A hidden gem in Spofforth just outside Wetherby. Amazing food at reasonable prices. Went two week ago going again this week. Can’t wait to try Sunday lunch. Wine reasonably priced also. 10/10 Spofforth Bistro. I had chicken a la crème and my friend had the seabass both were tasty, good sized portions and presented wonderfully. A must for Italian/ Mediterranean food.
Second visit to this fabulous chippy. Friendly staff and the food is excellent we had Large fish, chips, peas and sweet and sour prawns with chips all cooked to perfection. Two weeks is too long to wait for it to open again!
Eggs Benedict was cooked to perfection and the Sausage sandwich had so many sausages in it I had to give one to my husband to have alongside his Eggs Benedict.
Sausages were really tasty, certainly wasn’t your normal supermarket sausage.
It was really busy ( we didn’t book) but food came out in a reasonable time. Definitely recommend.
We have just had a fully loaded pizza and it was delicious, I would highly recommend trying one of their pizzas and will definitely be back. Perfect with a beer 🍺
Located on a farm, family run and providing a warm welcome. Excellent locally produced food well cooked and presented. Attentive service, good value, comfortable - excellent experience all round Recommended.
My partner and I came here for an early valentines meal and we were incredibly impressed! It was lovely to see that it was busy but everyone was attended to; the staff were really kind and fun as well. The food was absolutely delicious and we can’t wait to be back!
Highly recommend this lovely cafe, friendly staff and food was excellent. Hubby’s cauliflower cheesy soup was delicious (and he doesn’t normally like cauliflower!!). Will definitely go back soon.
What a gem. On the Rebellion Way bike route, we had coffee and cake each day (obvs) and this place provided the best of both during 5 days/ coffee stops in Norfolk.
Great service too.
Kate helped us with catering for two dinners for eight people over a weekend on the Isle of Wight. From my initial enquiry, Kate was incredibly helpful with suggestions for well balanced menus using local seasonal produce. Both dinners were dropped off by Kate at our rental house and we were given perfect instructions to heat up the various courses for both evening meals. The detail and care that Kate put into both dinners was exceptional and everything was absolutely delicous. I couldn't recommend Kate and Angel in the Kitchen more highly.
Nice quirky place with a good range of coffee, and cake very minamalist in its decor. Staff are great and it attracts a good eclectic mix of people. I had the sausage roll and a cold dring and they were great. All in all a good place for a chilled weekend brew.
A really enjoyable evening in an eclectic mix of people. Jon and Jo made us feel welcome in their home, delicious food accompanied by delightful singing!
We were greeted by cocktails then moved on to a three course meal with additional treats. A donation was made to a very worthy local charity fir homeless people.
A misy relaxing way to start the bank holiday weekend.
Thank you both very much!
