the better for it,really great service and so much better than a Costa or Starbucks.

The best cafe in town lovely people I get a coffee almost every day you will never catch me in Starbucks or Costa they also do take away coffee if you haven't the time to sit in great family business I choose to support a small business everything
