We have been here a couple of times and we found that the English breakfast is really tasty and very enjoyable with quality ingredients. The owner and staff are very friendly and welcoming.We will definitely be visiting here again soon. Highly. recommended.

Proper little spot. Very good. Nice welcome, great coffee and a first class atmosphere. If your near by dont miss it and get yourself down there.

Quality food and exceptional customer service. A really nice place to visit for breakfast or lunch and you gotta try their cream teas. I recommend the apple, cinnamon and current scone, all homemade and delicious.

We stopped here for a drink and a treat. What a lovely place- great coffee/tea and excellent cakes. Such a friendly greeting and service. Also loved the Halloween theme. Will definitely be back.

What a wonderful place. My dog and I were made to feel extremely welcome by Kerry and Freddi. Great coffee, fabulous homemade scones and cakes. Breakfasts are generous and reasonably priced. You can see why the lovely locals flock to this cafe. There is a real sense of community here. Don't miss it if you're in Paignton! 🌻

Absolutely delicious food. Went for breakfast and was highly impressed, top quality ingredients cooked to perfection. If you're hungry I can more than recommend the builders breakfast, such great value for many. Will be returning when nearby for sure.

Amazing coffee, cakes and breakfast. So welcoming and a lovely relaxed environment. Reasonable prices and always very clean. We visit regularly with our young family and love it. My two year old asks to go to coffee lounge for her freshly squeezed orange juice every week. Thanks Kerry for being so kind! We recommend to everyone!

Just discovered this today. Looks lovely, great welcome, mouth watering home made cakes and scones. Also you can have tea in a pot or in a mug. I very much enjoyed my tea and scone (piled high with butter and jam, cream also if I wanted). All great value too. I’ll be visiting again.

Always an amazing breakfast! Good value as a drink included in the price, fabulous ingredients and cooked to perfection! Always a warm, friendly welcome 'what's not to love!' A great way to warm up after our dip in the sea, ready to face the day! Gluten free cakes homemade are a must too!

Just got back from having breakfast at The Coffee Lounge in Paignton. We had between us (3 adults) a Large Full English, Smashed Avocado with Poached Eggs on a Muffin and a Teacake. Coffees all round. The food, drinks and service were excellent. A special mention to Billy for the Smashed Avocado dish …. the best I have ever had!
